随着我国经济的快速发展和科学技术的不断进步,高速公路、桥梁建设逐渐呈现出大规模趋势,预应力连续梁桥中张拉施工在公路建设的实际应用中较为广泛。预应力张拉施工在桥梁工程施工中能够保障桥梁质量,对桥梁结构和耐久性有着重要作用,而当前研究的智能张拉工艺主要利用计算机软件进行预应力张拉施工的控制和指挥,将能有效降低人工失误率,以便良好控制预应力大小和保障桥梁施工质量,有效降低工程建设成本。本文通过对智能张拉技术的概述,探究了智能张拉技术在预应力施工中的实际应用,并对预应力智能张拉施工工艺的发展前景作了浅要分析。 相似文献

A new on-line predictive monitoring and prediction model for periodic biological processes is proposed using the multiway non-Gaussian modeling. The basic idea of this approach is to use multiway non-Gaussian modeling to extract some dominant key components from daily normal operation data in a periodic process, and subsequently combining these components with predictive statistical process monitoring techniques. The proposed predictive monitoring method has been applied to fault detection and diagnosis in the biological wastewater-treatment process, which is based on strong diurnal characteristics. The results show the power and advantages of the proposed predictive monitoring of a continuous process using the multiway predictive monitoring concept, which is thus able to give very useful conceptual results for a daily monitoring process and also enables a more rapid detection of the process fault than other traditional monitoring methods. 相似文献

无组织排放占石化企业挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放的主导地位,排放点多、面广、量大、分散、无规则,总体表现为大型面源或体积源,监测难度很大。本文评述了点、线和面(通量)等VOCs无组织排放监测技术及应用进展,总结了石化企业VOCs无组织排放监测存在的主要问题与难点,提出了石化企业VOCs无组织排放监测体系及适用监测技术。总体上,石化企业VOCs无组织排放监控存在排放清单质量不高、源头监测及溯源困难、排放烟羽及其迁移扩散途径无定形、厂界等开放空间难以封闭监测、常规监测的时间和空间覆盖有限等问题或技术难点,可复合应用点、线、面及通量监测技术,结合常规离线、实时在线、排放通量、移动快速响应等监测设计,构建覆盖排放与环境影响的多元化、网络化、立体化监控体系。未来石化企业VOCs无组织排放监控将向多层级、智能化和大数据应用发展。 相似文献

To deal with the inaccurate monitoring caused by the non-stationary characteristics of the xylenol tail gas treatment process, a layered monitoring scenario utilizing stationary subspace analysis has been presented in the present study. First, principal component analysis (PCA) is applied to establish the upper-level stationary monitoring model. Then the sliding time window is used to capture the dynamic information of the remaining non-stationary features, update the model, and establish the lower non-stationary monitoring model. Next, the Bayesian information criterion is employed to build the global monitoring model according to the detection results of the upper and lower layers. Finally, the industrial data collected from the industrial boiler is used to evaluate the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed method. It is demonstrated that layered monitoring has higher accuracy than conventional non-stationary process monitoring techniques. Moreover, it can capture the faults in the stationary features masked by the non-stationary features. 相似文献

Reliable process monitoring is important for ensuring process safety and product quality. A production process is generally characterized by multiple operation modes, and monitoring these multimodal processes is challenging. Most multimodal monitoring methods rely on the assumption that the modes are independent of each other, which may not be appropriate for practical application. This study proposes a transition-constrained Gaussian mixture model method for efficient multimodal process monitoring. This technique can reduce falsely and frequently occurring mode transitions by considering the time series information in the mode identification of historical and online data. This process enables the identified modes to reflect the stability of actual working conditions, improve mode identification accuracy, and enhance monitoring reliability in cases of mode overlap. Case studies on a numerical simulation example and simulation of the penicillin fermentation process are provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach in multimodal process monitoring with mode overlap. 相似文献
