直流断路器是构建柔性直流电网不可或缺的关键设备。快速机械开关是直流断路器中承载电流、实现快速分合闸、耐受分闸恢复电压的核心组件,其结构复杂、动作速度快、电气应力严酷、可靠性要求高,因而设计研制难度大,任一环节出现问题均会影响直流断路器乃至柔直电网的安全可靠运行。然而,目前快速机械开关由于存在设计选型不合理、工艺管控不严格、试验考核不完善等问题,导致在实际工程应用中故障率较高。针对已应用于张北柔性直流电网试验示范工程的500 kV直流断路器,分析了直流断路器研制、调试、运行过程中快速机械开关典型故障的特性及原因。在此基础上,围绕快速机械开关典型故障从设计选型、生产制造、试验考核等方面入手,有针对性地提出可靠性提升措施,为500 kV直流断路器快速机械开关设计研制和运维检修提供了指导和依据。 相似文献

The DC distribution system is an important development direction of the distribution system, which can improve the reliability and the quality of the power supply, and support the new energy, the energy storage, the electric vehicles, and the flexible access of AC and DC loads to grid. To realize the demonstration application of the DC distribution technology, China’s first demonstration project of the medium voltage DC distribution network will be built in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province to support the construction of the city energy internet. First, this paper analyzes the demand of the DC distribution network project, and puts forward the construction content and construction target. Then, it designs and analyzes the electrical connection mode, system operation mode, and startup and shutdown mode of the DC distribution network, and proposes the overall project construction plan. Finally, it conducts the specific project design and analysis, which mainly include the selection of equipment such as inverters, DC transformers and DC circuit breakers, the design and analysis of the DC control and protection system, the design and analysis of the over-voltage protection and the configuration scheme of the lightning arrester, and analysis of the system transient characteristics. The design and analysis of the engineering program is a combination of China’s distribution network engineering practice and technical characteristics, which lays a solid foundation for the advancement of the DC power distribution technology in China, and has reference value and demonstration effect for the design and construction of other projects. 相似文献

支柱绝缘子是隔离开关和断路器等电气设备的组成部分,电力系统安全稳定运行与绝缘子安全运行息息相关。为了解决我国电力设备外绝缘维护的缺点,对变电站支柱式绝缘子清扫系统机械臂进行了研究。通过对绝缘子清扫机械臂机构进行简化后得到简版D-H参数,并由此列出运动学正解方程,并利用正解方程对工作空间进行分析。然后,使用反变换法依次求解每个关节角度,得到了运动学逆解。最后,推导机械臂的正解和逆解的运动学公式,进行了运动学正解、任务空间和运动学逆解的仿真,验证了所推解的机械臂正解、逆解是正确的。 相似文献

TThe first Sulfur hexafluoride (sf6) gas industrial developments were in the medium voltage range. This equipment confirmed the advantages of a technique that uses sf6 at a low-pressure level concurrently with the auto-pneumatic blast system to interrupt the arc that was called later puffer. High-voltage sf6 circuit breakers with self-blast interrupters have found worldwide acceptance because their high current interrupting capability is obtained with a low operating energy that can be provided by low-cost, spring-operated mechanisms. The low-operating energy required reduces the stress and wear of the mechanical components and significantly improves the overall reliability of the circuit breaker. This switching principle was first introduced in the highvoltage area about 20 years ago, starting with the voltage level of 72.5 kV. Today this technique is available up to 800 kV. Furthermore it is used for generator circuit breaker applications with short circuit currents of 63 kA and above. Service experience shows that when the sf6circuit breakers of the self-blast technology were first designed, the expectations of the designers had been fulfilled completely with respect to reliability and day-to-day operation. 相似文献

为了使电网的短路电流计算和开关开断能力校核能有一个科学合理的依据,降低对开关设备的遮断能力要求在分析IEC 909标准、ANSI标准及暂态稳定计算短路电流方法的基础上,提出了以暂态电抗Xd忆作为电机参数进行短路电流工程计算方法,并以PSCAD/EMTDC搭建IEEE 9的动态仿真模型,以动态仿真结果为基准,给出了2个标准的精确度,把提出的短路电流计算方法与根据IEC 909标准、ANSI标准及机电暂态仿真计算的结果进行了比较分析,结果显示基于暂态电抗Xd忆短路电流计算方法具有较好的精确性,且可以明显降低电网短路电流评估计算值。 相似文献

分析了变电站高压设备变压器、断路器、互感器和电容型设备的在线监测技术与功能,提出基于无线传感网络的变电站设备在线监测方案,据此完成了基于ZigBee技术的分布式在线智能监测系统的总体方案和软硬件设计。结果表明,该系统将传感器和控制器连接到ZigBee网络中的节点上,实现了传感器和控制器的无布线的散列摆放,用户无需重新布线,就能轻松实现对一次设备状态信息的多种智能控制,可方便地为智能变电站提供实时信息。 相似文献
