刀具磨损剧烈是钛合金切削中的突出问题,探求刀具磨损的本质对于提高加工质量和效率、降低成本具有重要意义。本文采用Al Ti N涂层硬质合金刀具对钛合金TA15(Ti-6.5Al-2Zr-1Mo-1V)进行车削试验,利用激光共聚焦显微镜观察刀具的磨损形貌,对刀具的主要磨损机理及磨损形式进行了分析,并根据刀具磨损状态进行了切削参数优选。研究结果表明:涂层硬质合金刀具切削TA15时,刀具失效形式主要为涂层剥落、崩刃和月牙洼磨损;随着切削速度的增加,后刀面VB值呈现了驼峰状的变化规律,涂层剥落的区域在波谷出现了明显的减小趋势;切削试验结果指出,正前角AlTiN涂层硬质合金刀具可用于钛合金TA15的精车工艺中,在v=100m/min、f=0.05mm/r、a_p=1.5mm切削参数下,刀具表现性能最优,同时硬质合金涂层刀具车削TA15的最大切削速度不宜超过120m/min。  相似文献

采用AlTiN涂层4刃?10 mm硬质合金立铣刀,在VMC850立式加工中心上对TC4钛合金进行铣削精加工试验。利用高精密数字化检测设备,对加工成形的TC4钛合金试件表面粗糙度、平面度、平行度、表面形貌、残余应力及显微硬度测量。分析AlTiN涂层刀具在设定不同工艺参数条件下TC4钛合金的整体加工质量和表面形貌变化规律。结果表明:在主轴转速n=8000 r/min、每齿进给量f z=0.04 mm/z、切削深度Δd=0.5 mm的最优精铣工艺参数下,TC4钛合金工件的加工质量和表面形貌好,刀具寿命长,其平面度为0.39μm,平行度为0.33μm,表面粗糙度为0.70μm,表面残余应力为-175 MPa,表面显微硬度为269 HV 0.2,实现了TC4钛合金的高质量高效率的精铣加工。  相似文献

利用微波烧结技术制备了Ti(C,N)/Al_2O_3金属陶瓷刀具(TA),并通过高速干式切削淬硬钢40Cr(50±2HRC)研究刀具的切削性能,同时与硬质合金刀具YT15进行对比。采用正交试验和极差分析法,以切削参数为优化对象,以工件金属去除率、表面粗糙度和刀具寿命为优化目标,确定了刀具的最佳切削用量。试验结果表明,切削淬硬钢40Cr时,刀具TA的最优切削参数为v=120m/min、a_p=0.3mm、f=0.1mm/r。TA刀具的切削时间为66min,比YT15提高了175%。工件平均表面粗糙度为1.27μm,比硬质合金刀具降低了15.9%。刀具的切削性能优于硬质合金刀具,并且可以实现以车代磨。  相似文献

采用硬质合金和聚晶金刚石刀具,借助单因素试验对柴油机活塞材料ZL109硅铝合金车削加工过程进行研究,以期获得最佳的切削参数和提高加工表面质量。试验以粗—精加工工艺代替粗—半精—精加工工艺,研究粗—精加工工艺下的加工质量。研究表明,ZL109硅铝合金切削加工的最佳切削参数组合为切削速度v=300m/min,切削深度a_p=0.2mm,进给量f=0.05mm/r。合理选择切削参数可简化加工工艺,提高生产效率和降低生产成本。  相似文献

快速铣是一种新兴的粗加工方法,研究它的刀具磨损机理对提高刀具寿命和加工效率有着重要的作用。采用硬质合金快速铣刀片在工件上进行了钛合金TC17铣削实验,研究了不同切削参数对切削力的影响,采用多元线性回归建立了切削力数学预测模型,分析了各铣削参数对切削力的影响规律,通过对后刀面的检测,分析了刀具磨损形貌和磨损机理。结果表明:每齿进给量、切削深度对切削力的大小影响显著,切削宽度和主轴转速影响很小,在试验参数范围内,选用切削参数组合为:f_z=0.8 mm/z、a_p=0.5 mm、a_e=20 mm、s=600 r/min进行可转位刀片的磨损试验,快速铣可转位刀片的主要磨损形貌为后刀面磨损、材料剥落,后刀面主要磨损机理为黏结磨损,同时会产生一定程度的扩散磨损。  相似文献

在Mazak Integrex 200Y车铣复合加工中心上,在顺铣干切和切削液条件下,在v=150和200 m/min两种切削速度下,采用未涂层硬质合金H13A和涂层硬质合金S30T分别对TC4钛合金进行正交车铣刀具寿命试验,试验结果表明,当达到磨钝标准0.3 mm时,S30T涂层硬质合金在切削速度为150 m/min时,切削路程相当,切削液对刀具寿命的影响不明显,切削速度为200 m/min时,切削液条件下,刀具的寿命延长,但随着切削速度的提高,刀具寿命剧降。H13A未涂层硬质合金在两种切削速度下,切削液条件下,刀具寿命比干切削短,切削液加剧了刀具磨损,缩短刀具寿命,并得出H13A未涂层硬质合金更适合正交车铣TC4钛合金的结论。试验还研究了轴向进给量fa变化对H13A未涂层硬质合金正交车铣TC4钛合金刀具寿命的影响趋势,生产中应兼顾生产率和刀具寿命,合理选择轴向进给量。  相似文献

基于TC4盘铣试验开展盘铣工艺参数优化研究。测量盘铣表面残余应力和刀具振动加速度,利用灰色系统理论计算灰色关联系数及灰色关联度,得出试验范围内的最优工艺组合为n=100r/min、a_p=10mm、v_f=80mm/min。计算各工艺因素各水平平均关联系数,得出单目标最优工艺组合:残余应力最优工艺组合n=100r/min、a_p=10mm、v_f=60mm/min,刀具振动最优的工艺组合n=70r/min、a_p=15mm、v_f=80mm/min;计算各工艺因素各水平平均关联度,得出多目标最优工艺组合n=100r/min、a_p=15mm、v_f=100mm/min。通过试验验证了灰色系统理论优化盘铣工艺参数有效可行。  相似文献

采用硬质合金刀具,通过单因素实验对铸铝材料的表面铣削加工过程进行研究,获得最佳的切削参数,提高加工表面质量。实验以粗精铣一次完成工艺代替粗加工—精加工分步完成的加工工艺,研究粗精铣合体刀具加工中最佳的切削参数组合。实验结果表明,对于铸铝零件,切削加工的最佳切削参数组合为:切削速度v=3000r/min、进给量f=1000mm/min、背吃刀量a p=0.3mm。通过比较不同工艺下切削参数与表面质量之间的关系,得出在相同表面质量的要求下,粗精铣合体刀具在铣削过程可简化加工工艺,缩短加工时间。  相似文献

利用有限元软件Advant Edge设计以切削力为目标,以切削速度、进给量和背吃刀量为自变量参数的三因素四水平正交试验,对硬质合金刀具切削2024-T4铝合金的加工过程进行2D仿真,研究了切削参数对切削力的影响规律。采用极差分析获得切削参数的最优组合,通过方差分析获得切削参数对切削力的显著性。结果表明:背吃刀量对切削力影响最大,切削速度影响最小,最优切削参数都是u_c=1250m/min,f=0.09mm/r,a_p=0.2mm;背吃刀量和进给量对F_x的影响显著,切削速度对F_x的影响不显著,切削速度、进给量和背吃刀量对F_y的影响显著。  相似文献

通过霍普金森杆试验确定304不锈钢的本构模型,在ANSYS软件中建立工件和刀具模型,设置切削加工参数和超声参数,进行超声辅助车削仿真试验得到相应切削力,并与理论模型进行比对,确定仿真试验的正确性。分析仿真数据,利用单因素分析法研究超声辅助切削过程中超声振幅、切削速度、切削深度和进给量对切削力的影响。结果表明:在相同切削参数下,相比于传统车削,超声辅助切削304不锈钢可有效降低切削力;随着超声振幅的增大,切削力先变小后变大;超声振幅A=23μm时,切削力最小。在给定的车削加工参数范围内、保证加工效率和工件质量的前提下,超声辅助车削304不锈钢最优车削加工参数为:超声振幅A=23μm,切削速度v_c=21m/min,切削深度a_p=0.1mm,进给量f=0.08mm/r。  相似文献

针对具有进油孔的有限长滑动轴承油膜力求解问题,采用变分原理和分离变量法,求得了有限长滑动轴承油膜压力分布的近似解析表达式。将油膜压力分布的近似解析表达式在油膜存在区域上进行积分,即得到了油膜力。将提出的计算有限长滑动轴承油膜力方法与无限长轴承模型、有限元方法的计算结果进行了比较,发现了提出的方法与有限元方法的计算结果很接近。最后,研究了进油孔位置和进油压力对油膜存在区域、油膜力等的影响,研究结果表明进油孔位置和进油压力对油膜存在区域和油膜力有较大的影响。  相似文献

The strength of composite plate with different hole-shapes is always one of the most important but complicated issues in the application of the composite material. The holes will lead to mutations and discontinuity to the structure. So the hole-edge stress concentration is always a serious phenomenon. And the phenomenon makes the structure strength decrease very quickly to form dangerous weak points. Most partial damage begins from these weak points. According to the complex variable functions theory, the accurate boundary condition of composite plate with different hole-shapes is founded by conformal mapping method to settle the boundary condition problem of complex hole-shapes. Composite plate with commonly hole-shapes in engineering is studied by several complex variable stress fimction. The boundary integral equations are founded based on exact boundary conditions. Then the exact hole-edge stress analytic solution of composite plate with rectangle holes and wing manholes is resolved. Both of offset axis loadings and its influences on the stress concentration coefficient of the hole-edge are discussed. And comparisons of different loads along various offset axis on the hole-edge stress distribution of orthotropic plate with rectangle hole or wing manhole are made. It can be concluded that hole-edge with continuous variable curvatures might help to decrease the stress concentration coefficient; and smaller angle of outer load and fiber can decrease the stress peak value.  相似文献

针对实际电网存在着大量的三绕组变压器,但国际上一些著名商业软件,如BPA仿真软件、Matpower这一权威潮流计算开源软件,均只提供双绕组变压器模型,限制了其在具有三绕组变压器的电力系统中的应用的问题,潮流计算是自主开发的电力系统各种应用软件的核心模块,因此依托国际权威开源程序进行二次开发,是一种较好的选择。对Matpower要求的数据格式进行了归纳,对变压器的一般的等值电路及带理想变压器的等值电路和带标幺值的等值电路进行了分析研究,提出了三绕组变压器转换为双绕组等效模型的建模方法,使得原先只适应双绕组变压器的潮流计算软件可以适用于三绕组变压器电网的潮流计算;最后以Matpower软件为例进行了案例计算,并用PSASP仿真软件进行对比验证。研究结果证明,所提出的建模方法是有效的。  相似文献

A computer simulation model for the contact between longitudinally-oriented rough surfaces has been formulated. This model closely duplicates the actual surf ace contact deformation behavior by taking into account the elastic interactions between the asperities. There were no assumptions made about the shapes, or any deformation behavior of the asperities, except for their obeying the laws of elasticity. The plastic deformations on the high asperity peaks were taken into account by setting a ceiling on their contact pressures at the material hardness value. The simulations used real surface profiles which were digitized from unworn circumferentially ground steel surfaces. Each pair of these profiles was mathematically combined to form an equivalent rough profile pressing against an infinitely rigid flat and having the appropriately adjusted elastic modulus. A total of 28 different pairs of profiles were used in the simulations. Each contacting pair was subjected to 30 different load levels and the local contact pressures and deformations were calculated. The contact simulations yielded some important mathematical relationships between parameters, such as the real area of contact, average gap, and average asperity load through statistical curve fitting. Two analytical functions were generated to relate the average load to average gap and the real area of contact to load.  相似文献

针对电站锅炉风险等级评价问题,将模糊综合评价技术应用到电站锅炉风险等级评价中。开展了电站锅炉失效影响因素及模糊评价因素的重要程度分析,建立了一套科学合理适于在线评价的电站锅炉风险评价体系,提出了模糊综合评价技术与改进的模糊层次分析法相结合的模糊风险评价方法,利用改进的模糊层次分析法计算了指标体系中各层指标权重。对某一台电站锅炉的实际运行工况影响子因素进行了模糊风险评价,采用模糊合成算子进行模糊综合运算得到电了站锅炉运行工况影响子因素的评价向量。研究结果表明:电站锅炉的运行工况影响子因素的风险评价等级为第6级,失效可能性等级为小,该电站锅炉运行工况良好。  相似文献
