The estimation of efficiency complex dietary therapy with inclusion of phospholipids at patients with essential hypertension I and II stage. It was carried out(spent), that inclusion of 2 grams of lecithin in a diet for 4 weeks rendered positive influence on the clinical presentation of disease, condition antioxidant status in cellular membranes of erythrocytes and some biochemical indexes of lipid metabolism.  相似文献

研究了摄食不同来源磷脂对大鼠脂质代谢及其脑内磷脂脂肪酸组成的影响。雄性SD大鼠按体重随机分为大豆油对照组(添加9%)、牛乳磷脂组(添加5%)、大豆磷脂组(添加5%)、蛋黄磷脂组(添加5%),喂食3周。检测了血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)及肝脏TC、TG、磷脂(PL)的含量,并用气相色谱法测定了脑内磷脂脂肪酸的组成变化。结果显示:与大豆油对照组相比,3种磷脂均不同程度提高了大鼠体重、脏器指数,蛋黄磷脂效果显著;3种磷脂不同程度降低了血清TC、TG和FFA含量,牛乳磷脂降低血清FFA显著,大豆磷脂降低血清TC、TG显著,蛋黄磷脂降低FFA显著,大豆磷脂显著提升了血清HDL-C含量;3种磷脂不同程度降低了肝脏TC、TG、PL含量,牛乳磷脂与大豆磷脂降低肝脏TG、TC显著,而蛋黄磷脂降低肝脏TG显著;3种磷脂对脑内磷脂脂肪酸组成的影响各不相同,牛乳磷脂显著提高了脑内磷脂饱和脂肪酸含量,而大豆磷脂和蛋黄磷脂提高了DHA等多不饱和脂肪酸含量。研究表明,3种磷脂均有降血脂、肝脂作用,以大豆磷脂作用尤为明显,大豆磷脂和蛋黄磷脂的益智作用可能优于牛乳磷脂。  相似文献

Lipid, protein and carbohydrate metabolism was studied in patients with alimentary obesity as was the effect on that metabolism of the diets containing horseflesh and beef. The majority of the obese patients showed an increased content of all lipid fractions (phospholipids, cholesterol, free fatty acids, triglycerides), of very low and low density lipids, and a reduced content of high density lipoproteins. Normolipoproteinemia was only ascertained in 26.6% of the patients. Hyperlipoproteinemia (HLP) Ila was detected in 26.6% of the patients. HLP Ilb in 14.5 and HLP IV in 32,3 of the patients. Disorders of the glucose tolerance test (GTT) were revealed in 24% of the patients. Of these, 10% had low curves of the GTT, 6.5% questionable, and 7.5% of the patients manifested diabetic curves. In addition, all the patients had an increased basal level of immunoreactive insulin. Hyperproteinemia was discovered in 61.7, hypoalbuminemia in 74.9, and dysglobulinemia in 50 to 86% of the patients. Apart from an appreciable reduction of the excess body weight, the dietetic management produced the normalization and improvement of the indicators under study in the overwhelming majority of the patients. It should be noted that a more noticeable effect was attained after the dietetic management with the use of horseflesh.  相似文献

35 patients with arterial hypertension and obesity against the background of fasting-diet therapy and after 1 and 6 months after treatment conducted daily monitoring of blood pressure, microalbuminuria and glomerular filtration rate, the study of color and contrast sensitivity of retinal eyes. Fasting-diet therapy within 11 days results in reliable reduced daily average AD and stabilization of load pressure indicators; reduction originally pathological microalbuminurii at 18%, increase in the number of patients with normal speed glomerular filtering 48%; improving of eyes function, these changes are saved within 1-6 months after treatment without the using of antihypertensive therapy.  相似文献

Experimental research were effectuated to establish the modalities of incorporation of the molecular iodine in sunflower oil double refined and deodorised of autochthon production. It was established that the iodisation of sunflower oil may be considered as an admissible method, which allows the incorporation of a considerable amount of iodine (1–100 μg mL?1) without modifying the physicochemical properties of the product. It should be noted that iodine value varied a little, even in the sample with a maximum content of iodine (1000 μg mL?1), its values did not exceed permitted limit. Research of quality indices variation of iodised oil during product storage (3 months), demonstrated that only in the case of maximum concentration of iodine (1000 μg mL?1) it was manifested a slight overcome of the maximum permitted limit caused by the free iodine presence. Iodised oil was used for the manufacture of iodised margarine in order to fortificate this product with iodine (1 μg iodine g?1 margarine). Physicochemical indices (moisture and volatile substances, melting point, free fatty acids content) of iodised margarine did not differ from the characteristics of the product without iodine.  相似文献

The influences of the contrast-unloading week (CUW) on the changes in the anthropometric and lipid metabolism parameters was studied in 150 female patients with metabolic alimentary obesity of the II-III stages, aged from 20 to 40. On the basis of the analysis of the changes in lipid metabolism in relation to their initial level and the hyperlipoproteinemia type it is suggested that the developed CUW is mostly indicated in a combined therapy of patients with the IV type of hyperlipoproteinemia. In the II type it is recommended in combination with a dosaged physical loading. CUW can be used in out-patients, which is confirmed by the experience in the prophylactic examination of patients with metabolic alimentary obesity.  相似文献

研究鱼脑磷脂对ICR小鼠血脂水平的影响。ICR小鼠随机分成正常对照组、高脂模型组、阳性对照组、鱼脑磷脂低剂量组、鱼脑磷脂高剂量组5组,分别进行灌胃给药。正常对照组喂饲基础饲料,其余各组喂饲高脂饲料,28 d后,测定小鼠的血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)含量。结果显示,鱼脑磷脂可以显著降低高脂血症小鼠的血清TC、TG和LDL-C水平。说明鱼脑磷脂具有降血脂作用。  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Some rumen isolates are able to produce conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) from linoleic acid (LA) in vitro. Effects of providing diets containing corn silage (CS) and lucerne hay to an artificial rumen (RUSITEC) in which the corn was not inoculated (CS), or inoculated with Lactobacillus plantarum CCM 4000 (CS + LP), Lactobacillus fermentum LF2 (CS + LF) or Enterococcus faecium CCM 4231 (CS + EF) and supplied with sunflower oil (SO; 30 g kg?1; w/w) on rumen metabolism were examined. RESULTS: The SO affected the outputs of all fatty acids. TVA output of uninoculated CS with SO was lower as compared to inoculated CS. The interaction of the CS × SO in the daily output of TVA was detected (P < 0.001). The biohydrogenation of oleic, linoleic, α‐linolenic and total fatty acids was influenced by SO (P < 0.05 and P < 0.001). CONCLUSION: Inoculated silage induces changes in the rumen metabolism which might be related to differences observed in the extent of rumen BH of PUFA in RUSITEC. SO supplementation might positively enhances the production of some rumen intermediates; however, relationships between inoculated silages and oil supplementation can be presumed in the daily production of trans‐vaccenic acid. BACKGROUND: The effects of polished and dehulled Bacillus‐fermented adlay on lipid metabolism, antioxidant status and intestinal microflora were examined in hyperlipidaemic hamsters fed a high‐cholesterol diet. RESULTS: Hamsters administered Bacillus‐fermented adlay experienced significantly reduced (P < 0.05) serum and hepatic total cholesterol (by 37–43% and 42–49% respectively) and triglyceride (by 22–27% and 30–35% respectively) levels compared with the high‐cholesterol group. Lower low‐density lipoprotein cholesterol/high‐density lipoprotein cholesterol ratios in serum and increased cholesterol (by 47–52%) and triglyceride (by 40–47%) contents in faeces were also observed. Bacillus‐fermented adlay lowered the levels of thiobarbituric acid‐reactive substances, thus increasing total antioxidant and superoxide dismutase activities. In particular, polished Bacillus‐fermented adlay had satisfactory antioxidant activity, similar to that of commercially available natto. Moreover, hamsters fed Bacillus‐fermented adlay harboured greater populations of lactic acid bacteria, few coliforms and little Clostridium perfringens. CONCLUSION: This study has shown that changes in lipid metabolism, antioxidant status and intestinal microflora can be greatly modulated by Bacillus‐fermented adlay, suggesting potential novel approaches to the treatment of primary cardiovascular and intestinal diseases. Positive influence of the diet enriched with food fibers on the lipid level was demonstrated in 158 coronary patients. After the treatment the rate of all the types of hyperlipidemia dropped, the percent of patients with normal lipidemia increased. Significant changes were observed in patients with excessive body weight, when the bw lowering was attended by diminution of hyperlipidemia. Basing on the results of the study the authors have recommended that food fibers should be included into the combined treatment and for prevention of coronary heart disease.  相似文献

The effect of stepwise replacement of dietary sunflower oil (SO) with linseed oil (LO) on carcass composition, meat colour and fatty acid (FA) composition of intramuscular lipids of lamb meat was investigated. Thirty-six lambs were fed one of four diets consisting of pellets of lucerne with oil (60 g/kg): the diet varied in the composition of oil added and were: 100% SO; 66.6% SO plus 33.3% LO; 33.3% SO plus 66.6% LO and 100% LO. The experimental period was 7 weeks. Live slaughter weight, hot carcass weight and intermuscular fat percentage of chump and shoulder increased linearly with replacement of SO by LO.  相似文献

The examination and treatment of 547 patients with alimentary obesity revealed in them significant impairments of myocardial contractility, manifest hemodynamic disorders (in 65.5% of patients), marked changes in lipid metabolism (hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia, hyperlipacidemia, hyperlipoproteinemia type IIa in 26,5%, type IIb in 14,5%, type IV in 32,5% of patients), as well as reduced activity of the T-immunity system, all these changes being prerequisites for the development of atherosclerosis, ischemic heart disease and essential hypertension. During examination of the patients' liver, fatty hepatosis was detected in 91.4%, chronic nonalcoholic steatohepatitis in 14% of patients, manifest shifts were found in their bile biochemical composition, leading to the development of cholelithiasis. The incretory dysfunction of the pancreas led to carbohydrate imbalance in 43%, and to diabetes mellitus in 7.5% of patients. Under the effect of the treatment (diet, exercise therapy, oxygenotherapy, hydrotherapy) conducted in the alimentary obesity patients, lessening of the pathologic process was observed in the heart, liver and pancreas, their functions being significantly improved. It has been concluded that normalization of the body weight in obese subjects is a measure preventing atherosclerosis, ischemic heart disease, essential hypertension, fatty hepatosis, steatohepatitis, cholelithiasis and diabetes mellitus.  相似文献

The dynamic of glycemia, insulin, C peptide, glycosylated hemoglobin, fructosamine, parameters of serum lipids, lipid peroxidation and system of antioxidant defense in 28 patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 associated with obesity was studied of influence of hypoglycemic hypocaloric diet. Besides favorable influence to a clinical picture of the disease universal normalizing influence of hypoglycemic hypocaloric diet with food dietary supplement "Cogent DB+" on parameters of carbohydrate, lipid and oxidative metabolism. The scheme of investigation of efficacy of food dietary supplements in complex treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 associated with obesity was offered on basis of study of influence "Cogent DB+" on mechanisms of metabolic disorders in these patients.  相似文献

It was investigated the influence of a diet supplemented with amaranth oil on dynamic of lipid profile and composition of fatty acids of erythrocytes in patients with ischemic heart disease and hyperlipoproteidemia. The efficacy of diet with different contents of squalene (100, 200, 400 and 600 mg per day) was compared. It was shown that antiatherosclerotic diet with including 600 mg squalene has promoted the most positive changes of the serum cholesterol and triglycerides level and fatty acid composition of erythrocytes membranes as well.  相似文献

对高油酸葵花籽油与普通葵花籽油的脂肪酸组成及含量进行对比研究,探讨2种葵花籽油在煎炸过程中的品质变化。结果表明:在(180±5)℃煎炸24 h过程中,高油酸葵花籽油和普通葵花籽油的极性组分、酸价和共轭二烯值(CD)都呈持续上升的趋势,2种油样丙二醛含量(MDA)都呈现升降交替变化,整体呈上升趋势。综合来看,高油酸葵花籽油与普通葵花籽油在煎炸性能上差异不大。  相似文献

In a number of studies it is shown that regular use of the probiotic products containing Lactobacillus plantarum Tensia DSM 21380 in complex dietary treatment, not only modulates intestinal microflora, but also has a positive influence on a functional condition of cardiovascular system including levelels of systolic and diastolic blood pressure.
