This article is focused on oxidation and halogenation of fullerene, identification of the prepared products and their potential application. The Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometry was used for analysis of oxidized fullerene derivative and material balance and elemental analysis were used to identify the summary composition of the prepared fullerene halogen derivatives We has conformed yet the radioprotective ability of oxidized fullerene in our recently published work radioprotective properties and toxicity test of C60 fullerene derivative in vivo & in vitro. Since radioprotective properties are associated with the ability to recapture free radicals in the system (formed due to radiolysis of water in the physiological environment), this property is closely connected also with fire-retarder properties, when the fire is also a radical mechanism. We tested thermal properties of polyvinyl alcohol (hereinafter PVA) nanofibers prepared with C60 and its derivatives as nanocomposites. The TG-DTA and TG-DSC analysis were used for this purpose. We have demonstrated experimentally that a retarder on C600xi basis and C60 halogenderivative has good results in increasing of thermal resistance of PVA-based nanofibers.  相似文献

Penetration of fullerene C60 in hydrated molecular-colloidal form (FMC) and various C60 water-soluble derivatives (FDs) through membranes of human erythrocytes, platelets and symbiosomes (subcellular organelles of plant origin) were tested. The FDs bearing amino acids induced pronounced depolarization of symbiosome membranes energized with Mg-ATP. In erythrocytes and platelets incubated in K+-free medium in the presence of FCCP, FDs with malonic acid pendants promoted acidification of the intracellular medium thereby simulating an effect of the K+ ionophore valinomycin. Dissipation of ΔpH artificially induced on the plasma membrane of these cells was observed in the presence of C60-γ-aminobutiric acid which, in addition, strongly stimulated Mg-ATP-dependent generation of membrane potential on symbiosome membranes. C60-Arg was shown to dissipate K+-diffusion potential on erythrocyte membranes induced by valinomycin. Fullerene C60 used in hydrated molecular-colloidal form (FMC) also entered symbiosomes and platelets as evidenced by the quenching of the fluorescence of the Ca2+ indicator chlorotetracycline localized in the interior of these cells. These findings provide evidence for ease of permeation of these fullerene-based compounds through biological membranes from different type cells.  相似文献

The formation of fullerene derivatives containing oxygen and fluorine were attempted by different methods using F2, HF aqueous solution and fuming nitric acid. Fullerene derivatives with polyfunctional groups were synthesized and used as matrices in UV matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization (UV-MALDI) to detect polar biomolecules such as peptides and proteins. The fullerene derivatives are N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) or water soluble. The matrix solutions (in DMF or water) can mix well with the aqueous solution containing the analyte. Visual observation with the assistance of magnifying glasses indicated that after drying, a homogenous sample solution was produced on the sample probe. MALDI/time-of-flight (MALDI/TOF) analyses results demonstrate that strong signals from peptides and proteins can be obtained. The fact that a homogenous sample solution was produced on the sample probe accounts for why the analyte's signals were detected everywhere on the probe.  相似文献

C60 reacted with paraformaldehyde and DL-valine in dry toluene under nitrogen to give a monoadduct. Under the similar conditions,C70 gave a bisadduct. Both products were characterized by FT-IR,UV-Vis,EI-MS and NMR.The studies of the cyclic voltammetry showed that the abilities of donating electron of the products were increased compared to C60 and C70 respectively.  相似文献

Planar heterojunction perovskite solar cells with a high efficiency up to 17.76% are fabricated by modifying the compact TiO2 (c‐TiO2) with a [6,6]‐phenyl‐C61‐butyric acid (PCBA) monolayer. High quality CH3NH3PbI3 films can be easily fabricated on PCBA‐modified c‐TiO2 substrates by a one‐step solution processing method. Significant improvements of the device parameters are observed after PCBA modification. A high open‐circuit voltage (Voc) of 1.16 V has been achieved, indicating that the PCBA monolayer can act as a hole blocking layer to reduce the trap site density atop the c‐TiO2 and the hole recombination at the c‐TiO2/perovskite interface. The enhancement of the fill factor, as well as the partial quenching of the fluorescence of perovskite after modification with PCBA, reveals that the charge extraction is improved.  相似文献
