自动血细胞分析仪测定网织红细胞的初步应用   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
COULTER STKS-2B全自动血细胞分析仪测定血液中的网织红细胞,并与国际血液标准化委员会(ICSH)所推荐的网织红细胞活体染色目测计数法-Miller窥盘法进行比较,r=0.94,t检验P〉0.05,差异无显著意义,批内平均CV=8.33%,批间平均CV=11.31%。结果表明血细胞分檄仪法测定网织红细胞具有准确度、精密度高、检测速度快的特点,尤其适合大批标本的快速测定。同时操作简便、标本  相似文献

目的探讨本地区新生儿网织红细胞计数(Ret)结果的性别差异,同时与传统的方法学比较,评价两种方法结果的可靠性。方法应用Sysmex XE-2100全自动血液分析仪和手工法同时进行计数。结果仪器法:男性新生儿Ret为(3.69±1.22)%,女性新生儿Ret为(2.92±1.10)%,手工法:男性新生儿Ret为(3.18±1.58)%,女性新生儿Ret为(2.41±1.30)%。结论 (1)男性与女性新生儿Ret结果经统计学处理差异无统计学意义;(2)两种方法比较的结果差异无统计学意义,但仪器法的重复性要好于手工法。  相似文献

The peripheral reticulocyte count is commonly used as an indicator of the erythropoietic activity of the bone marrow. Manual counting provides results with a high degree of inaccuracy and imprecision. Automation of counting is therefore needed. The increase in the number of methods available requires however that the results from the various methods agree with one another. The aim of our study was to evaluate the analytic performance of two automated hematology analyzers by a parallel study. We compared the analyzers between them and with manual counting. We enrolled in our study a total of 100 healthy subjects and an additional 80 patients affected by various hematological diseases. Difference between methods is statistically significant: the reference intervals of ADVIA2120 are higher than the Sysmex XE‐2100. The correlation between methods and correlation with the microscopic method are excellent and statistically significant. In conclusion, we can affirm that total automation of reticulocyte counts represents a definite improvement over microscopic counts. Reference values for all 7 parameters of the analysis of reticulocytes by using hematological analyzer GEN-S and obtained during blood examination of 115 men and 120 women, aged 20 to 60, are presented in the paper. A screening test for bacteriuria was developed, based on the use of the Bioscreen microbiological system (Labsystem, Finland) and nutrient media manufactured in the USSR. The diagnostic characteristics of the new test were assessed in screening of inpatients; the test has proved to be not inferior to similar methods realized in the microbiological systems manufactured in Western Europe and USA.  相似文献

目的调查健康中国成人的网织红细胞多参数分析的参考值范围;并进一步观察在地中海贫血时网织红细胞各参数改变情况及临床意义。方法应用Coulter-GENS.system2型全自动血液分析仪检测了66例健康成人和33例地中海贫血患者7项网织红细胞细胞参数。结果①网织红细胞细胞多参数的正常参考值范围(男女混合)为:RET%1.34±0.48(0.86%~1.82%);RET#0.059±0.023(0.036~0.082);IRF0.3±0.04(0.26~0.34);HLR%0.38±0.14(0.24%~0.52%);HLR#0.017±0.007(0.01~0.024);MRV113±7(106~120);MSCV91±6(85~97)。②地贫患者的7项网织红细胞参数中有多项与正常人有相比有显著性差异,其中RET%、RET#、HLR%和HLR#明显增高(P<0.01),MRV、MSCV明显下降(P<0.01),且变化程度病情的严重程度有一定的关联性。贫血程度较轻的血红蛋白病,网织红细胞各参数变化不大。结论网织红细胞细胞多参数测定提示,地中海贫血时患者网织红细胞细胞中未成熟细胞占的比例增加可能是导致“无效造血”的主要原因之一;网织红细胞细胞多参数分析能在一定程度上提示地中海贫血严重程度;在经典网织红细胞指标RET%,RET#基础上,应用HLR%、HLR#和IRF可以更细微、全面地描述网织红细胞的成熟度,从而更好的评价骨髓造血的功能。  相似文献

A carefully designed study was undertaken in 1982 to evaluate the performance of individuals who received the Nucleus 22-channel cochlear implant. All patients were profound-totally deaf, adults with a postlingual onset of impairment. The preoperative evaluation, prosthesis fitting, training, and postoperative testing were consistent across clinics. Single-subject studies, where each patient acted as his/her own control, revealed that of the 37 subjects, 16-24 obtained significant improvement (P less than or equal to 0.001) on unpracticed, unfamiliar recorded speech tests from the Minimal Auditory Capabilities (MAC) Battery, when using hearing alone (no lipreading). In addition, virtually all patients showed improvement in recognition of speech material with lipreading. The data support the efficacy of a feature extraction coding system where specific formant and amplitude information are transmitted via direct electrical stimulation to the cochlea.  相似文献

A turbidimetric rate method for the determination of immunoglobulins IgG, IgA, and IgM has been adapted to an automatic kinetic rate analyzer. The procedure can be run on mildly lipemic sera without correction for sample light scatter. We report correlations with results by an immunodiffusion method and a manual laser nephelometric technique. The automated rate procedure described provides a rapid, accurate, precise and sensitive way to measure immunoglobulins.  相似文献
