A computer-based laser system for the selective diagnostics of hydrogen in gas mixtures based on the coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering (CARS) method using biharmonic pumping on the basis of stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) is developed. The system includes a generator of single-mode and single-frequency laser radiation with one Nd3+:YAG active element, a frequency converter on a KTP crystal, an SRS oscillator on compressed hydrogen, measurement and reference CARS cells, and an optical and electronic system for recording the CARS signal. The system operates under the control of an IBM-compatible computer through a data input/output card based on a PCI bus. The system ensures the selective detection of hydrogen in gas mixtures at a total pressure of 1 kPa with a repetition rate of up to 10 Hz at a sensitivity of 10–11mol/cm3, which at this pressure approximately corresponds to 20 ppm. 相似文献

Measurement and control systems of two instrumentation complexes for experimental studies using hydrogen isotopes are described. The first of these, the complex that prepares the gas mixture of the Triton facility, is designed for studying the muonic catalysis of nuclear fusion reactions in triple mixtures of H/D/T hydrogen isotopes over wide ranges of temperature and pressure. Optical diagrams of waveguide sensors for measuring concentrations of components in gas mixtures and liquids are considered. The characteristics of the absorption cells of several waveguide systems are calculated as functions of parameters of optical waveguide. An ammonia waveguide sensor based on a Ta2O5 film deposited on a glass substrate is considered. The sensitivity of the sensor is 6 × 10–6. 用于混合气体识别的电子鼻系统中,气体传感器阵列直接决定了识别效果、算法复杂性和硬件成本。为了研究阵列优化方法,以甲烷和乙烯二元混合气体为识别对象,将方差分析法和主成分分析法相结合用于气体传感器阵列的筛选优化,对比了优化前和优化后的传感器阵列对二元混合气体的识别效果。该阵列优化方法能够最大限度地简化传感器阵列,优化后的传感器阵列在保持识别精度的同时,传感器数量更少、软硬件成本降低、网络收敛速度更快。 相似文献

An experimental apparatus for measuring the kinetics of reactions between metals and gases using the thermogravimetric method at temperatures of 1300–2000 K is described. The high temperatures of the studies are reached due to the use of induction heating of samples. An increase in the sample mass is continuously measured by a helical spring balance with an error of 1 mg. The sample temperature is monitored by an optical monochromatic pyrometer using the blackbody model. The results of the study of the kinetics of the zirconium oxidation reaction in an air–argon mixture at temperatures of 1300–1520 K are presented. 相似文献

针对目前节流阀存在无法根据需要自动改变节流嘴尺寸等问题,利用ANSYS对一种新型天然气井井下定压节流阀进数值模拟,该节流阀可以根据节流阀入口压力的变化调节节流阀的开度,以保证节流阀出口压力基本保持在设计压力值范围不变,分析了节流阀在正常工作压力范围内、不同开度时,节流阀节流过程中的压力、速度和温度变化,仿真结果和理论计算结果相符;通过节流阀在气固两相流时的冲蚀磨损情况分析,表明在节流阀阀芯锥面冲蚀磨损最为严重,最大冲蚀率为4.413×10-7kg/(m2·s)。最后,基于前面分析结果对节流阀的阀芯和阀座进行结构优化,优化结果表明当节流阀阀座倾角β=10°时,阀芯冲蚀率最小;并对阀芯锥面进行氮化处理增强其耐磨性。 相似文献

针对混合气体检测问题,利用误差反向传播(BP)算法和遗传算法,提出了用自适应遗传算法优化BP神经网络的方法来实现定量检测.即利用遗传算法的全局搜索能力,对神经网络连接权值和阈值进行优化,再以优化后的初值作为BP神经网络的初始连接权值和阈值,最后用附加“动量项”的误差反向传播算法训练BP网络.设计了一个结构为7×18 ×3的3层BP网络用于一组含有5个样本的混合气体识别试验.结果表明:将自适应遗传神经网络算法应用于混合气体定量识别的训练中,收敛速度比附加“动量项”BP算法要快,而且学习精度更高,识别效率也提高了2/3. 相似文献

介绍了HCMH-100气中氢含量测定仪在不同类型炼厂气体样品氢含量分析中的应用.实验结果表明,该型仪器对炼厂气中常见的轻烃(C1-C5烃)、非烃(O2、N2、H2O、CO、CO2等)、二氧化硫和硫化氢等都有良好的选择性,在常量范围(0.1%-100%)内对氢的响应有良好的线性,因此对各类炼厂混合气体样品中的氢气有良好的选择性定量检测功能,具有操作简便,适用范围宽,分析结果可靠,分析速度快等特点,可以作为炼厂控制分析的专用仪器,应用于实际炼厂气体样品中氢的定量分析. 相似文献
