The principal resonance of a Duffing oscillator with delayed state feedback under narrow-band random parametric excitation is studied by using the method of multiple scales and numerical simulations. The first-order approximations of the solution, together with the modulation equations of both amplitude and phase, are derived. The effects of the frequency detuning, the deterministic amplitude, the intensity of the random excitation and the time delay on the dynamical behaviors, such as stability and bifurcation, are studied through the largest Lyapunov exponent. Moreover, the appropriate choice of the feedback gains and the time delay is discussed from the viewpoint of vibration control. It is found that the appropriate choice of the time delay can broaden the stable region of the trivial steady-state solution and enhance the control performance. The theoretical results are well verified through numerical simulations.  相似文献

We investigate the primary resonance of an externally excited van der Pol oscillator under state feedback control with a time delay. By means of the asymptotic perturbation method, two slow-flow equations on the amplitude and phase of the oscillator are obtained and external excitation-response and frequency-response curves are shown. We discuss how vibration control and high amplitude response suppression can be performed with appropriate time delay and feedback gains. Moreover, energy considerations are used in order to investigate existence and characteristics of limit cycles of the slow-flow equations. A limit cycle corresponds to a two-period modulated motion for the van der Pol oscillator. We demonstrate that appropriate choices for the feedback gains and the time delay can exclude the possibility of modulated motion and reduce the amplitude peak of the primary resonance. Analytical results are verified with numerical simulations.  相似文献

In this paper, we compare two approaches for determining the amplitude equations; namely, the integral equation method and the method of multiple scales. To describe and compare the methods, we consider three examples: the parametric resonance of a Van der Pol oscillator under state feedback control with a time delay, the primary resonance of a harmonically forced Duffing oscillator under state feedback control with a time delay, and the primary resonance together with 1:1 internal resonance of a two degree-of-freedom model. Using the integral equation method and the method of multiple scales, the amplitude equations are obtained. The stability of the periodic solution is examined by using the Floquet theorem together with the Routh–Hurwitz criterion (without time delay) and the Nyquist criterion (with time delay). By comparison with the solution obtained by the numerical integration, we find that the accuracy of the integral equation method is much better.  相似文献

It is well known that saddle-node bifurcations can occur in the steady-state response of a forced single-degree-of-freedom (SDOF) nonlinear system in the cases of primary and superharmonic resonances. This discontinuous or catastrophic bifurcation can lead to jump and hysteresis phenomena, where at a certain interval of the control parameter, two stable attractors exist with an unstable one in between. A feedback control law is designed to control the saddle-node bifurcations taking place in the resonance response, thus removing or delaying the occurrence of jump and hysteresis phenomena. The structure of candidate feedback control law is determined by analyzing the eigenvalues of the modulation equations. It is shown that three types of feedback – linear, nonlinear, and a combination of linear and nonlinear – are adequate for the bifurcation control. Finally, numerical simulations are performed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed feedback control.  相似文献

利用解析和数值方法,以弹簧摆为对象讨论了线性的时滞位移反馈控制对一类平方非线性系统动力学行为的影响。根据多尺度法得到了1:2内共振情况下一次近似解的慢变方程,基于此讨论了反馈控制参数对零解的稳定性和周期解振幅的影响。结果表明:耦合的反馈项在平均方程中并不出现。根据罗斯-霍尔维茨判据发现,没有反馈控制时该系统的零解总是不稳定的,而通过调整反馈增益或反馈时滞就可以很容易地使零解稳定。反馈时滞对周期解振幅的影响呈现周期性,反馈增益或时滞发生变化时,周期解振幅的变化会表现出鞍结分岔现象;同时基于MATLAB软件的数值计算结果验证了该理论分析的正确性。  相似文献

We apply a new vibration control method for time delay non-linear oscillators to the principal resonance of a parametrically excited Liénard system under state feedback control with a time delay. Using the asymptotic perturbation method, we obtain two slow flow equations on the amplitude and phase. Their fixed points correspond to limit cycles for the Liénard system. Vibration control and high-amplitude response suppression can be performed with appropriate time delay and feedback gains. Using energy considerations, we investigate existence and characteristics of limit cycles of the slow flow equations. A limit cycle corresponds to a two-period quasi-periodic modulated motion for the starting system and in order to reduce the amplitude peak of the parametric resonance and to exclude the existence of two-period quasi-periodic motion, we find the appropriate choices for the feedback gains and the time delay.  相似文献

针对具有记忆效应的欠阻尼系统, 存在时滞反馈与涨落质量, 本文主要研究了其输出稳态响应振幅的随机共振效应. 首先通过引入新变量和运用小时滞近似展开理论, 将具有非马尔科夫特性的原系统转化为等价的两维马尔科夫线性系统, 再利用Shapiro-Loginov公式和Laplace变换获得了系统响应的一阶稳态矩和稳态响应振幅的解析表达式. 结果表明: 当系统参数满足Routh-Hurwitz稳定条件时, 稳态响应振幅随质量涨落噪声强度、周期驱动信号频率以及时滞的变化均存在随机共振现象, 其中随机多共振现象也被观察到. 在适当范围内, 通过控制时滞反馈, 系统的随机共振效应随着时滞的增大而增强, 而较长的记忆时间及增大阻尼参数均对共振行为呈现抑制作用.有效调控时滞反馈与记忆效应的变化关系将有助于增强系统对周期驱动信号的响应强度. 最后, 通过数值模拟计算验证了理论结果的有效性.   相似文献

A strategy for time-delayed feedback control optimization of quasi linear systems with random excitation is proposed. First, the stochastic averaging method is used to reduce the dimension of the state space and to derive the stationary response of the system. Secondly, the control law is assumed to be velocity feedback control with time delay and the unknown control gains are determined by the performance indices. The response of the controlled system is predicted through solving the Fokker-Plank-Kolmogorov equation associated with the averaged Ito equation. Finally, numerical examples are used to illustrate the proposed control method, and the numerical results are confirmed by Monte Carlo simulation .  相似文献

摆式调谐质量阻尼器因其便于安装、维修、更换,且经济实用,广泛应用于结构减振.它通过将摆的自振频率调谐到接近主系统的控制频率,使摆产生与主系统相反的振动,从而抑制或消除主系统的振动.本文通过对主系统无阻尼的被动减振系统和主系统有阻尼的时滞反馈主动减振系统进行多目标优化设计,实现了对主系统幅频响应曲线的等峰控制和共振峰与反共振峰差值的有效控制.首先,建立了时滞耦合质量摆动力吸振器减振系统的力学模型和振动微分方程,通过对主系统无阻尼的被动减振系统进行等峰优化,获得了减振系统的最优频率比和质量摆的最优阻尼比.对于主系统存在阻尼的被动减振系统,在该优化参数下主系统的幅频响应曲线等峰优化失效.其次,对于主系统存在阻尼的时滞反馈优化控制系统,采用CTCR方法得到了反馈增益系数和时滞的稳定区域.在保证系统稳定的前提下,通过调节反馈增益系数和时滞量两个控制参数能够实现对主系统幅频响应曲线的等峰控制.再次,对共振点处主系统振幅放大因子时滞敏感度和反馈增益系数敏感度进行分析,表明共振点幅值对反馈增益系数比对时滞更为敏感.最后,通过实验分别在频域和时域内对理论结果进行了验证.研究表明,通过采用时滞反馈对摆式调...  相似文献

In this paper, a fuzzy logic controller equipped with training algorithms is developed such that the H ?? tracking performance should be satisfied for a model-free nonlinear fractional order time delay system which is infinite dimensional in nature and time delay is a source of instability. In order to deal with the linguistic uncertainties caused from delay terms, the adaptive time delay fuzzy logic system is constructed to approximate the unknown time delay system functions. By incorporating Lyapunov stability criterion with H ?? tracking design technique, the free parameters of the adaptive fuzzy controller can be tuned on line by output feedback control law and adaptive law. Moreover, the tracking error and external disturbance can be attenuated to arbitrary desired level. 相比于传统动力吸振器, 负刚度动力吸振器同时具有更好的减振能力和更宽的有效减振频带宽度, 为了进一步降低共振峰幅值, 在负刚度吸振器系统耦合时滞反馈控制. 对负刚度时滞反馈控制动力吸振器系统进行等峰优化设计, 优化设计的准则是:第一和第二共振峰的峰值相等; 同时兼顾两个目标, 一个目标是在优化时的最大共振峰幅值小于被动负刚度吸振器系统的反共振峰幅值, 另一目标是在优化时共振峰幅值与反共振峰幅值差小于被动吸振器系统. 接着, 通过设计和调节负刚度系数、吸振器阻尼系数和时滞反馈控制系数对控制系统进行等峰优化设计. 最后, 在降低幅值的同时, 分析结构参数对有效减振频带宽度的影响. 经过等峰优化之后, 选择本文的一组结构参数与两个典型的模型进行对比. 为了定量比较不同模型的降幅效果, 定义了减幅百分比, 研究发现在有效减振频带区间内减幅百分比超过40%以上. 结果表明, 通过等峰优化准则对结构参数进行优化设计和调节增益系数和时滞量, 共振峰幅值的减幅百分比也近似达到40%, 也可以调节增益系数和时滞量, 使得幅频响应曲线具有较宽的有效减振频带和较低的共振峰幅值与反共振峰幅值的差值.   相似文献

In this paper, nonlinear resonances in a coupled shaker-beam-top mass system are investigated both numerically and experimentally. The imperfect, vertical beam carries the top mass and is axially excited by the shaker at its base. The weight of the top mass is below the beam’s static buckling load. A semi-analytical model is derived for the coupled system. In this model, Taylor-series approximations are used for the inextensibility constraint and the curvature of the beam. The steady-state behavior of the model is studied using numerical tools. In the model with a single beam mode, parametric and direct resonances are found, which affect the dynamic stability of the structure. The model with two beam modes not only shows an additional second harmonic resonance, but also reveals some extra small resonances in the low-frequency range, some of which can be identified as combination resonances. The experimental steady-state response is obtained by performing a (stepped) frequency sweep-up and sweep-down with respect to the harmonic input voltage of the amplifier-shaker combination. A good correspondence between the numerical and experimental steady-state responses is obtained.  相似文献

Active control of a flexible cantilever plate with multiple time delays is investigated using the discrete optimal control method. A controller with multiple time delays is presented. In this controller, time delay effect is incorporated in the mathematical model of the dynamic system throughout the control design and no approximations and assumptions are made in the controller derivation, so the system stability is easily guaranteed. Furthermore, this controller is available for both small time delays and large time delays. The feasibility and efficiency of the proposed controller are verified through numerical simulations in the end of this paper.  相似文献

In the present paper, the delayed feedback control is applied to suppress or stabilize the vibration of the primary system in a two degree-of-freedom dynamical system with parametrically excited pendulum. The case of a 1:2 internal resonance between pendulum and primary system is studied. The method of multiple scales is applied to obtain second-order approximations of the response of the system. The system stability and bifurcations of equilibrium point of the averaged equations are computed. It is shown that the delayed feedback control can be used to suppress the vibration or stabilize the system when the saturation control is invalid. The vibration of the primary system can be suppressed by the delayed feedback control when the original system is in the single-mode motion. The effect of gain and delay on the vibration suppression is discussed. As the delay varies at a fixed value of the gain, the vibration of the primary system can be suppressed at some values of the delay. The vibration suppression performance of the system is improved at a large value of the gain. The vibration of the primary system could be suppressed about 56% compared with the original system by choosing the appropriate values of gain and delay. The delayed feedback control also can be used to stabilize the system when the original system is unstable. The gain and delay could be chosen as the controlling parameters. Numerical simulation is agreement with the analytical solutions well.  相似文献

A Nonlinear Vibration Absorber for Flexible Structures   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
An approach for implementing an active nonlinear vibration absorber for flexible structures is presented. The technique exploits the saturation phenomenon exhibited by multidegree-of-freedom systems with quadratic nonlinearities possessing two-to-one autoparametric resonances. The strategy consists of introducing second-order controllers and coupling each of them with the plant through a sensor and an actuator, where both the feedback and control signals are quadratic. Once the structure is forced near its resonances, the oscillatory response is suppressed through the saturation phenomenon. We present theoretical and experimental results of the application of the proposed vibration absorber. The structure consists of a cantilever beam, the feedback signal is generated by a strain gage, and the actuation is achieved through piezoceramic patches. The equations of motion are developed and analyzed through perturbation techniques and numerical simulation. Then, the strategy is tested by assembling the controllers in electronic components and suppressing the vibrations of the first and second modes of two beams.  相似文献

Decomposition methods based on split operators are proposed for numerical integration of the time‐domain Maxwell's equations for the first time. The methods are obtained by splitting the Hamiltonian function of Maxwell's equations into two analytically computable exponential sub‐propagators in the time direction based on different order decomposition methods, and then the equations are evaluated in the spatial direction by the staggered fourth‐order finite‐difference approximations. The stability and numerical dispersion analysis for different order decomposition methods are also presented. The theoretical predictions are confirmed by our numerical results. This paper studies the delayed feedback control of flutter of a two-dimensional airfoil using a sliding mode control (SMC) method. The dynamic equation of airfoil flutter is firstly established using the Lagrange method, in which the cubic hardening spring nonlinearity of pitch stiffness is considered. Then, the state equation with time delay is transformed into a standard state equation with implicit time delay by a special integral transformation. Next a nonlinear time-delay controller is designed using the SMC method. Finally the effectiveness of the proposed controller is verified through numerical simulations. Simulation results indicate that time delay in the control system has significant influence on the control performance. Control failure may happen if time delay is not considered in control design. The time-delay controller proposed is effective in suppressing the airfoil flutter with either small or large control time delay.  相似文献

研究时滞反馈控制对具有周期外激励非线性系统复杂性的影响机理,研究对应的线性平衡态失稳的临界边界,将时滞非线性控制方程化为泛函微分方程,给出由Hopf分岔产生的周期解的解析形式.通过分析周期解的稳定性得到周期解的失稳区域,使用数值分析观察到时滞在该区域可以导致系统出现倍周期运动、锁相运动、概周期运动和混沌运动以及两条通向混沌的道路:倍周期分岔和环面破裂.其结果表明,时滞在控制系统中可以作为控制和产生系统的复杂运动的控制“开关”.  相似文献

Synchronization of two mismatched time delay Hindmarsh?CRose neuron systems with self-feedback is investigated. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory and the adaptive control theory, a linear adaptive feedback controller and parameter estimation update law are proposed, and the sufficient conditions for synchronization of the two mismatched systems with chaotic bursting behavior are obtained. The correctness of the proposed methods is rigorously demonstrated. Finally, numerical simulations are employed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.  相似文献
