利用替代数据法检验了摇摆条件下自然循环系统不规则复合型脉动的混沌特性, 并在此基础上进行混沌预测. 关联维数、最大Lyapunov指数等几何不变量计算结果表明不规则复合型脉动具有混沌特性, 但是由于计算结果受实验时间序列长度的限制和噪声的影响, 可能会出现错误的判断结果. 为了避免出现误判, 在提取流量脉动的非线性特征的同时, 需要用替代数据法进一步检验混沌特性是否来自于确定性的非线性系统. 本文用迭代的幅度调节Fourier 算法进行混沌检验, 在此基础上用加权一阶局域法进行混沌脉动的预测. 计算结果表明: 不规则复合型脉动是来自于确定性系统的混沌脉动, 加权一阶局域法对流量脉动进行混沌预测效果较好, 并提出动态预测方法.

替代数据法作为检验时间序列非线性和混沌的统计方法获得了广泛的应用.由于原替代数据法的零假设为线性高斯过程,可能把线性非高斯过程,特别是非最小相位过程误判为非线性.为了解决这一问题,提出并详细推导了基于功率谱等价的非最小相位序列求逆方法;结合基于高阶累积量的非最小相位自回归滑动平均模型辨识方法,提出了检验序列是否为线性非高斯过程的替代数据生成新算法.仿真算例表明,上述方法成功地克服了原替代数据法的不足.

研究两个对称非线性耦合混沌系统的同步问题.通过对系统线性项与非线性项的适当分离, 构造一个特殊的非线性耦合项,发现在耦合强度α=05附近的某一区域里存在稳定的 混沌同步现象.提供判断同步误差稳定性的方程,利用线性系统的稳定性分析准则和条件Lya punov指数来检验同步状态的稳定性.新方法适用于连续时间系统的混沌同步,也适用于具有 两个(或多于两个)正Lyapunov指数的超混沌系统.以Lorenz系统,超混沌Rssler 系统作 为算例,数值模拟结果证实所提新方法的有效性.

根据实际超声换能系统的振动测试,提出了热超声键合换能系统动力学特性的非线性检验方法,利用基于相空间重构的替代数据法,通过对换能杆末端的实测数据进行正确替代,并用非线性动力学的理论来检验其是否具有非线性.通过实验对超声换能杆末端轴向、俯仰、横向的振动时间序列的关联维数进行了准确的计算,从而清晰地描述了上述三个方向的动力学特性.所提出的方法有利于更好地认识超声键合换能系统,为建立更加合理的非线性动力学模型奠定良好的理论基础,有很好的应用价值.

基于星载扫描辐射计的工作原理,对传统的线列扫描成像系统和过采样系统的采样过程进行了数学建模和仿真成像,在两种采样模式下对点目标探测进行了仿真。在Matlab环境下对过采样探测系统进行了仿真图像的沿线阵方向的两倍空间过采样和扫描方向上(即时间上)的2~10倍的过采样仿真。通过对过采样探测系统各种工况下的仿真,得到了图像中信号能量值和目标尺寸大小的关系,分析了目标位置的不同对成像质量造成的影响。最后给出了不同大小目标两个通道上的四倍过采样图像,并分析了图像中存在的跨像元现象。 相似文献

根据混沌序列产生的确定性和非线性机制,基于Volterra级数展式和混沌序列高阶奇异谱特征,提出了一种高阶非线性傅里叶红外(HONFIR)滤波预测模型用于混沌时间序列的自适应预测.其自适应算法采用时域正交算法来自适应地跟踪混沌的运动轨迹,而不是重构混沌系统 的全局或局部运动轨迹.实验研究表明:(1)这种HONFIR自适应滤波器能够有效地预测一些超 混沌序列.(2)预测混沌序列的性能与预测模型的非线性拟合能力有关,但并非非线性程度越 高,预测性能就越好.(3)当HONFIR滤波器对混沌序列的非线性拟合精度高时,其自适应预测 的性能与其输入维数的关系不受Takens嵌入定理的约束.(4)HONFIR自适应滤波器具有一定的 抗噪能力.

Correlation between detrended fluctuation analysis and the Lempel–Ziv complexity in nonlinear time series analysis

We focus on the study of the correlation between the detrended fluctuation analysis (DFA) and the Lempel-Ziv complexity (LZC) in nonlinear time series analysis in this paper. Typical dynamical systems including logistic map and Duffing model are investigated. Moreover, the influences of the Gaussian random noise on both DFA and LZC are analyzed. The results show a high correlation between DFA and LZC, which can quantify the non-stationarity and the nonlinearity of the time series, respectively. With the enhancement of the random component, the exponent α and the normalized complexity index C show increasing trends. In addition, C is found to be more sensitive to the fluctuation in the nonlinear time series than α. Finally, the correlation between DFA and LZC is applied to the feature extraction of vibration signals for a reciprocating compressor gas valve, and an effective fault diagnosis result is obtained. 相似文献

Principles and applications of statistical testing as a tool for inference of underlying mechanisms from experimental time series are discussed. The computational realizations of the test null hypothesis known as the surrogate data are introduced within the context of discerning nonlinear dynamics from noise, and discussed in examples of testing for nonlinearity in atmospheric dynamics, solar cycle and brain signals. 目前,大多数统计预测模型均假设时间序列或观测数据是线性和平稳的。然而,自然界的观测资料是非线性和非平稳的,通常很难用这些数学模型预测它们。本文针对这一问题提出了一个新的预测方案,即首先利用经验模态分解方法将非线性/非平稳时间序列平稳化,得到一系列本征模函数(IMF);其次用均生函数模型预测各IMF分量;最后以所有IMF的预测值为新样本对源序列作最优子集回归模型的拟合及预测。结果表明每个IMF,尤其是特征IMF(即特征层次)比源序列有更高的可预测性。该方案为气候预测开辟了一条新的有效途径。 相似文献

以非线性Rosen-Zener隧穿理论为基础,用两分量Bose-Einstein凝聚体设计了非线性Ramsey干涉计.通过数值模拟实验在时间域上观察到了丰富的Ramsey干涉图样,凝聚体中原子间重要的非线性相互作用导致这些干涉图样明显不同于线性Ramsey干涉时的正弦型条纹.通过进一步对干涉图样作Fourier分析,发现干涉图样的基频能够精确反映系统的非线性和不对称性特征,从而为测量原子的相关性质提供了理论依据.

This paper reports on the application to field measurements of time series methods developed on the basis of the theory of deterministic chaos. The major difficulties are pointed out that arise when the data cannot be assumed to be purely deterministic and the potential that remains in this situation is discussed. For signals with weakly nonlinear structure, the presence of nonlinearity in a general sense has to be inferred statistically. The paper reviews the relevant methods and discusses the implications for deterministic modeling. Most field measurements yield nonstationary time series, which poses a severe problem for their analysis. Recent progress in the detection and understanding of nonstationarity is reported. If a clear signature of approximate determinism is found, the notions of phase space, attractors, invariant manifolds, etc., provide a convenient framework for time series analysis. Although the results have to be interpreted with great care, superior performance can be achieved for typical signal processing tasks. In particular, prediction and filtering of signals are discussed, as well as the classification of system states by means of time series recordings. 相似文献

Utilizing the linear-stability analysis, this paper
analytically investigates and calculates the condition and gain
spectra of cross-phase modulation instability in optical fibres in
the case of exponential saturable nonlinearity and high-order
dispersion. The results show that, the modulation instability
characteristics here are similar to those of conventional saturable
nonlinearity and Kerr nonlinearity. That is to say, when the
fourth-order dispersion has the same sign as that of the
second-order one, a new gain spectral region called the second one
which is far away from the zero point may appear. The existence of
the exponential saturable nonlinearity will make the spectral width
as well as the peak gain of every spectral region increase with the
input powers before decrease. Namely, for every spectral regime,
this may lead to a unique value of peak gain and spectral width for
two different input powers. In comparison with the case of
conventional saturable nonlinearity, however, when the other
parameters are the same, the variations of the spectral width and
the peak gain with the input powers will be faster in case of
