目的 探究黄连解毒汤对高脂血症大鼠的脂类代谢及抗脂质过氧化作用的影响。方法 将SD大鼠随机分组,分为正常对照组、模型组、辛伐他汀组、黄连解毒汤低、中、高剂量,每组16只,除正常对照组以外,其它组大鼠连续喂养8周高脂饲料建立高脂血症模型。模型建立后测定大鼠血清中总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和三酰甘油(TAG)水平,测定血清中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果 与模型组相比,黄连解毒汤高、中、低剂量组能降低大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C、MDA含量,显著提高HDL-C含量和提高SOD、GSH-Px活性。结论 黄连解毒汤能够降低高脂血症大鼠血脂,提高机体抗脂质过氧化,高剂量组效果更佳。  相似文献

目的:研究血压平胶囊对高脂血症大鼠的作用。方法:建立大鼠高脂血症模型,检测血压平胶囊对大鼠血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂肪脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂肪脂蛋白(LDL-C)、血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)含量和活性的作用。结果:血压平胶囊可升高高脂血症大鼠的血浆HDL-C含量,降低TG、TC和LDL-C含量,增强血浆SOD和SH-PX活性,降低MDA含量。结论:血压平胶囊具有降血脂、抗氧化作用。  相似文献

目的:研究毛平车前活性部位(PDMAF)调节血脂的作用.方法:小鼠腹腔注射蛋黄乳剂造成急性高脂血症模型,观察PDMAF对小鼠高脂血症的预防作用.以大鼠食饵性高脂血症为模型,给予高脂饲料的同时给予PDMAF,连续28 d.测定血清中胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,肝组织中TC与TG含量以及肝指数.观察PDMAF对高脂血清损伤的人脐静脉内皮细胞株(ECV304)细胞释放NO的影响.结果:PDMAF 30,60 mg/kg 明显降低蛋黄乳高脂血症小鼠的血清TC和TG.PDMAF 60 mg/kg 明显降低大鼠食饵性高脂血症模型的肝指数;PDMAF 30,60 mg/kg 明显降低大鼠食饵性高脂血症模型的血清TC、TG、LDL-C、MDA含量、TC/HDL-C比值,肝组织的TC与TG,并明显升高血清HDL-C和NO含量以及SOD活性.PDMAF 10,30,100 mg/L 明显逆转高脂血清损伤的ECV304细胞释放NO.结论:毛平车前具有显著的调血脂和抗氧化作用,改善高脂血症大鼠血管内皮的功能,提示其可用于防治高脂血症.  相似文献

[目的]探讨黄芪对高脂血症小鼠血脂及脂质过氧化的影响.[方法]取小鼠随机分组,除正常组外的其他组小鼠灌胃给予脂肪乳剂,建立高脂血症小鼠模型,分别灌胃给予不同剂量黄芪组小鼠18.0,9.0,4.5 g/kg黄芪水提取物,连续4周,测定各组小鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和超氧化化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量.[结果]不同剂量黄芪组小鼠血清TC,TG,LDL-C含量明显下降,SOD,GSH-Px活性明显增强,血清LPO含量明显下降.[结论]黄芪具有调节小鼠血脂代谢及增强机体抗脂质过氧化的作用.  相似文献

目的 研究何首乌醋酸乙酯提取部位(EAFF-PM)与有效成分二苯乙烯苷的调血脂作用.方法 观察EAEF PM和二苯乙烯苷对正常小鼠血脂及肝脏指数的影响;小鼠ip Triton致急性高脂血症模型,观察EAEF-PM和二苯乙烯苷对模型小鼠血脂水平的影响;以大鼠食饵性高脂血症为模型,给予高脂饲料的同时给予EAEF-PM和二苯乙烯苷,连续28 d,测定血脂、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)水平和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,肝组织中总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)水平以及肝脏指数.结果 对正常小鼠,二苯乙烯苷和EAEF-PM均有升高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),降低血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的作用.EAEF-PM和二苯乙烯苷对ip Triton致高脂血症小鼠的血清TC、TG和LDL-C均有降低作用,对HDL-C均有升高作用.EAEF-PM 60mg/kg明显降低大鼠食饵性高脂血症模型的肝脏指数;EAEF-PM 30、60 mg/kg明显降低大鼠食饵性高脂血症模型的血清TC、TG、LDL-C、MDA水平和TC/HDL-C值,明显升高血清HDL-C和NO水平以及SOD活性,二苯乙烯苷对各项指标的作用强度略低于EAEF-PM,但无显著性差异.结论 何首乌中EAEF-PM及二苯乙烯苷均具有调血脂、抗氧化,保护血管内皮的功能,二苯乙烯苷为发挥药效作用的主要物质,提示可用于预防高脂血症.  相似文献

目的探讨非诺贝特和三七粉联合用药对大鼠高脂血症的影响。方法采用高脂饲料喂养SD大鼠建立高脂血症大鼠模型。40只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、高脂血症模型组、非诺贝特组、三七组以及三七和非诺贝特联合用药组。实验结束后测大鼠血浆甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性。结果非诺贝特与三七粉联合用药能显著降低大鼠血浆TG、TC、LDL-C的含量,升高血浆HDL-C的含量(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);并能显著降低血浆MDA含量,提高SOD、GSH-Px的活性(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论非诺贝特与三七粉联合用药,对高脂饲料喂养大鼠的高脂血症具有显著的预防和治疗作用,机制可能与其增强抗氧化能力有关。  相似文献

目的:研究小麦中提取的α-淀粉酶抑制剂(简称α-AI)调节血脂及抗动脉粥样硬化的作用.方法:预防性给药时,给高脂饲料造模的同时连续给药9周,于第63天测定大鼠血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、MDA、SOD及肝脏TC、TG含量,同时观察其对大鼠血液流变学及动脉、肝脏病变的影响.治疗性给药时,给高脂饲料造模成功后连续给药3周,测定大鼠血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C及肝脏TC、TG含量.结果:预防性给药时,中、高剂量α-AI能显著降低血清TC、TG、LDL-C及肝脏TC、TG含量,显著升高HDL-C,还可以使MDA含量显著降低,SOD活性显著升高,同时可以改善血液流变学,缓解动脉及肝脏病变情况.治疗性给药时,高剂量α-AI能显著降低血清TC、TG、LDL-C及肝脏TC、TG含量,显著升高HDL-C.结论:α-AI能调节血脂平衡,预防高脂血症及动脉粥样硬化的生成,对已形成的高脂血症也有一定的治疗效果.  相似文献

目的:通过观察化浊降脂汤对高脂血症大鼠血脂的调节作用以及对血清丙二醛(MDA)活性的影响,阐明化浊降脂汤降低血脂的机理.方法: 健康成年SD大鼠60只,随机分为空白组、模型组、对照组及化浊降脂汤高(24 g/kg)、中(12 g/kg)、低(6 g/kg)剂量组,每组10只.21 d后,取血测其总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)以及血清MDA活性.结果: 与模型组相比, 化浊降脂汤各剂量组大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C、MDA含量降低(P<0.05).与对照组相比, 化浊降脂汤高剂量组降低血清TC、TG效果优于对照组(P<0.05).化浊降脂汤高、中剂量组降低血清LDL-C,MDA效果优于对照组(P<0.05).化浊降脂汤各剂量组大鼠血清HDL-C含量与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论: 化浊降脂汤具有调节血脂作用,并可降低血清MDA活力,减少脂质过氧化损伤.  相似文献

目的:探讨消脂饮对实验性高脂血症大鼠的影响。方法:采用饲喂高脂乳剂建立高脂血症模型,测定脂类代谢中生化指标,及血清、心肌中超歧过氧化物酶(SOD)活性和过氧化反应产物丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:消脂饮各组与模型组比较均能明显的降低高脂血症大鼠血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)含量,降低血清和心肌中MDA含量,提高血清和心肌中SOD活性。结论:消脂饮对实验性高脂血症大鼠具有预防和治疗作用,其机理可能是通过清除自由基,提高机体抗氧化能力。  相似文献

目的:建立实验性高脂血症大鼠模型,观察香青兰水提物、乙酸乙酯提取物对高脂血症大鼠血脂水平的影响。方法:采用脂肪乳剂灌胃制备高脂血症大鼠模型,造模同时连续给药10周,观察香青兰不同提取物对高脂血症大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)以及肝组织SOD、MDA水平的影响。结果:与模型组比较,香青兰水提取物组能显著降低高脂血症大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C、AST、MDA(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),升高HDL-C、SOD(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),显著降低肝匀浆MDA(P〈0.01);香青兰乙酸乙酯提取物能显著降低高脂血症大鼠血清TC、LDL-C、ALT、AST、MDA(P〈0.01),显著升高血清SOD(P〈0.05),显著升高肝匀浆SOD(P〈0.01),显著降低肝匀浆MDA(P〈0.01)。结论:香青兰水提取物与乙酸乙酯提取物能调节高脂血症大鼠脂质代谢紊乱,其调节血脂机制可能与抗脂质过氧化有关。  相似文献

Objective: To evaluatel the value of D-dimers in patients with acute aortic dissection (AAD). Methods: This study consisted of 16 patients with AAD and 27 non-AAD patients. Serum D-dimets were measured by Sta-Liatest D-DI immunoturbidimetric assay. Results: D-dimer level was higher (P < 0.001) in patients with AAD(7.91 ± 5.52 μg/ml) than that in non- AAD group(1.57±1.24 μg/ml). D-dimer was positive (>0.4 μg/ml) in all patients with AAD and in 10 control group patients (37%). Among patients with acute AAD, D-dimers tended to be higher in Stanford A than in Stanford B (8.67 ± 4.31 μg/ml vs. 3.24±1.27 μg/ml, P <0.01). D-dimer values tended to be higher in more extended disease(3.84 ± 1.65 μg/ml, 8.57 ± 3.58 μg/ml and 11.87 ± 5.69 μg/ml in thoracic aorta, thoracic and abdominal aorta, thoracic and abdominal aorta and iliacal arteries, respectively, P < 0.05 for both 8.57 ± 3.58 and 11.87 ± 5.69 vs. 3.84 ± 1.65 ). Including the control group into the analysis, we found a sensitivity of 100%, a negative predictive value of 100%, and a specificity of 66% and a positive predictive value of 64% for D-dimer in diagnosis of AAD in our patients with suspected AAD. Conclusion: D-dimer was elevated in patients with AAD. A negative D-dimer test result could be useful in excluding AAD.  相似文献

Objective: To set up a simple and reliable rat model of combined liver-kidney transplantation. Methods: SD rats served as both donors and recipients. 4℃ sodium lactate Ringer's was infused from portal veins to donated livers,and from abdominal aorta to donated kidneys, respectively. Anastomosis of the portal vein and the inferior vena cava (IVC) inferior to the right kidney between the graft and the recipient was performed by a double cuff method, then the superior hepatic vena cava with suture. A patch of donated renal artery was anastomosed to the recipient abdominal aorta. The urethra and bile duct were reconstructed with a simple inside bracket. Results: Among 65 cases of combined liver-kidney transplantation, the success rate in the late 40 cases was 77.5%. The function of the grafted liver and kidney remained normal. Conclusion: This rat model of combined liver-kidney transplantation can be established in common laboratory conditions with high success rate and meet the needs of renal transplantation experiment.  相似文献

Shock wave lithotripsy (SWL) is a treatment of choice for upper urinary stones. However, this procedure is inappropriate for obese patients because the focus is often unable to reach the target owing to the limited focal distance in shock wave source. Although treating such patients in a blast path may increase the application length of shock wave source, it's difficult to find this path on the lithotripter monitor. Excess production of reactive oxygen species(ROS)of mitochondrion mediated by hyperglycemia is the common pathogenesis of angiopathic complications of diabetes.TCM holds that the damp from the dysfunction of spleen.kidney and liver is the causative factor of complications of diabetes.This is similar to the mechanism of Ros resulting in angiopathic complications of diabetes.When the angiopathic complications of type II diabetes mellitus(T2DM)are difierentiated as caused by turbid damp in TCM can be explained as ROS.Since the obstruction of pathogenic damp in channels and collaterals is said to be the main pathogenesis,the treating principle should be dissolving the damp to remove the obstruction.  相似文献

Objective To observe blood pressure change with age in salt-sensitive teenagers whose salt sensitivity were determined by repeated testing.Methods Salt sensitivity was determined through intravenous infusion of normal saline combined with volume-depletion by oral diuretic furosemide in 55 teenagers. After five years, salt sensitivity was re-examined and subject blood pressure was followed up. Blood pressure changes in salt-sensitive teenagers were compared to that of non-salt sensitive teenagers over five years.Results After 5 years, the repetition rate of salt sensitivity determined by intravenous saline loading is 92.7%. In teenagers with salt sensitivity on the baseline, both the systolic blood pressure increments and increment rates were much higher than non-salt sensitive teenagers (12.7±12.1 mmHg vs. 2.8±5.2 mmHg, P< 0.01; 12.2%± 12.0% vs. 2.5% ±4.4%, P< 0.001,respectively). There was a similar trend for diastolic blood pressure (8.4 ± 6.4 mmHg vs. 3.7 ± 6.4 mmHg, P = 0.052; 13.2% ±10.6 % vs. 6.8%± 10.1%, P = 0.053, respectively).Conclusions Salt sensitivity determined by intravenous saline loading showed good reproducibility. Blood pressure increments with age were much higher in salt-sensitive teenagers than non-salt sensitive teenagers, especially in terms of systolic blood pressure.  相似文献

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects in acupunture treatment of primary dysmenorrhea combined with spinal Tui Na, and study its mechanism. Methods: Thirty cases of the treatment group were treated by acupuncture combined with spinal Tui Na, and thirty cases in the control group were treated by routine acupuncture. Results: The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group, and 73.3% in the control group, with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions: Acupuncture combined with spinal Tui Na has good prospects for treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.  相似文献
