【目的】为了明确光周期和遗传因子在稻飞虱翅型分化中的作用, 研究了3种稻飞虱(褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens、白背飞虱Sogatella furcifera和灰飞虱Laodelphax striatellus)翅型纯系或近纯系在不同光照时数下的翅型分化比率。【方法】以经过5~45代连续翅型筛选后的褐飞虱、白背飞虱和灰飞虱的长翅型和短翅型纯系或近纯系为材料, 在室内分别测定了其在长光照(16和20 h)、短光照(4~12 h)和正常光照(14 h) 3类光周期条件下饲养后, 雌、雄成虫中长翅和短翅个体出现的比率及存活率。【结果】白背飞虱和灰飞虱的长翅型纯系M♂×M♀或短翅型纯系B♂×B♀在不同光周期下的翅型比率均无显著差异(P>0.05)。褐飞虱短翅型近纯系B♂×B♀的雌虫短翅率和成虫总短翅率在不同光周期下也无显著差异(P>0.05), 但雄虫短翅率在正常光照14 h和短光照4 h下显著高于长光照20 h下的(P<0.05)。当褐飞虱短翅型达到纯系后, 其后代翅型在6~16 h光照条件下无显著差异。褐飞虱长翅型近纯系M♂×M♀的后代虽有短翅个体出现, 但是雌虫和雄虫的各自短翅率在不同光周期下无显著差异(P>0.05), 仅总体短翅率在12 h光照条件下的显著高于16 h下的(P<0.05)。褐飞虱长、短翅型杂交筛选品系M♂×B♀的雌虫短翅率随光照时数的延长而升高; 灰飞虱杂交筛选品系M♂×B♀的短翅雄虫随光照时数的缩短而增多(P<0.05), 但当筛选代次达到45代时, 这种趋势不再显著。3种稻飞虱长翅型和短翅型纯系或近纯系若虫的存活率会稍低于长、短翅型杂交后代的存活率, 但长、短翅型品系的存活率在6~16 h光照条件下差异不显著(P>0.05)。【结论】稻飞虱翅型分化对光周期的反应受飞虱本身遗传背景的影响, 翅型纯系后代个体的翅型分化对光周期变化不敏感。  相似文献

褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens(Stal)属迁飞性水稻害虫,其成虫有短翅和长翅两种翅型。 褐飞虱迁入雌虫均未经过交配,其短翅型由一对显性等位基因控制。翅型分化同时受到遗传和内分泌系统的协调控制,外界条件如密度和寄主等因子通过内分泌系统来影响翅型的分化。褐飞虱翅型分化的敏感龄期雌虫为1~3龄,而雄虫为1-5龄;不同若虫蜜度处理对褐飞虱成虫的前翅形成有一定的影响。分蘖期水稻饲养的褐飞虱短翅型比例明显高于孕穗期水稻饲养的褐飞虱。不同密度下各生物型间的翅型分化差异不显著。迁入地的浙江各种群属温带型,其雌虫短翅率低且与密度呈显著负相关;菲律宾热带种群雌虫在不同密度下均为短翅型,而雄虫的短翅率随密度增加而上升。广西种群接近热带型,其雌虫短翅率高但不随密度而变化。试验各种群的雄虫在中等密度甚至高密度时其短翅率出现最高。  相似文献

通过高温处理及交配产卵实验,探讨了高温对稻褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens (Stal)发育与生殖的影响。研究了不同高温条件对褐飞虱若虫发育历期、产卵量、产卵前期、寿命等生物学特性的影响。34℃以上高温导致褐飞虱若虫发育历期延长。高温处理4龄若虫使羽化后的雌成虫产卵量减少。高温处理不同日龄雌成虫也致使其产卵量减少,其中以1日龄短翅型、3日龄长翅型的产卵量影响最大。高温处理后褐飞虱寿命缩短。高温恒温处理,对短翅型雌成虫的产卵前期影响不大,但能延长长翅型雌成虫的产卵前期;而高温变温处理致使短、长翅型雌成虫的产卵前期均延长。高温变温对褐飞虱生殖的影响程度大于高温恒温。高温处理组雌、雄成虫与对照组相应的成虫交配试验表明,高温对雌性的影响大于雄性。实验初步确定34℃为对褐飞虱发育与生殖产生影响的临界温度。  相似文献

受5龄末期和羽化初期较高保幼激素滴度的影响,褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens(Stal)短翅型成虫性成熟比长翅型成虫早40~50h。5日龄前短翅型雌成虫的交配成功率较高,雄成虫的交配竞争能力较强;1、2日龄的长翅型雌成虫不交配,5日龄后长翅型成虫的交配能力渐渐超过短翅型成虫。实验种群的交配持续时间为(70.38±41.77)s;交配成功率为51.63%;雌、雄虫均可重复交配。一日中0~4h和10~14h交配成功率较高。  相似文献

采自湖南衡阳(HY)和新疆哈密(HM)的棉铃虫Helicoverpa armigera(Hubner)种群被室内杂交和回交,杂交F1代和回交F2代雌成虫的产卵量、卵孵化率和产卵时间等繁殖力参数均无明显的变化。在22℃下,HM、HY、HM♀×HY、HY♀×HM和(HY♀×HM)×HY后代蛹滞育的临界光周期分别为13h 35 min,11 h,11 h 45 min,11 h 43min和11 h9min。在一15℃下,HM、HY、HM♀×HY、HY♀×HM、HY♀×(HY♀×HM)和(HY♀×HM)♀×HM后代滞育蛹的致死中时间(LT”)分别是159.7h、34.27h、100.65 h、116.75h、90.78h和135.58h,亲本F1代显性度D(HM♀×HY)和D(HY♀XHM)分别为0.3998和0.5926。遗传分析表明棉铃虫滞育蛹的抗寒性由多个不完全显性的基因控制。  相似文献

稻田氮肥施用量对黑肩绿盲蝽捕食功能的影响   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
在实验室条件下研究了黑肩绿盲蝽Cyrtorhinuslividipennis Reuter在不同含氮量稻株上对褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens Stal卵和低龄若虫的捕食能力、对褐飞虱卵的捕食功能反应以及褐飞虱蜜露和水稻伤流液对其捕食 能力的影响。结果表明,黑肩绿盲蝽对褐飞虱卵和若虫的捕食量均与寄主植物的含氮量呈显著 负相关。黑肩绿盲蝽在相同氮肥施用量的稻株上连续饲养2代后对褐飞虱卵的捕食能力没有改变 。黑肩绿盲蝽对褐飞虱卵的功能反应呈Holling Ⅱ型方程,其参数瞬时发现率(a)和处置时间(Th)只与寄主含氮量有关,而与黑肩绿盲蝽种群和褐飞虱卵的来源无关。 在高氮量稻株上黑肩绿盲蝽种群对褐飞虱卵的瞬时发现率(a)下降导致了功能反应的减弱, 而在相同含氮量稻株上黑肩绿盲蝽种群之间的捕食功能没有明显差异。黑肩绿盲蝽成虫取食水 稻伤流液和褐飞虱蜜露时寿命明显延长,取食高氮稻株的褐飞虱分泌的蜜露对延长黑肩绿盲蝽 雌成虫寿命的作用最大。但是,在高氮稻株上褐飞虱蜜露显著降低黑肩绿盲蝽的捕食能力。这 些结果表明黑肩绿盲蝽对褐飞虱自然控制作用的下降是稻田过量施用氮肥后褐飞虱种群增加的 主要原因之一。  相似文献

为了解农药处理导致褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens (Stål)飞行能力增强的生理机制, 本文采用蒽酮法和酶促反应终止法, 研究了吡虫啉、 三唑磷和溴氰菊酯3种杀虫剂亚致死剂量对褐飞虱3龄、 5龄若虫及长、 短翅型雌雄成虫体内海藻糖含量和海藻糖酶活性的影响。结果表明: 杀虫剂处理的褐飞虱3龄若虫海藻糖含量和海藻糖酶活性与对照相比没有显著差异(P>0.05)。40 mg/L三唑磷处理的褐飞虱5龄若虫体内海藻糖含量显著低于对照(P<0.05), 比对照降低了24%; 而20和40 mg/L三唑磷处理的褐飞虱5龄若虫海藻糖酶活性显著高于对照(P<0.05), 分别比对照高出了100%和129%。10 mg/L吡虫啉, 20 和40 mg/L三唑磷以及3和6 mg/L溴氰菊酯处理的褐飞虱短翅雌成虫和雄成虫体内海藻糖含量显著低于对照(P<0.05), 雌成虫体内海藻糖含量比对照分别降低了36%, 53%, 67%, 58%和69%, 雄成虫体内海藻糖含量比对照分别降低了59%, 71%, 65%, 70%和77%; 而40 mg/L三唑磷以及3和6 mg/L溴氰菊酯处理的褐飞虱短翅型雌成虫和雄成虫体内海藻糖酶活性显著高于对照(P<0.05), 雌成虫体内海藻糖酶活性比对照分别高出了124%, 100%和88%, 雄成虫体内海藻糖酶活性比对照分别高出了146%, 132%和118%。10 mg/L吡虫啉, 40 mg/L三唑磷和3 mg/L溴氰菊酯处理的褐飞虱长翅型雌成虫和雄成虫海藻糖含量显著低于对照(P<0.05), 雌成虫海藻糖含量比对照分别降低了44%, 34%和37%, 雄成虫体内海藻糖含量比对照降低了48%, 54%和43%; 而5和10 mg/L吡虫啉处理的长翅型雌成虫和雄成虫海藻糖酶活性显著高于对照(P<0.05), 雌成虫体内海藻糖酶活性比对照分别高出了317%和300%, 雄成虫体内海藻糖酶活性比对照分别高出了170%和97%。这些结果说明这3种杀虫剂亚致死剂量处理可以增强褐飞虱体内海藻糖酶活性, 并导致海藻糖含量下降。本研究结果对深入阐明农药诱导褐飞虱再猖獗及杀虫剂处理增强其飞行能力的生理机制具有一定的科学价值。  相似文献

用高压液相色谱及放射化学法,分别测定了褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens 1~5龄若虫体内的保幼激素滴度与保幼激素酯酶活性变化,并用保幼激素类似物(ZR-515)进行体表点滴加以验证。结果表明,褐飞虱雌、雄4龄若虫期及雄虫的5龄若虫初期,短、长翅型间体内保幼激素滴度差异明显,可以认为该阶段是其翅型分化的关键时期。  相似文献

该文报道外源蜕皮激素(ED)和保幼激素类似物(JHA)对褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens (Stal)翅型分化及体内酯酶活性、可溶性糖和游离氨基酸含量等的影响。褐飞虱在3、4龄若虫期经JHA处理后,所羽化出的成虫短翅型比例明显升高;而在5龄若虫期处理,所羽化出成虫的短翅型比例无明显变化。ED处理能增加3、4龄若虫体内酯酶活性、可溶性糖及游离氨基酸含量,而JHA处理则能有效地抑制ED的这些生物活性,这可能是JHA处理后褐飞虱成虫短翅型比例提高的生理生化基础。  相似文献

为了明确褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens、 白背飞虱Sogatella furcifera和灰飞虱Laodelphax striatellus 3种稻飞虱翅型分化的遗传规律与差异, 采用翅型筛选与杂交遗传的实验方法, 研究了3种飞虱在秧苗期水稻上的翅型选择响应与杂交遗传规律。结果表明: 3种稻飞虱的翅型具有较强的选择响应, 并且长翅型纯系在白背飞虱中最易筛选得到, 灰飞虱的次之, 而褐飞虱的最难。3种稻飞虱的长翅(M)雄虫与短翅(B)雌虫配对(M♂×B♀)筛选3~5代后, 95%~100%的雄虫和雌虫分别稳定为长翅型和短翅型。筛选和杂交实验结果表明, 褐飞虱的翅型决定基本符合常染色体上的一对等位基因调控的从性性状遗传规律, 雄虫中长翅为显性, 而雌虫中短翅为显性。翅型的表型还受除基因型外的其他条件的影响, 利用长翅雄虫与长翅雌虫后代中出现的极少数的短翅雄虫与短翅雌虫进行配对, 其后代中各翅型出现的比率与长翅雌虫和长翅雄虫配对的无显著差异; 同样, 在短翅雄虫与短翅雌虫配对的后代中也有相同的结果。白背飞虱和灰飞虱在该筛选条件下很少有短翅雄虫出现, 两者翅型的遗传调控较为相似, 可用由两对等位基因控制的性状来解释筛选和杂交实验的结果, 其中一对等位基因位于性染色体上, 调控雄性的翅型, 且长翅为显性; 另一对位于常染色体上, 调控雌性的翅型, 且短翅为显性。据此认为, 3种飞虱翅型决定基因的显隐性在不同性别间的差异, 以及翅表型与基因型的不一致性, 是稻飞虱种群在不同条件下均可灵活调控翅型的重要遗传机制。  相似文献

The lygaeid bug Dimorphopterus japonicus Hidaka, which mainly feeds on a eulalia, Miscanthus sinensis, shows marked wing dimorphism of brachyptery and macroptery. Its production of macropters is stimulated in rearing conditions such as high temperature, long photoperiod and crowding during the nymphal stage. In this study, we investigated the seasonal prevalence in occurrence and the seasonal change in incidence of macroptery in D. japonicus for field populations in Okayama, western Japan. The results demonstrated that nymphal density was a key factor in determining the proportion of macropters, indicating an escape strategy from crowded populations. The field surveys also revealed that this bug has a univoltine life cycle in Okayama. There was a seasonal change in the incidence of macroptery in the new generation. The combined effects of temperature and photoperiod on wing‐form determination explained this seasonality trait.  相似文献

为了了解共生菌Cardinium对朱砂叶螨Tetranychus cinnabarinus (Boisduval)的生殖调控作用,从检测到感染Cardinium的种群中选取山西运城和甘肃兰州2个感染率较高的种群作为实验材料,对Cardinium在寄主生殖调控方面的作用进行研究。通过人工培养100%感染Cardinium的种群和100%不感染的种群,并从中挑取不同感染类型的雌雄螨单独进行杂交实验,设立感染Cardinium(♀)×感染Cardinium(),感染Cardinium(♀)×不感染(),不感染(♀)×感染Cardinium(),不感染(♀)×不感染() 4种杂交组合。结果发现,抗生素处理后不感染的雌螨和受感染雄螨的交配表现出了单向的胞质不亲和,而且2个种群表现出了2种类型:在山西种群不亲和的组合中,CI表现为卵孵化率显著降低,多数雌螨都产生出F1雌螨后代,但是F1代雌螨数量相对于其他3种组合明显减少; 而在甘肃种群不亲和的组合中则表现为卵全部孵化且幼螨100%存活,但全部为雄螨后代。2个种群中Cardinium的亲缘关系非常相近,而它们却能够在不同的地理种群中表现出不同的CI表型,这提示亲缘关系非常接近的品系也可以产生不同的表型。研究结果为深入揭示Cardinium的感染机制和生殖调控作用提供重要基础。  相似文献

Many organisms show distinct morphological types. We argue that the evolution of these alternate morphologies depends upon both fitness differences between morphs within each sex and the genetic correlation between sexes. In this paper, we examine the evolution of alternate morphologies using wing dimorphism in insects as a model system. Many insect species are wing dimorphic, one morph having wings and being capable of flight, the other lacking functional wings. While there is a well established trade-off in females between macroptery and reproduction, there are few data on the possible costs in males. We examine trade-offs between macroptery and life-history traits in male sand crickets, Gryllus firmus, and estimate the genetic correlation of wing dimorphism between the sexes. Macropterous males develop faster than micropterous males and are either larger or the same size depending upon rearing conditions. There is no difference in absolute or relative testis size at eclosion or 7 d thereafter. Finally, there is no difference between macropterous and micropterous males in relative success at siring offspring. Thus, with respect to the above traits, there are no costs associated with being winged in male G. firmus. It is possible that there may be a trade-off between calling rate and macroptery. A comparison of the relative frequency of macroptery between males and female across different orders of insects supports this hypothesis. The genetic correlation of wing dimorphism between the sexes is high (r8 = 0.86), and hence the frequency of macroptery in males may be strongly influenced by selection acting on females.  相似文献

Abstract. 1. The seasonal changes in abundance of macropterous N. lugens (Stal) and S. furcifera (Horvath) (Homoptera: Delphacidae) are described based on observed numbers of adults and presumptive macroptery in fifth-instar nymphs occurring in rice crops in the Philippines.
2. Percentage presumptive macroptery in fifth-instar nymphs was correlated with nymphal density over the range of 0–20 nymphs per hill for females of both species and 5–20 nymphs per hill for male N. lugens.
3. Lunar phase had no effect on wingmorph expression in either species.
4. Comparison of the percentage macroptery in fifth-instar nymphs with subsequent percentage macroptery in N. lugens adults for one season showed net emigration occurred from 60 DAT (days after transplanting) to harvest except for a period of net immigration lasting 7–10 days at approximately 95 DAT for both sexes.  相似文献

The brown planthopper, Nilaparvata lugens Stål (Hemiptera: Delphacidae), is a notorious pest on rice in Asia and has evolved serious resistance to traditional chemical insecticides in recent years. Triflumezopyrim, a newly commercialized mesoionic insecticide, exhibited an excellent control effect on sucking insects, including N. lugens. However, the effects of triflumezopyrim on the reproduction of N. lugens have not yet been fully elucidated. In this study, we investigated the impacts of different concentrations of triflumezopyrim (LC10, LC50 and LC90) on the reproduction and the reproduction related genes of N. lugens exposure to the insecticide via systemic and contact route. The results indicated that the preoviposition periods of N. lugens females in the LC50 and LC90 triflumezopyrim-treated groups (♀ t × ♂ t) were prolonged in contact toxicity treatment, compared with control (acetone treatment). The fecundities for three pair combinations (♀ c ×♂ t, ♀ t ×♂ c and ♀ t ×♂ t) treated with LC50 and LC90 concentrations of triflumezopyrim showed a significant decrease compared to water/acetone-treated control via contact and systemic route. No significant effects of LC10 triflumezopyrim on preoviposition period and fecundity were found in contact and systemic toxicity treatments. However, the triflumezopyrim did not influence the egg hatchability. By microscope observation, the LC50 and LC90 triflumezopyrim impended the ovarian development in females. qRT-PCR analysis showed that the vitellogenin (NlVg) relative expression level of female adults exposed to LC50 and LC90 triflumezopyrim decreased by 30.3 – 39.5% in two toxicity treatments. The titers of another reproduction related hormones juvenile hormone III (JH III) in LC50 and LC90 triflumezopyrim-treatments were 27.4% and 25.8% lower than control in contact toxicity treatment and 27.08% and 37.18% lower than control in systemic toxicity treatment. In summary, these results suggested that the median lethal and high lethal concentrations of triflumezopyrim inhibited the reproduction and reduced the expression of NlVg and JH III in N. lugens. This study provided a reference for the efficient and scientific utilization of triflumezopyrim in the field.  相似文献
