Generation scheduling is an important concern of the current power system which is suffering from many obstacles of limited generation resources, grown energy demand and fuel price, inconsistent load demand and fluctuations of available wind power in case of the thermal–wind system. Smart grid system has a great potential of tumbling existing power system difficulties with intelligent infrastructure and computation technologies. Three different distributed energy resources, namely, distributed generation, demand response and gridable vehicles are used in this paper to overcome the power system hitches. The classical generation scheduling is solved with insertion of the cost of demand response and the cost model pertaining to underestimation and overestimation of fluctuating wind power. The modified optimization problem is solved using an efficient Global best artificial bee colony algorithm for 10 generating units test system. Generation scheduling in the smart grid environment yields a significant reduction in the total cost. 相似文献

利用价格信号与激励机制的需求响应项目可以为智能电网及电力市场运行构建可靠、高效与稳健的反馈机制。随着电力市场改革的不断深入以及智能电网的兴起,已有多个国家建立了基于市场化运作的需求响应项目。建立了适应智能电网及电力市场发展的需求响应理论与应用体系。对智能电网下需求响应理论及其应用层面进行了探索性研究,重点针对需求响应相关的项目决策、风险管理等热点问题进行了探讨,从多角度阐述了需求响应在提高系统安全性、可靠性与经济性等方面的作用。结果表明,智能电网下的新型需求响应项目可以进一步提升用户响应能力,为保障系统安全经济运行提供更有效支撑。 相似文献

Different policies have been implemented around the world seeking to deliver demand response potential in the electricity markets. Externalities, namely the CO2 externality, have been one of the key concerns in the debate on the effectiveness of different policies regarding demand response development. Although most previous researches have centred on the short-term assessment of different policy choices to tackle the CO2 externality, little work has been focused on the long-term impacts, such as changes in welfare and investment dynamics, in consequence of the implementation of such policies. This paper relies on a long-term market simulation model to examine long-term dynamics of two specific policies presently used by policy makers. The first policy relates to the correction for the externality by setting a CO2 price at a level equal to the social cost of the associated CO2 emissions. The second policy consists in subsidizing carbon-free technologies such as demand response. We test for each policy two different scenarios regarding the possibility of internalization of the CO2 externality. The results show that in the long-run different policies should affect both investments and social costs, a market-driven development of demand response with the internalization of the CO2 externality being the most efficient approach. 相似文献

In recent years, most of the countries around the world have gone through the power system restructuring process. Along with this restructuring in power market there are some issues like LMP problems that need to be solved base on demand response. In this article, demand-side management (DSM) programs have been effective to address LMPs in the market and system operators experience throughout their day-to-day activities. In particularly, these programs can help independent system operator (ISO) to reduce price volatility during peak demand hours. For achieving this purpose, a multi-objective optimal power flow is proposed to study the impact of a model for a demand response program on price spikes. Actually a new framework using demand response program was presented for price spikes reduction. As a case study for the formulation, the IEEE 9-bus, load curve of Mid-Atlantic region of the New York network is used to compare local prices in the system with and without emergency demand response program (EDRP). The study results demonstrate the effectiveness of these programs in an electricity market and showing them as appropriate tools in managing the LMPs of the power market more efficiently. 相似文献

随着电力体制改革的深入,用户侧微电网逐渐形成多方投资+集中管控的运营模式,研究计及运营商利益的微电网能量优化具有重要的现实意义。文章提出一种以运营商购售电收益最大化和需求响应补偿成本最小化为目标的微电网能量优化调度策略。该策略计及需求响应多时间尺度特性,将集群空调和集群电动汽车2种需求响应资源纳入日前-日内-实时3种时间尺度调度计划中,并根据各阶段可再生能源预测信息以及电价信号,逐级优化储能出力和需求响应供应量,实现运营商的全局利益最大化。负荷聚集商基于集群空调和集群电动汽车的控制模型预测各时段可控负荷容量并实时响应调度指令。最后,通过算例验证本文所提调度策略的有效性。 相似文献

随着中国售电侧市场的逐步开放,大量售电公司迅速成立。作为新型市场主体,售电公司购售电决策成为其运营的核心问题。针对不断增强的用户响应市场价格和激励信息的能力,提出了一种考虑用户需求响应的售电公司购售电决策双层模型,上层模型以售电公司利润最大化为目标,下层模型以用户用电效用最大化为目标。模型考虑了双边合同违约惩罚机制,且对具有需求响应能力的用户用电负荷进行建模,采取了售电公司代理用户需求响应资源参与实时市场的互动机制。最后对所建模型采用美国PJM市场数据进行了验证,结果表明考虑用户需求响应能够给出更优的售电公司购电决策方案。 相似文献
