The combination of a heat pipe and a microstructured reactor allows to perform highly exothermal reactions under safe conditions. First experiments for the synthesis of 1,3-dimethylimidazolium-triflate from 1-methylimidazol and methyl triflate showed that at high flow rates of more than 5 ml/min through a single 300 μm × 500 μm wide and 400 mm long channel quantitative conversion could be achieved. This chemical reaction, known for extreme heat release, can be retained under thermal control even at much higher flow rates. 相似文献

冷却系统是塑料挤出管道生产工艺中的关键设备,其冷却的均匀性和效率直接影响管道产品的质量及生产速度。首先基于ANSYS对喷淋冷却瞬态传热进行模拟,结果表明:对流传热系数小于180 W·m-2·K-1时,冷却至目标温度(47℃)所需的时间随传热系数的变化明显;传热系数大于180 W·m-2·K-1时,冷却至目标温度所需的时间随传热系数的变化不大。然后基于FLUENT软件对喷淋喷嘴进行模拟,研究了喷淋入口速度、喷嘴高度对喷淋传热系数的影响,结果表明:随着喷淋入口速度的增加(6~15 m·s-1的范围内),总体对流传热系数增大,驻点处的传热系数由217 W·m-2·K-1增加到386 W·m-2·K-1;随喷淋高度的减小(68~128 mm范围内),壁面传热系数呈增加趋势,驻点处传热系数由227 W·m-2·K-1增加到311 W·m-2·K-1。基于以上研究,为真空定径喷淋冷却水槽的整体优化提出合理建议。 相似文献

This paper improves the thermal management system of lithium-ion battery through the high thermal conductivity flat heat pipe, and attempts to improve its performance. The adoption of flat heat pipes reduces the problem of poor heat dissipation in the direction of the coolant flow when the liquid cooling plate is used alone, and increases the heat conduction in the longitudinal direction of the battery. A three-dimensional simulation model is established to study the influence of the number and width of flat heat pipes on the maximum temperature rise and temperature difference of lithium-ion batteries at a certain discharge rate. It is found that after adding flat heat pipes, the maximum temperature rise and temperature difference of the battery decreased. The heat dissipation performance reaches the best when the flat heat pipe number is 11 and the maximum temperature difference can be controlled below 5°C at 3 C discharge rate with 11 flat heat pipes. 相似文献

在恒定加热功率条件下,考察了不同倾斜角时蒸发段壁面温度的脉动情况,发现了汞-水脉动热管微倾角起振的特性;在相同充液比下,对比了汞-水混合工质与纯水工质脉动热管在微倾角时的运行特性;对比了不同倾斜角下汞-水脉动热管的传热性能。实验结果表明:工质汞的掺入能够有效辅助脉动热管的微倾角起振,增加了脉动热管应用的灵活性。传热热阻随加热功率的增加而减小,而在高加热功率下,热阻大小基本不受倾斜角影响。实验中还发现汞-水脉动热管起振的临界热通量与热载荷施加的历史有关。 相似文献

针对多通路并联回路板式脉动热管建立实验台,采用铜质模块加热和水浴冷却方式作为热工条件,着重考察脉动热管在不同倾角(90°,75°,60°)及冷却工况(4.5 g·s-1和9.0 g·s-1)下的传热性能,通过壁面温度的振荡和传热热阻来评价其传热效果。实验结果表明,重力对多通路并联回路板式脉动热管传热性能的影响较大,随着倾角的减少,工质的回流变弱,传热热阻变大,传热极限变低;脉动热管的加热功率与冷却能力是相互匹配的,匹配度越高,脉动热管越不易干烧,传热极限越高,在有倾角的工况下提高传热极限表现得更为明显;脉动热管运行时存在一个最佳水流量,在最佳冷却工况下,脉动热管的运行热阻最低。 相似文献

Loop reactors may compete with other heat recuperating technologies, like reverse-flow reactors, for catalytic abatement of low-concentration volatile organic compounds (VOC). Their main drawback, the narrow domain of operating parameters, can be resolved with a proper control system.The main goal of this research is to extend the optimal loop-reactor design conditions derived earlier to non-adiabatic units and to reactions with non-monotonic reaction kinetics and to suggest a systematic design of control. By optimal design we imply design that expands the envelope of operation in the parameters space, and specifically one that extends the operation into lower feed concentrations. A simple analytical approximation for pulse velocity in the non-adiabatic one-dimensional (1-D) model has been derived and compared with the numerical results 相似文献
