物流服务外包是当前化工企业常见的业务模式。物流服务外包能为企业节省运营成本,有利于培养企业核心竞争力。为了保证服务水平,在选择第三方物流的同时也需要建立完善的承运商物流服务考核体系,加强承运商监督机制。由于不同因素对考核结果:的影响不一,本文将运筹学中的AHP层次分析法应用到化工物流承运商评价体系中,用以确定各评价因素的影响权重,便于量化考核,使考核体系更加符合企业实际运营要求。  相似文献

搅拌器型式对混合过程能否达到应用体系的混合目的和是否具有较好的经济性起着重要的作用。本文运用层次分析法(AHP)对特定应用体系的搅拌器选型过程进行模型化和决策分析。首先建立决策递阶层次,然后收集和设置权重,最后通过综合评价得到适用于此应用体系的候选搅拌器评价列表。通过实例分析,系统的决策结果与领域专家的判断相当一致。  相似文献

为解决企业选择第三方物流需求不明确问题,提出一种改进模糊层次评价模型,该模型混合使用AHP以及基于区间的AHP方法来计算各指标的相对权重,并根据多位专家的评价值来建立评价矩阵,得出优化后的评价结果。依据模型开发出相应的第三方物流选择系统,并在某小家电制造企业中得到良好的应用效果。  相似文献

The basic concept in axiomatic design (AD) is the existence of design axioms. First of these axioms is the independence axiom and the second one is the information axiom. Information axiom proposes the selection of the best alternative that has minimum information. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is another multi-attribute method which is a decision-making method for selecting the best among a set of alternatives, given some criteria. The method has been extensively applied, especially in large-scale problems where many criteria must be considered and where the evaluation of alternatives is mostly subjective. Multi-attribute transportation company selection is a very important activity for effective supply chain. Selection of the best company under determined criteria (such as cost, time, damage/loss, flexibility and documentation ability) using both multi-attribute AD and AHP will be realized in this study. The fuzzy multi-attribute AD approach is also developed and it is compared by one of fuzzy AHP methods in the literature. The selection process has been accomplished by aiding a software that includes crisp AD and fuzzy AD.  相似文献

The sensitivity analysis of priority in AHP was initiated by Masuda (1990). Although the Masuda sensitivity coefficient is by far one of the best, this note will point out some of its disadvantages and suggest an alternative sensitivity coefficient. The same example used in Masuda (1990) is discussed here for comparison and this shows clearly that our new coefficients reveal the sensitivity of an AHP more accurately than Masuda's coefficients.  相似文献

Product development stages. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP), which breaks down a complex problem into simple hierarchical decision-making processes, can be incorporated with fuzzy logic to suggest the relative strength of the factors in the corresponding criteria, thereby enabling the construction of a fuzzy judgement matrix to facilitate decision-making. This paper proposes a fuzzy AHP approach in modular product design complemented with a case example to validate its feasibility in a real company. Test findings indicate that the approach is helpful for providing key decision support information in terms of product module selection during product development stages. The significance of the contribution of this paper is the suggestion of a novel approach in modular product design, embracing a combination of computational intelligence and traditional techniques, thereby providing more alternatives and ideas for those researchers who are interested in this field of study.  相似文献

Test of consistency is a critical step in the AHP methodology. When a pairwise comparison matrix fails to satisfy the consistency requirement, a decision maker needs to make revisions. To aid the decision maker's revising process, several approaches identify changes to the consistency requirement with respect to changes to a single entry in the original inconsistent matrix [P.T. Harker, Derivatives of the Perron root of a positive reciprocal matrix: with application to the analytic hierarchy process, Applied Mathematics and Computation, 22, 217–232 (1987); T.L. Saaty, Decision-making with the AHP: Why is the principal eigenvector necessary, European Journal of Operational Research, 145, 85–91 (2003)]. Instead of revising single entries, Xu and Wei [Z. Xu and C. Wei, A consistency improving method in the analytic hierarchy process, European Journal of Operational Research, V.116, 443–449 (1999)] derived a consistent matrix by an auto-adaptive process based on the original inconsistent matrix. In this paper, we develop a heuristic approach that auto-generates a consistent matrix based on the original inconsistent matrix. Expressing the inconsistent matrix in terms of a deviation matrix, an iterative process adjusts the deviation matrix to improve the consistency ratio, while preserving most of the original comparison information. We show that the proposed method is able to preserve more original comparison information than Xu and Wei [Z. Xu and C. Wei, A consistency improving method in the analytic hierarchy process, European Journal of Operational Research, V.116, 443–449 (1999)]. It is also shown that the heuristic approach can be used to examine the effects of revising a sub-bloc as well as revising a single entry of the original matrix.  相似文献

The formulation and solution of multi‐criteria healthcare decision problems is of critical importance to the health and socio‐economic betterment of developing countries. The study shows how the multi‐criteria decision‐making method could facilitate implementation of healthcare performance analysis, especially for the public healthcare system of Bangladesh, which operates mainly through thana health complexes (THCs). We include outreach services and rural facilities together with ongoing THC activities, and analyze their relative performance. The methodology uses a phase of the Delphi method and of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) approach. The outcome of Delphi is used as input for the hierarchical processing procedure in AHP and determines performance order of the healthcare activities. Results from AHP are discussed for implementation in decision‐making and the managerial policymaking process, towards improvement of overall healthcare performance.  相似文献

指出AHP法中现有标度方法的主要缺陷是:标度“粒度”大粒且标度值不能反映方案间的实际重要程度和关系,容易导致判断信息损失,破坏方案间重要程度的传递性,为此提出一种比例标度和对应判断矩阵构造方法,其特点是标度值能较为准确地标度方案的重要度,所构造的判断矩阵是完全一致的,因而大大提高了AHP方法决策的可靠性和实用性。  相似文献
