电镀规范对Fe－Ni－P合金硬度和耐磨性的影响

研究了不同电镀规范的Ｆｅ－Ｎｉ－Ｐ合金层显微硬度和摩擦学性能。镀液中Ｆｅ／（Ｆｅ＋Ｎｉ）浓度比增大或电流密度增加，镀层的硬度上升，耐磨性提高；粮液的ｐＨ值或温度增大，镀层的显微硬度下降，耐磨性降低。镀液ＮａＨ２ＰＯ２·Ｈ２Ｏ浓度为５ｇ／Ｌ时，镀层硬度和耐磨性最高。宜选用的工艺参数为ｐＰＨ值１．０～１．２，温度６０～７０℃，电流密度１０～２０Ａ／ｄｍ２。Ｆｅ－Ｎｉ－Ｐ非晶合金的耐磨性比Ｎｉ－Ｐ非晶合金高２倍，摩擦系数低２０％。

非晶态Fe-Ni合金电沉积研究

介绍了一种新的电沉积非晶态Ｆｅ－Ｎｉ合金的方法。用这种方法在室温下电沉积出的Ｆｅ－Ｎｉ合金镀层外观接近镜面。经Ｘ－射线衍射及等离子光谱分析（ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ）证实，所获得的Ｆｅ－Ｎｉ合金镀层为非晶态结构，镀层中Ｆｅ和Ｎｉ含量分别为７３％～７７％和２０％～２４％，同时含有１．５％～５．０％的Ｐ和少量的Ｃｒ和Ｂ。对电沉积的工艺条件、光亮剂ＨＡＢ１、ＨＡＢ２和添加剂ＨＡＴ的影响进行了探讨。     

镍—钨—磷合金镀层在硫酸介质中的耐蚀性

研究了自催化镀Ｎｉ－Ｗ－Ｐ合金镀层在Ｈ２ＳＯ４介质中的耐蚀性，结果表明，在１０％－２０％（ｗｔ）Ｈ２ＳＯ４介质中，Ｎｉ－Ｗ－Ｐ合金镀层有极好的耐蚀性，这是由于一定组成的Ｎｉ－Ｗ－Ｐ合金镀层具有非晶态结构及表面极易形成致密的钝化膜所致。

用动电位扫描法研究Ｎｉ－Ｃｅ－Ｐ合金电沉积行为,结果民体和Ｈ３ＰＯ３可使金属离子的析出电位正移,加上Ｎｉ＾２＋的诱导共沉积,使得Ｎｉ－Ｃｅ－Ｐ合金从水溶液中宙积出来,ＸＰＳ谱图和能理弥散仪测试结果表明,镀层成分分别为：８１．９（ｗｔ）％,Ｎｉ,９．７７（ｗｔ）％ｃｅ,６．３２（ｗｔ）％Ｐ。     

Ni-W-B-SiC复合电镀中B的沉积机理及其对镀层硬度的影响

绘制了Ｎｉ－Ｂ－Ｈ２Ｏ系的电位－ＰＨ图,分析了Ｎｉ－Ｗ－Ｂ－ＳｉＣ复合电镀中Ｂ的沉积机理及其对镀层硬度的影响。研究表明：由于氢在Ｆｅ基金属上的沉积存在超电位,使得Ｎｉ与Ｂ将先于Ｈ２的析出而共沉积;同时,在４００℃进行热处理时,镀层可获得最高的显微硬度。

Zusammenfassung Bei der Gestaltung von Ernteprozessen — beispielsweise des Prozesses Mähdrusch, Körnertransport und -abnahme — als transportverbundene Fließarbeitsverfahren mit mindestens zwei verschiedenen Arbeitsmitteln gibt es einen großen Optimierungsspielraum. Solche Prozesse sind mehrstufige Bedienungsprozesse mit gemischter Anordnung der Bedienungseinrichtungen. Außerdem besitzen sie stark ausgeprägte räumliche Aspekte. Es wird vor allem gezeigt, welche Merkmale solcher Prozesse in Simulationsmodellen abgebildet sein müssen, welche Zielgrößen in Abhängigkeit von welchen Einflußgrößen unter Berücksichtigung welcher Prozeßbedingungen ermittelt werden sollten und wie der Bewertungsprozeß zur Ermittlung der gewünschten Informationen gestaltet werden muß.

CNAS Passes APLAC's PTP Review

Strictest Pollutants Emission Standards

正Four new national standards on air pollutant emission control offi cially issued by the Ministry of Environment Protection(MEP)together with AQSIQ and SAC has been brought into force from July 1,2014.The Emission standard for air pollutants of coal-burning,oil-burning and gasfi red boilers,which is the strictest emission standard historically,will tackle the stubborn pollution problem of boilers and waste incineration in most of China’s regions.

Progress on Standards Copyright Protection

正Recently,National Copyright Administration of China(NCAC)has rewarded 215 organizations and 179 individuals for their outstanding efforts on investigating standards copyright infringement and piracy in 2013.Hua Jianhua,the Deputy-Director of National Standards Copyright Protection Workgroup Office won a third prize of the national individual award.In 2012,SAC set up the national standards copyright protection working group,and developed policies to crack down standards infringement and piracy behaviors and to strengthen standards copyright protection.
