We pose and solve a two-dimensional model elastoplastic problem for a body containing a high-modulus elastic inclusion. Plasticity zones develop in the vicinity of the tips of the inclusion along its boundary. The problem is reduced to the solution of a singular integro-differential equation, which, in turn, is reduced to an infinite system of equations. In this paper, we describe the applicability of Algebraic Multigrid Method (AMG method) as a fast solution for magnetic field analysis of an electric machine with a laminated core. In an experimental analysis, we have found that there are some cases where the calculation speed can be improved by using the AMG method for a fine mesh that models a laminated iron core exactly. Therefore we investigated the convergence characteristic of the standard Incomplete Cholesky Conjugate Gradient method (standard ICCG method) and the Conjugate Gradient method preconditioned with AMG method (AMGCG method) for the simple and actual analysis models. The numerical results show that the AMGCG method provides fast solutions for laminated mesh models for which the standard ICCG method does not work well in many analysis cases.   相似文献

This nonlinear large deflection problem is studied by series perturbation, numerical integration and exact analytic solution. 针对微纳坐标测量机的高精度性能指标无法精确校准的问题,提出了一种间接校准的方案。使用量块及标准球板校准微纳坐标测量机的尺寸测量示值误差,用标准球校准仪器的探测误差。并对中国计量科学研究院的微纳坐标测量机进行了校准实验,实验结果表明,该仪器的尺寸测量示值误小于0.2μm,探测误差仅为0.125μm,校准结果均优于仪器的最大允许误差,验证了校准方案的合理可行性。  相似文献

In this article, the synthesis of a newer generation of metastable aluminum- titanium (Al-Ti) materials is presented and discussed. Two equilibrium processing methods, using disintegrated melt deposition, were chosen and tried. The first restricted the interaction time between powders of titanium and molten aluminum, whereas the second essentially involved a change in surface characteristics of titanium powders prior to their addition to molten aluminum. The results of microstructural characterization and X-ray diffraction studies conducted on the Al-Ti materials, synthesized using the two methods, reveal the presence of elemental titanium and other phases in the aluminum matrix, thereby providing confirmation as to the metastable nature of these materials. Results also indicate that a significantly higher amount of titanium can be retained in the metal matrix at low processing temperatures when compared with predictions of the equilibrium Al-Ti phase diagram. Results of this study provide an innovative, viable, and cost-effective approach to synthesize metastable materials for both scientific and engineering applications.  相似文献
