研究了基于知识的制造系统的性能优化,首先说明如何表示制造系统的知识以及怎样将这些知识管理起来并应用到设计过程中,用知识单元表示每条知识,每个知识单元又包含对象、已知、未知和求解方法等要素;然后,研究了在ASP.NET和SQL SERVER 2000环境下,基于知识的生产系统的整体架构;最后以串行生产线为例,按照系统架构,实现了计算平均生产率的算法的调用,表明在ASP.NET环境下,基于知识的制造系统的性能的计算和优化是可行的,能够很大地提高制造系统的设计效率. 相似文献

针对离散制造系统中典型工艺发现以及知识重用问题,提出了基于高斯鸽群算法的典型工艺知识发现方法.在对工艺路线进行统一编码的基础上,同时考虑了相同工序信息以及工序的排序信息,提出了一种新的综合指标来描述工艺路线之间的相似度,并由此构建了相异度矩阵;同时为了优化聚类分析过程,将高斯项引入鸽群优化算法(Pigeon-inspired Optimization Algorithm,PIO),提出了高斯鸽群优化算法(Gaussian Pigeon-inspired Optimization Algorithm,GPIO),改善了聚类效果,实现了工艺路线的智能聚类并重用工艺知识来优化零件加工过程.最后以企业实际生产制造过程为例,验证了相似度计算方法以及高斯鸽群优化算法(GPIO)的合理性和实用性. 相似文献

在车间作业调度问题的求解过程中,从调度数据中挖掘调度知识,指导优化,对调度方案的精确求解至关重要。因此在分析调度领域海量数据和专业知识的基础上,建立基于本体的调度知识关系模型及知识表示;考虑数据挖掘与知识结合的关系,集成支持向量机和CART决策树学习算法,以实现数据驱动的调度规则获取,并分析调度知识挖掘框架下调度规则的挖掘过程;将调度知识和人工鱼群算法相结合用于生产调度的优化计算,改进人工鱼初始化过程。设计对比实验,实例验证表明算法效率获得较大提高,能够获得更接近实际情况的优化方案,有效减少作业总通过时间,提高了生产效率。 相似文献

针对黄金湿法冶炼生产过程中某些关键变量不能准确在线测量,导致局部工序无法定量建模、难以基于定量模型实现过程优化控制的问题,提出一种基于区间数的过程分层优化方法.在对黄金湿法冶炼生产过程特点进行分析的基础上,提出了基于区间数的过程分层优化框架.基于专家知识和现场操作人员经验等信息,建立了调浆过程的模糊定性模型.结合氰化浸出和置换等工序的定量模型及调浆过程的定性模型,建立了以综合经济效益最大为优化目标的黄金湿法冶炼生产过程优化模型.针对模糊定性模型的每一输出模态,利用区间数代替无法检测关键变量,提出了基于区间优化和分层优化思想相结合的优化方法,实现了黄金湿法冶炼过程的优化.与传统全流程优化方法的仿真对比实验表明,所提方法在具有不确定性的流程工业生产过程优化中具有一定的应用价值. 相似文献

介绍了原油混输调度问题的建模和优化方法及国内外的研究现状.综合国内外在原油混输调度研究的新成果,从建模及求解上分析了现有的研究方法,并比较了其优缺点.指出数学规划方法是原油混输调度问题的最常用方法,但其建模困难,其求解方法--数学规划算法、随机搜索法和智能算法等都有缺陷,很难又快又好的得到最优解.而基于事件树方法通过自然语言建模,用基于事件触发规则的方法求解,可以很快得到较好的解.对于原油混输调度,基于事件树的方法是一种很有潜力的方法. 相似文献

An expert system LUBRES (LUBricating oil Refining Expert System) is introduced in this paper. It helps plant operators in monitoring and diagnosing of abnormal situations in refining process of lubricating oil. The LUBRES structure, the knowledge base, and the inference machine are presented in detail. A new strategy is proposed for conflicts resolution – the sorting strategy of antecedents, and a selection strategy of knowledge rules in the memory knowledge base. Knowledge acquisition mechanism is based on an empirical knowledge table, while knowledge verification is carried out based on the directed graph approach. C++Builder and SQL Server 2000 have been used in developing the proposed system. LUBRES has been successfully implemented in Microsoft Windows Server environment. For 1 year, LUBRES has been used for monitoring and diagnosing of refining process of the lubricating oil. The industrial application of LUBRES proved its high reliability and accuracy. 相似文献

Mixed-integer optimization problems belong to the group of NP-hard combinatorial problems. Therefore, they are difficult to
search for global optimal solutions. Mixed-integer optimization problems are always described by precise mathematical programming
models. However, many practical mixed-integer optimization problems have inherited a more or less imprecise nature. Under
these circumstances, if we take into account the flexibility of the constraints and the fuzziness of the objectives, the original
mixed-integer optimization problems can be formulated as fuzzy mixed-integer optimization problems. Mixed-integer hybrid differential
evolution (MIHDE) is an evolutionary search algorithm which has been successfully applied to many complex mixed-integer optimization
problems. In this article, a fuzzy mixed-integer mathematical programming model is developed to formulate the fuzzy mixed-integer
optimization problem. In addition the MIHDE is introduced to solve the fuzzy mixed-integer programming problem. Finally, the
illustrative example shows that satisfactory results can be obtained by the proposed method. This demonstrates that MIHDE

Hydrocracking is one of the key technologies in oil refining. It has become a critical secondary processing unit in the refinery for improving the quality of product oil and increasing the light oil volume of production. As such, operation optimization for this process is significant. The basis of operation optimization is the model, and several mechanisms for hydrocracking models have been proposed and studied. However, these models usually require time consuming and exhibit low efficiency especially when applied to optimize operating conditions. In this study, a Kriging surrogate model of hydrocracking is developed based on the mechanism and industrial data. An optimization algorithm is then proposed to optimize operating conditions. The proposed algorithm integrates adaptive step-size global and local search strategy (GLSS) for minimizing the predictor. Simulation results indicate that this optimization strategy integrating GLSS and Kriging surrogate model obtains better revenue of the process production than conventional algorithms such as EGO, DDS, and CAND. 相似文献

corresponding optimization problem formulated and solved by nonlinear mathematical programming.
