人们衡量堆焊方法一般总是从两个方面进行 ,一是熔敷速度 ,二是稀释率。在追求大熔敷速度的同时总是希望将稀释率控制得尽量小。目前 ,国内堆焊方法大都处于高熔敷速度高稀释率或低稀释率低熔敷速度的状态。熔敷速度的提高和稀释率的降低是矛盾的两个方面 ,二者相互制约。能否协调熔敷速度与稀释率之间的矛盾关系 ,是能否实现高效、高质的堆焊工艺的关键。等离子弧作为粉末堆焊的热源 ,其焰流特性参数是影响堆焊质量和效率的主要因素。本文从理论上定性分析了等离子弧的焰流特性参数和粉末在电弧中获得的动量和热能情况 ,阐述了实现高效、低稀释率等离子堆焊的机理 ,并据此提出了新型焊枪结构的设计原则 ,为进一步研制高效、低稀释率等离子堆焊系统奠定了理论及试验基础。 相似文献

利用碳极氩气拘束电弧进行了粉末堆焊试验,发现其母材稀释率远比其它电弧堆焊方法低得多,而且合金元素过渡系数高。作者认为其稀释率低与电弧温度分布及压力分布均匀、温度适中、电弧气氛具有一定还原性的特点有关。电弧径向温度分布及压力分布均匀可使熔池的熔深均匀,不易形成锅底形熔池,故稀释率低;温度适中既提高了熔敷效率又有利于降低合金烧损;还原性的电弧气氛及氩气的保护作用有利于降低合金元素烧损,从而提高合金元素的过渡系数,并且提高熔敷层对母材的润湿性。其综合作用使碳极氩气拘束电弧堆焊稀释率低,合金元素过渡系数高。 相似文献

钴基合金是一种抗高温腐蚀性能优异的耐磨材料,是理想的耐磨堆焊材料。在奥氏体基体上堆焊钴基合金,难点在于预防堆焊裂纹以及补偿堆焊层因稀释(或冲淡)所引起的合金元素含量的降低,同时提高熔敷效率。讨论了钴基合金堆焊容易出现冷、热裂纹的原因,并从冶金和工艺方面分析探讨了提高熔敷率、降低稀释率(冲淡率)以及防止堆焊冷、热裂纹的可行性措施。在对秦山核电二期工程反应堆堆内构件钴基合金堆焊的基础上,改进焊接工艺和参数,对堆焊层进行金相检验及硬度测量,结果满足秦山核电二期扩建工程钴基合金堆焊的设计要求。 相似文献

为了提高纸浆阀门的使用寿命,利用高功率半导体激光器在304不锈钢板上熔覆钴基耐磨涂层。研究了激光工艺对熔覆层性能的影响,对不同温度下熔覆层的耐磨性进行了分析,并与传统手工堆焊涂层进行比较。结果表明,稀释率越高,熔覆层硬度越低,当激光功率为2000 W,扫描速度为20 mm/s时,得到的熔覆层成形好、稀释率小。磨损试验结果表明,100 ℃、200 ℃时的涂层磨损机理主要为磨粒磨损;300 ℃、400 ℃时,发生粘着磨损。由于手工堆焊涂层稀释率高,晶粒粗大,硬度较激光熔覆层低,熔覆层耐磨性优于手工堆焊涂层。 相似文献

A new kind of plasma technology with both high deposition rate and low dilution ratio was developed under the calculation and analysis of the arc flame characteristics of plasma arc, the kinematics behavior of powder and powder‘ s heating in the arc. Compared with normal plasma surfacing method, the idea using constricting nozzle with small orifice diameter, long plasma arc and increasing the distance from meeting point of the two beams of powder to workpiece , to achieve the goals of high deposition rate and low dilution ratio, was put forward here. In order to prove this idea, a set of experimental system was built up and obtained satisfied results including high deposition rate( more than 25kg/h)and low dilution ratio(less than 5% ). The success of this study offers a promising prospect for developing the powder plasma surface welding in China and may open a way to improve this technology further in efftciency and quality. 相似文献

采用三电弧双丝电弧焊,利用耐磨堆焊Fe-Cr-C-B系药芯焊丝作双丝,在Q235钢表面制备不同焊接工艺参数堆焊层,分析堆焊层熔合比、组织结构及耐磨性。结果表明:三电弧双丝药芯电弧焊堆焊可在较大范围调整焊接参数,获得较小的焊缝熔深、较低稀释率和较高的熔敷效率,耐磨性优异;当三电弧电流为150 A、电压30 V、焊丝伸出长度15 mm、送丝速度6 m/min、脉冲频率70 Hz时,堆焊层熔合比为0.07,堆焊层HRC为65,磨损量最小,耐磨性优良。 相似文献

Plasma powder surfacing is one of the latest processes for application of coatings, with control of dilution as its main feature. Surfacing with superduplex stainless steels is an interesting option for the construction and repair of equipment for applications in a highly corrosive environment, allowing the desired characteristics to be achieved: corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties. The aim of this work is to assess the ferrite content in the weld metal and the mechanical characteristics via microhardness profiles in surfacing of C-Mn steel pipes with deposition of UNS S32760 by plasma powder surfacing. Welding operations were carried out on pipes with deposition of SDSS, employing three welding heat input levels, varying the welding speed or the welding current. Then the geometry was analysed, the ferrite content in the weld metal was quantified and the microhardness profile was recorded. Variation in welding heat input caused changes in weld bead geometry, with variation in the welding current producing the most significant changes. Increase in heat input caused decrease in ferrite content of the weld metal. Regarding microhardness, only the condition with a higher level of welding current gave sufficiently high levels of microhardness in the weld metal. 相似文献
