根据铬渣的元素和物相组成以及铬(Ⅵ)在各物相中的分布和溶解性质,提出用二氧化碳浸提法回收铬渣中铬(Ⅵ)。在实验室对采用二氧化碳浸提铬渣回收铬(Ⅵ)进行了研究,结果表明:常温常压下,浸提3h,可从铬渣中回收65.03%的铬(Ⅵ),浸提液返回生产过程水浸熟料工序中作浸洗液用,不但能提高铬资源利用率,还可大幅度减少污染源量,并为下一步铬渣解毒处理和综合利用创造有利条件。 相似文献

国内外对铬渣治理及其污染土壤的修复日益重视。中国已提出2010年底前,所有历史堆存铬渣无害化处置。对野外堆存多年铬渣的组成变化、不同pH时6价铬浸取行为、铬渣对地表水和地下水的影响、硫酸亚铁对铬渣中6价铬还原的可能性、国外铬渣无害化技术进行了评述。这些研究对控制铬渣污染区6价铬的固化-无害化技术、溶解-回收技术很有参考价值。 相似文献

渣油加氢工艺是一种渣油深度加工技术,高性能渣油加氢催化剂的研发是其核心。本文以钼酸铵为活性组分前体,采用等体积法制备了钼/活性炭催化剂(Mo/AC),考察了制备条件如金属负载量、焙烧温度、溶液pH值等对催化剂的影响,利用XRD、SEM、XPS等手段对催化剂进行了表征。在浸渍时间4h,焙烧温度440 ℃条件下制备出负载量8%(以MoO3 计)的Mo/AC 催化剂,活性组分钼呈高度分散的单层分布,催化剂活性评价结果表明,渣油转化率可达79%,馏分油收率为75%,同时,生焦率控制在1.5%的较低水平上。 相似文献

An efficient, mild and selective synthesis of aromatic and aliphatic amines from the corresponding nitro compounds has been realized by using a ligand‐free heterogeneous nanocrystalline magnesium oxide‐stabilized palladium(0) catalyst, employing molecular hydrogen as the reductant. Experiments were conducted to investigate the degradation of 2,6-dinitro-p -cresol (DNPC) in the chlorine dioxide (ClO2) catalytic oxidation process. Pure aluminum oxide was used as the catalyst in this process. The degradation of DNPC by ClO2 using aluminum oxide as catalyst was systematically studied by varying the experimental parameters, such as pH values, catalyst dosage, the initial concentration of DNPC and ClO2, reaction time, etc. Under optimal condition (DNPC concentration 39 mg·L-1, ClO2 concentration 0.234 g·L-1, reaction time 15 min, catalyst dosage 4.7 g·L-1 and pH 4.32), almost complete degradation of DNPC can be achieved. The kinetic studies revealed that the ClO2 catalytic oxidation degradation of DNPC followed pseudo-first-order kinetics with respect to both ClO2 and DNPC concentration. The repetitive use of the catalyst was investigated along sequential feed-batch trials. The catalyst performed efficiently after five runs. In addition, a simple and convenient method for the determination of ClO2 in water was developed by using acid chrome black 7 (MB 7) spectrophotometry in this paper. 相似文献

The copper(II )-catalysed polymerization of 2,4,6-tribromophenol and 2,4,6-tribromo-3-methylphenol by homogeneous and heterogeneous reaction was studied. The dependence of polymer yield and molecular weight on reaction time was investigated. The variance of bromide ion concentration in the polymerization mixture was measured continuously by a bromide ion selective electrode. The existence of phenoxy radical during the homogeneous polymerization process was confirmed by electron spin resonance measurements. A quinol ether equilibrium polymerization mechanism was proposed for the copper(II)-catalysed homogeneous polymerization of 2,4,6-tribromophenols. © of SCI. 相似文献

通过以含醚键的聚(氧化丙烯-氧化乙烯)为主体,与二氧化锡溶胶复合,制备了一类可用于尼龙的抗静电剂。对其热性能和红外光谱进行了测试,将该抗静电剂应用于尼龙6树脂中,通过挤出切粒,注塑成型,制得了抗静电尼龙材料;探讨了不同二氧化锡溶胶用量的抗静电剂对尼龙6材料的电阻、力学性能和加工性能的影响。实验表明,该抗静电剂起始分解温度大于260℃;二氧化锡溶胶与抗静电剂主体之间产生了相互作用,形成了复合结构。该抗静电剂可使尼龙6体积电阻率减少3个数量级,对尼龙6的力学性能影响不大。 相似文献
