生肌玉红膏油纱条用于混合痔术后创面换药

目的:观察生肌玉红膏油纱条用于混合痔术后创面换药的临床疗效。方法:治疗组120例采用生肌玉红膏油纱条换药,对照组65例采用凡士林油纱条换药,观察两组创面愈合时间。结果:治疗组平均愈合时间为15.6 d,对照组平均愈合时间为29.2 d,两组对比P<0.05,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:生肌玉红膏油纱条用于混合痔术后换药能缩短创面愈合时间,利于术后创面修复。     

环状混合痔微创术后应用祛毒生肌方熏洗及高锰酸钾坐浴临床观察

目的：观察湿热下注型环状混合痔微创术后应用祛毒生肌方熏洗及高锰酸钾坐浴的效果。方法：122例按随机数字表法分为高锰酸钾组和祛毒生肌组各61例,术后用高锰酸钾溶液熏洗,祛毒生肌组联合祛毒生肌方熏洗。结果：治疗7d及治疗14d后两组灼热疼痛、肛门坠胀、便血色鲜中医证候积分和创面渗液程度评分均降低,且祛毒生肌组更低（P<0.05）。两组创面肉芽形态评分、bFGF、PDGF水平均上升,且祛毒生肌组更高（P<0.05）。结论：环状混合痔微创术后应用祛毒生肌方熏洗可缓解症状,有利于新生血管形成,进而促进创面恢复。     

生肌玉红膏外敷配合中药熏洗、坐浴治疗肛裂术后患者80例临床观察

肛裂术后多采取开放处理,容易造成创面愈合迟缓,给广大患者造成极大的痛苦。200-01-2008-01,我们采用生肌玉红膏外敷配合中药熏洗、坐浴治疗肛裂术后患者80例,结果如下。1资料与方法1．1诊断标准符合国家中医药管理局颁布的《中医病证诊断疗效标准病》中肛裂诊断标准,行肛裂切除术后开放创面（面积、深度相近）。     

环状混合痔内服方联合生肌玉红膏外用促环状混合痔术后创面愈合作用研究

目的:观察环状混合痔内服方联合生肌玉红膏外用对环状混合痔术后创面愈合及对血清中缺氧诱导因子(HIF)-1α、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-9水平的影响。方法:将110例环状混合痔风热瘀阻证患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各55例。2组患者均行环状混合痔外剥内扎术,配合抗生素预防感染、服用芪蓉润肠口服液等常规措施,治疗组洗净疮面后以生肌玉红膏外涂,以无菌纱布覆盖,服用环状混合痔内服方水煎液。2组连续治疗10天。比较2组的创面恢复情况(创面疼痛、创面渗出、创面肿胀、创面肉芽组织及创面面积)和临床疗效,检测2组血清中的HIF-1α、VEGF和MMP-9水平。结果:术后10天,治疗组总有效率为94.55%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。2组创面疼痛、渗出、肿胀、肉芽组织及面积评分均较术后1天减少(P0.01),治疗组各项评分均低于对照组(P0.01)。2组血清HIF-1α、VEGF和MMP-9水平均较术后1天降低(P0.01),治疗组3项指标水平均低于对照组(P0.01)。结论:环状混合痔内服方联合生肌玉红膏外用可促进环状混合痔外剥内扎术后创面的愈合,下调血清中的HIF-1α、VEGF和MMP-9水平可能与其修复作用有关。     

祛毒洗剂治疗混合痔术后并发症60例的临床观察

目的 观察祛毒洗剂对混合痔术后水肿、止痛及促伤口愈合的疗效.方法 将混合痔术后患者随即分为两组,治疗组60例,以祛毒洗剂每天坐浴熏洗伤口2次,洗后给予马应龙痔疮膏、普济痔疮栓;对照组60例以1/5000高锰酸钾溶液每天坐浴熏洗伤口2次,洗后给予马应龙痔疮膏、普济痔疮栓.结果 用药3 d后,治疗组的水肿、疼痛明显缓解,创面痊愈时间治疗组为(13.54±3.75)d、对照组为(17.2±4.22)d.结论 祛毒洗剂治疗术后水肿,疼痛及促进伤口愈合有效.

生肌玉红膏纱条促进肛周脓肿术后创面愈合疗效观察

目的：观察生肌玉红膏纱条对肛裂肛周脓肿术后促进创面愈合的疗效.方法：将肛周脓肿术后患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各40例.治疗组采用生肌玉红膏纱条敷于创面,每天便后换药1次;对照组采用凡士林纱条敷于创面,每天便后换药1次,对创面表皮生长速度与创面愈合时间进行对比观察研究.结果：治疗组与对照组在创面表皮生长速度和愈合时间方面均具有显著性差异（P〈0.01）.结论：生肌玉红膏纱条对肛周脓肿术后患者能明显加快创面表皮生长,促进创面愈合,缩短愈合时间.     

改良外剥内扎术结合中药熏洗治疗环状混合痔临床观察

目的:观察改良外剥内扎术结合中药熏洗治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法:106例随机分为观察组和对照组各53例,两组均用传统外剥内扎术治疗,观察组术后用中药熏洗。结果:观察组手术时间长于对照组(P<0.05),观察组术中出血少于对照组(P<0.05),观察组住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组术后第7天创面疼痛、肛门坠胀、肛缘水肿评分低于对照组(P<0.05),术后1个月观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改良外剥内扎术联合中药熏洗治疗环状混合痔可减少术中及术后出血,减轻术后创面疼痛、肛门坠胀及肛缘水肿程度。     

生肌玉红膏纱条在肛裂术后的临床应用

目的：观察生肌玉红膏纱条对肛裂术后的疗效。方法：将肛裂术后患者随机分成治疗组和对照组（n=60）。治疗组采用生肌玉红膏纱条敷于创面,每天便后换药1次;对照组采用凡士林纱条敷于创面,每天便后换药1次,进行对比观察研究。结果：治疗组在18天内有53例完全治愈,治愈率88.33%;对照组在18天内有31例完全治愈,治愈率51.66%,经统计学分析（P〈0.05）,具有显著性差异。结论：生肌玉红膏纱条对肛裂术后创口愈合效果优于对照组。     

柏硝祛毒洗剂治疗混合痔术后疼痛临床观察

目的:观察柏硝祛毒洗剂治疗混合痔术后疼痛的临床疗效。方法:将90例混合痔术后患者随机分为两组各45例,对照组采用高锰酸钾溶液熏洗治疗,治疗组采用柏硝祛毒洗剂熏洗治疗,均治疗7d。结果:两组治疗后3、5、7d肛缘疼痛及水肿评分较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后3、5、7d肛缘疼痛及水肿评分均低于对照组同时间评分(P<0.05),治疗组肛缘疼痛总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柏硝祛毒洗剂能够减轻混合痔术后水肿及疼痛程度。     

中药熏洗治疗环状混合痔吻合器术后排便障碍疗效观察

目的观察中药熏洗治疗环状混合痔吻合器切除术后患者排便障碍的疗效。方法将环状混合痔患者120例随机平均分为2组,均行吻合器痔上黏膜环切术,观察组术后应用中药熏洗治疗。观察2组便秘发生情况及治疗后排便障碍VAS评分、活动状态KPS评分及生活质量QLQ-30C评分。结果治疗结束后观察组便秘型粪便的比例显著低于对照组(P0.05),排便障碍VAS评分明显低于对照组(P0.05);治疗1个月后,观察组患者活动状态KPS评分及生活质量QLQ-30C评分均明显高于对照组(P均0.05)。结论环状混合痔吻合器术后辅助中药熏洗治疗,能够有效降低患者便秘的发生率,改善患者排便状况,提高患者术后生活质量以及活动状态。
