类风湿关节炎患者社会支持状况调查分析

Objective To learn the status of social support for patients with rheumatoid arthritis and formulate the theoretical basis for providing physical and psychological nursing.Methods A total of 112 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were investigated with the social support.Results The total score of social support was (36.56±7.97) in the patients with rheumatoid arthritis,which showed significantly different compared with the norm(33.05±3.85 ).Subjective support was influenced by course and hospitalizations,while Objective support was influenced by medical treatment fee and joint function.Marriage,hospitalization and joint function had influenced the utilization degree of support.Conclusions the patients with comprehensive assessment should nurse social support for patients,provide proper social support and guide patients of social support network,develop a new social support network and social support network using active rheumatoid arthritis to strengthen the social support.

实习护生自尊与主观幸福感调查与分析

目的:通过调查福州市某医院实习护生自尊与主观幸福感现状及其关系,了解护生的心理健康状况,为促进临床实习护生心理健康提供依据。方法:采用自尊量表(SES)及总体幸福感量表(GWB)对142名实习护生进行问卷调查,调查数据用SPSS13.0软件进行统计学分析。结果:护生的自尊得分为(30.85±2.30)分,总体幸福感得分为(97.04±11.40)分,在护生中,高自尊组感受到的主观幸福感较低自尊组高,而本科学历护生感受到的主观幸福感较大专学历护生低。结论:应采取有效措施,利用医院及社会支持资源,提高实习护生的自尊水平;应当对本科学历护生给予更多的关注和心理干预,提高其幸福感指数。     

临床实践教学对高职护生自尊、社会支持、应对方式及心理健康的影响

目的:探讨临床实践教学对高职护生自尊、社会支持、应对方式及心理健康的影响。方法:选取2012年5~6月对参与健康教育临床实践的高职护生90名作为研究对象,于进行临床实践教学前后采用SCL-90量表进行测评。结果:实践1月后,护生的症状自评量表(SCL-90)测得心理健康状况优于实践前,其心理健康比例、积极应对、自尊、领悟社会支持得分均高于实践前。消极应对和SCL-90总平均分呈正相关,自尊、社会支持、积极应对与SCL-90总平均分呈负相关。结论:临床实践教学能促进高职护生自尊、社会支持、积极应对和心理健康的发展。自尊、社会支持、积极应对是高职护生心理健康的促进因素。     

甲型H1N1流感发热门诊患者自我效能感及其影响因素的研究

目的 了解甲型H1N1流感发热门诊患者自我效能感状况及其影响因素.方法 运用一般情况调查表、一般自我效能感昔表、甲型H1N1流感认知调查表、社会支持评定量表对来我院发热门诊就诊的826例患者进行问卷调查.结果 调查对象一般自我效能感得分为(2.44±0.63)分,低于常模(P<0.05);调查对象的一般自我效能感得分受其年龄、性别、婚姻状况、文化程度、社会支持程度、甲型H1N1流感认知程度的影响(P<0.05);与年龄、文化程度、社会支持程度、甲型H1N1流感认知程度呈正相关(P<0.05).结论 甲型H1N1流感发热门诊患者一般自我效能感得分较低,护理人员在接诊发热患者时,应了解其自我效能感状况,分析影响因素,给予有效的护理干预,提高自我效能感,增强流感防控效果.     

老年痴呆患者家庭照顾者的心理弹性及其影响因素

目的了解老年痴呆患者家庭照顾者的心理弹性水平,并分析其影响因素。方法采用方便抽样法选取2015年11月至2016年5月在武汉某三级甲等医院神经科记忆门诊就诊、神经科病房住院治疗以及在湖北省痴呆与认知障碍医学研究中心照顾者网络平台登录的180例患者及其照顾者为研究对象。采用自行设计的一般情况调查表、康纳-戴维森韧性量表、领悟社会支持量表对其进行调查。结果老年痴呆患者家庭照顾者的心理弹性总分为(24.83±7.58)分;老年痴呆患者的照顾者自觉健康状况、朋友支持、患者的病情程度、照顾者的文化程度及其他支持是老年痴呆患者家庭照顾者心理弹性的影响因素(均P0.05),共解释老年痴呆患者家庭照顾者心理弹性的44.8%。结论老年痴呆患者家庭照顾者的心理弹性水平处于中等偏低的水平,照顾者的自觉健康状况、朋友支持、患者的病情程度、照顾者的文化程度以及其他支持是影响照顾者心理弹性水平的重要因素。提示医护人员可有针对性地给予心理支持和干预,提高照顾者的心理弹性水平,改善其心理健康状况。     

乳腺癌患者自尊水平、应对方式及焦虑情绪的调查研究

目的 了解乳腺癌患者术后焦虑情绪的发生情况,并探讨自尊、应对方式和焦虑的关系。 方法 以自尊量表(SES)、医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)对194例乳腺癌患者进行问卷调查,并对其中18例乳腺癌患者进行深度访谈。 结果 ①焦虑发生率为27.83%。②面对、屈服得分与常模无显著差异,回避得分高于常模,具有统计学意义。③自尊与面对正相关,自尊与屈服、焦虑负相关,屈服与焦虑正相关。④屈服应对在自尊与焦虑间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总体效应的比例为47.00%。 结论 乳腺癌患者焦虑情绪的发生率较高,应对方式中的屈服维度在自尊与焦虑间起部分中介作用,临床护理中可以通过改进自尊水平和调整应对方式来缓解乳腺癌患者的焦虑情绪。

脑卒中患者领悟社会支持与抑郁发生的相关性研究

目的探讨脑卒中患者领悟社会支持与抑郁发生的相关性,为脑卒中患者的心理支持提供依据。方法收集患者的一般资料,采用患者健康问卷抑郁量表(PHQ-9)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、社会支持利用度量表,对诊断为脑卒中且住院1周以上的脑卒中患者进行调查,其中33例发生抑郁的作为发生组,40例未发生抑郁的作为未发生组。比较两组患者的领悟社会支持得分和社会支持利用度得分,分析患者的性别、年龄、文化程度、就业情况、个人月收入和自理能力,确定影响脑卒中患者抑郁发生的影响因素,采用多因素logistic回归分析确定卒中后抑郁发生的相关因素。结果两组自理能力比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组领悟社会支持得分中,朋友支持得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),社会支持利用度得分中,友情支持得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脑卒中患者抑郁发生与自理能力、朋友支持、友情支持利用度相关(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中患者应多给予社会支持,社会支持利用度越高,抑郁的发生率越低。对于抑郁患者,医护人员应动员患者的家庭、朋友及其人际关系中的社会支持系统多来探望,给予其精神上的关心与支持,为其提供良好的社会支持康复网络,促进患者的身心健康。     

Life after parental death: Monitoring a child's self-concept before and after family violence

In a case study, the self-esteem of a first-grade child was monitored over an eight-month period, before and after she witnessed the death of her mother, who was shot by her father's female friend. Through a series of telephone interviews with the child's aunt, in whose care she was entrusted, it was suggested that the rapid rebound in the child's self-evaluation was attributable to personal and social controls deriving from her initially high self-esteem and the readily available social support system of the aunt and the extended family, which provided an immediate induction of hope. The study serves as a model for monitoring the personal impact of other critical life events.
