蓄热式加热炉低负荷下炉宽方向温差消除

针对蓄热式加热炉在低负荷下炉宽方向温度偏差较大的问题,对加热炉蓄热式燃烧控制系统进行技术改进,将原来的"前馈型双交叉限幅燃烧控制"改为"蓄热式脉冲燃烧控制",将温度偏差由原来70~90℃降至30℃以下,满足了生产线对钢坯的加热要求。     

宽厚板自动控制系统的优化

在宽厚板生产中有许多因素制约着产品质量,比如钢板存在麻点、板形问题、冷却不均匀等,均会造成成品质量降低。莱钢针对对产品质量影响较大的加热炉区、轧机区、以及MULPIC加速冷却区进行系统优化,围绕以提高莱钢4300mm宽厚板产品质量为目的,对影响宽厚板产品质量因素的加热炉温度控制系统、轧机动态板型控制系统、MULPIC加速冷却控制系统进行自动化技术的优化,提高了厚板产品质量。
