Zusammenfassung Als Stabilisatoren zugesetzte Polyphosphate werden während der Herstellung von flüssigen, sterilisierten Milchprodukten vollständig zu Mono- und Diphosphaten hydrolysiert. Während der Lagerung der Produkte erfolgt eine weitere Hydrolyse des Diphosphates. Der Umfang der Hydrolyse des Diphosphates ist von den Herstellungsbedingungen abhängig und kann von Produktion zu Produktion unterschiedlich groß sein. Bei der Sprühtrocknung von Milch werden zugesetzte Polyphosphate nur zum Teil hydrolysiert, ein weiterer Abbau der Polyphosphate erfolgt während der Lagerung.
The behaviour of polyphosphates during production and storage of long keeping milk products
Summary Polyphosphates added as stabilizers in the production process if liquid sterilized milk products are completely hydrolyzed to mono- and diphosphates. The diphosphate is further hydrolyzed during storage of the products. The extent of hydrolysis of diphosphate depends upon the processing conditions and may vary from production to production. During spray-drying of milk, the polyphosphates added are only partially hydrolyzed; further degradation of the polyphosphates takes place during storage.

Load-carrying capacity and shear performance of nail connections loaded perpendicular to shaft direction were tested on 560 pine and spruce specimens. Wood quality, direction of annual rings, load, moisture content, and number of nails varied. Poplar heartwood and sapwood of the clones of Muhle-Larsen and Oxford show distinct differences in fibre length and chemical properties. NSSC-pulps from sapwood are of higher degree of whiteness and tear resistance but of lower yield compared to heartwood pulps; however, no significant differences in the tensile and burst strength were observed between NSSC-pulps of heart- and sapwood. Strength properties of sulphate pulps prepared from both heart- and sapwood were significantly influenced by pulping conditions. Heartwood pulps are generally of higher yield and ash content than those made from sapwood. Definite differences in the degree of whiteness as well as in the strength properties between heart- and sapwood pulps were detected. In a variety of applications, the surface of particleboard can come into contact with water or aqueous media. It has been shown that only 10 minutes of water contact are sufficient for the chips in the surface layer to swell completely. During laminating of the board this can lead to undesirable surface irregularities. By addition of paraffin wax in the amount commonly used for hydrophobing of the board the water uptake of the surface layer and thus the increase in roughness due to swelling of wood chips can be reduced very effectively.  相似文献

The Behaviour of the two Separable Amylose Components during Oxidative Treatment of Potato Starch. During oxidative degradation of potato starch by means of sodium persulphate changes in both column and paper chromatography of the components amylose and amylopectin were proved. The fact that in the paper chromatogram one amylose component is degraded to a higher dextrine with a second amylose component as intermediate product has been proved.  相似文献
