镁电解工艺中使用的电解质需要具有合适的密度范围.MgCl2-KCl-CaCl2三元熔盐体系是镁电解质的重要基础三元系.使用了新一代溶液几何模型,预测了这一三元系在1 090 K下的密度.首先勘正了标准数据库中的MgCl2-CaCl2熔盐二元系的密度表达式.对已知3个二元系KCl-CaCl2、MgCl2-CaCl2、KCl-MgCl2数据,采用三次式表达的Redlich-Kister关系式拟合得到了它们的超额密度函数.并计算各组分之间的相似系数.最终获得全组分范围内的三元熔盐体系密度分布图.已知成分点的实验值与预测值之间相对误差在2.21 %~0.99 %之间,这表明了预测结果的可靠性. 相似文献

Compared with mixer-settlers applied widely in the hydrometallurgical industry of rare earths (RE), centrifugal contactors have several advantages such as low hold-up volume, excellent phase separation, high mass transfer efficiency, compact and short pieces of equipment, etc., and have been successfully used in some industrial fields. Yttrium (Y) is an important element and in great demand in many industries. For a variety of uses in many specialized areas, the high purity Y is often required. However, the separation and purification of Y by solvent extraction from RE mixture is widely known to be difficult due to their similar chemical properties. This paper studied both the separation factors of RE ions in the 32% HA (naphthenic acid) − 20% iso-octylalcohol–48% kerosene–RECl system and the distribution ratios of RE ions in the 32% HEHEHP (2-ethylhexyl phosphonic acid mono-2-ethylhexyl ester) − 68% kerosene–RECl system. Based on these studies, an extraction flowsheet for producing high purity Y with HA and HEHEHP as extractants has been developed. Both the bench scale test and the pilot-plant test of the flowsheet have been performed with ϕ20 mm and ϕ120 mm centrifugal contactors respectively. It is shown that Y2O3 with 99.99% purity was obtained, and the total recovery of Y was about 95%. 相似文献

Rare earth (RE) ternary complexes of Eu0.5Ln0.5(NPPD)3·(DPQ) (HNPPD=1-(naphthalen-2-yl)-3-phenylpropane-1,3-dione; DPQ= dipyridobenzoquinone) and Eu1-xLax(NPPD)3·(DPQ) (Ln3+=La3+, Gd3+, Sm3+, Pr3+; x=0.0, 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, 0.9) were synthesized by the reaction of RECl3·6H2O with HNPPD and DPQ in stoichiometry. The complexes were characterized with IR, elemental analysis, TGA-DSC and wide-angle X-ray diffraction. The UV-Vis absorption spectra and fluorescence properties of the complexes were also investigated. The experimental results showed that the luminescence efficiency of Eu3+ complexes was enhanced by doping some other lanthanide ions. Eu0.7La0.3(NPPD)3·(DPQ) showed the highest luminescence efficiency. 相似文献

Four new complexes RE(ABMF)2AA (RE=Sm, Eu, Tb, Dy) were synthesized by the reaction of RECl3·6H2O with acrylic acid (HAA) and 1-(2-furyl)-3-phenyl-1,3-propanedione (ABMF). The copolymerization of the rare earth complexes with methyl methacrylate was studied by using 2,2-azobis-isobutyronitrile as an initiator. The composition and structure of the four complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, UV-vis and FTIR. The glass transition temperature and molecular weight of the copolymers were determined. Photoluminescent measurement showed that ligand ABMF could efficiently transfer the energy to Sm3+ and Eu3+ ions in the complexes and sensitize the luminescence of the rare earth ions, but could not sensitize Tb3+ and Dy3+ ions. As a result, both Sm3+ and Eu3+ complexes emitted the characteristic fluorescence of Sm3+ and Eu3+ ions due to the f-f transitions. The four copolymers could emit strong fluorescence of the rare earth ions. 相似文献

Using the CALPHAD (Calculation of Phase Diagram) technique, the DyCl3-MCl (M = Na, K, Rb, Cs) systems were optimized and calculated. The modified quasi-chemical model in the pair approximation for short-range ordering was used to describe the Gibbs energies of the liquid phase in these systems. From the measured phase diagram data and experimental thermodynamic properties, a series of thermodynamic functions were optimized base on an interactive computer-assisted analysis. The optimized parameters and the experimental data were thermodynamically self-consistent. The optimized results were discussed. 相似文献

The solidus surface for the Al2O3-ZrO2-Er2O3 phase is projected for the first time onto the concentration triangle. It consists of five isothermal three-phase fields
that correspond to four invariant eutectic equilibria, one invariant transformation equilibrium, and six ruled binary eutectic
solidus surfaces. The highest solidus temperature in the system is 2710 °C, which is the melting point of pure ZrO2, and the lowest is 1720°C, which is the melting point of the ternary eutectic AL + F + Er3A5. Neither ternary phases nor visible solid solution areas based on components and binary compounds are found in the system.
Based on the data on bounding binary systems, liquidus, and solidus surfaces, the phase equilibrium diagram and reaction scheme
for equilibrium crystallization of Al2O3-ZrO2-Er2O3 alloys are constructed.
