A microprocessor controlled data acquisition system for pulse height analysis and multichannel scaling is described. A 4K×24 bit static memory is used to obtain a fast data acquisition rate. The system can store 12 bit ADC or TDC data within 150 ns. Operating commands can be entered via a small keyboard or by a RS-232-C interface. An oscilloscope is used to display a spectrum. The display of a spectrum or the transmission of spectrum data to an external computer causes only a short interruption of a measurement in progress and is accomplished by using a DMA circuit. The program is writtenin Modular Pascal and is divided into 15 modules. These implement 9 parallel processes which are synchronized by using semaphores. Hardware interrupts from the data acquisition, DMA, keyboard and RS-232-C circuits are used to signal these processes. 相似文献

This paper presents the development of a new electrical impedance tomography system for online measurement of two-phase flows with axial velocities up to 10 ms/sup -1/. The system is designed in a modular fashion and can consist of several data acquisition modules and computing modules. The data acquisition module includes a voltage controlled current source with a direct-current-restoration circuit, an equal-width pulse synthesizer unit and a synchronized digital demodulation unit. A new concept of current switching scheme is developed to enhance the ac coupling speed. The computing module includes a digital signal processor (TMS320C6202/6713) with memory, multichannel buffered serial ports and an IEEE1394 communication interface. Several DSP modules can be pipelined for a series of tasks ranging from measurement control to image reconstruction to flow velocity implementation. The performances have been tested and some trial results are reported. A data acquisition speed of 1164 dual-frames (2.383 million data points) per second has been achieved with a root mean square error less than 0.6% at 80 kHz in static test application. An application in the measurement of vertical oil-in-water pipe flow is reported. 相似文献

高精度的角度采集和测量是激光跟踪仪实现跟踪和精密测量的关键。针对激光跟踪仪中采用的圆光栅编码器,本文介绍了一种基于FPGA的数据采集系统的设计与实现方法。该采集系统分为滤波、计数、通信三大模块。数字滤波模块用于消除跟踪控制过程中跟踪头振动、抖动产生的信号干扰;计数模块实现方波脉冲的倍频、辨向及计数;通信模块实现跨时钟域的数据传输。系统通过Modelsim仿真及实验测试验证了方法的可行性与可靠性。采用谐波分析方法对角度误差进行了修正,测量误差由3.5″降低到1.5″。本文设计的角度采集系统及谐波分析误差修正方法具有一定的通用性,可广泛应用于相关领域。 相似文献

A computer-based data acquisition system coupled by means of a general-purpose instrumentation bus (IEEE488/GPIB) with a digital oscilloscope is used to create a virtual instrument with instantaneous and average power measurement capability. The software signal-processing capability of the data acquisition system was used to compensate instrument measurement deficiencies and to enhance signal capture. The virtual instrument is shown to provide instantaneous, AC, and fitted-power averages and time-based plots of power variations for both linear and nonlinear system responses to external excitation. Data taken on a resistor, capacitors, an AC-to-DC power converter, and a bipolar junction transistor inverter establish a ±3% sensitivity with a 10-μW-100-W range over a 1-Hz-10-MHz frequency span 相似文献
