目的:探究运动疗法结合太极拳对上交叉综合征的疗效。方法:将60例某体育大学未受过专项运动训练的学生随机分为运动疗法组(n=29)和运动疗法联合太极拳组(n=31)。运动疗法组对受试者进行为期12周,每周3次的运动疗法干预,运动疗法联合太极拳组在此基础上进行太极拳训练。结果:运动疗法组的头前倾角和圆肩角测量结果较实验前无显著性差异,运动疗法联合太极拳组较实验前均明显下降,且明显优于运动疗法组;运动疗法联合太极拳组对屈曲角度改善显著偏高,但运动疗法组实验前后屈曲角度显著降低;运动疗法联合太极拳组右旋角度显著性改善,其余均无显著性变化;两组颈椎活动障碍指数实验后均有显著性差异。结论:单独进行运动疗法或联合太极拳均能改善上交叉综合征症状,两种方式各有优势,均可有效平衡颈肩肌群肌力、纠正姿势异常,从而缓解颈肩疼痛,且后者效果更佳。  相似文献

目的探讨运姊康复在改善慢性心力衰蝎患者心功能、运动耐量和生活质量方面的作用。方法选取2010年10月至2011年10月在本晚治疗的108心力衰蝎患者,随机分成观察姐54例和对照姐54例。对熏担仅采取常规治疗和护理,观察组在进行常规治疗、护理的同时。进行运动康复训练。比较两组患者的心功能、运动耐量以及生活质量的改善情况。结果:治疗后观泰衄患者在左室射血分数和6分钟内的步行距离以及生活质量评分者三方面均较对照组具有显著性差异,P〈0.05,有统计学意义。结论对慢性心力衰竭患者进行运动康复可以明显的改善患者的心功能、运动耐量以及生活质量,值得临床广泛推广使用。  相似文献

近几年,随着经济的快速发展,人民的生活水平不断提高,人们对于医学观念的认识以及病人对我国医疗质量的需求也在不断地提高。在骨科病人的康复中,运动疗法占据了很大的比重,而且已经逐渐成了骨科病人的主要康复手段。文章着重介绍了运动疗法的发展历程,从骨科疾病的角度,阐述了其在骨科康复中的应用以及在骨科康复中的发展,同时为探究运动疗法应用于骨科康复的效果进行了观察研究。通过选取我院2020年1月~2022年2月收治的肌骨疼痛患者62例,根据不同治疗方法分为观察组与对照组,两组各31例患者,对照组采用常规健康康复治疗,观察组在此基础上联合使用运动疗法治疗,考察两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、SF-36量表进行生活质量评估。结果发现,两组患者治疗前VAS、SF-36评分无显著差异(P> 0.05),治疗后观察组VAS评分较对照组显著降低,SF-36评分较对照组显著增加(P <0.05),观察组总满意度为96.78%显著高于对照组77.46%(2=5.166,P=0.023)。也就是说,运动疗法能有效增强骨科康复、缓解患者肌骨疼痛、降低疼痛递质因子水平、提升临床疗效与患者生活质量...  相似文献

绝经后骨质疏松症是一个重要的公共健康问题,有关运动疗法与绝经后妇女骨骼的研究越来越多.对近几年国外相关研究结果进行整理与分析,重点对运动疗法的机制、运动干预方案和效果、影响运动疗法的因素等进行综述,旨在找出适合绝经后妇女预防和治疗骨质疏松症的有效运动途径.结果表明,绝经后妇女通过定期的有氧承重练习及抗阻力量练习等运动方式可有效改善骨密度,并且结合激素替代治疗和补钙等综合方案可使该种作用增强.  相似文献

目的:探讨运动疗法在脑卒中偏瘫患者恢复期肢体功能恢复及提高日常生活能力中(ADL)的应用.方法:将57例脑卒中伴肢体偏瘫患者前瞻性随机分成治疗组、实验对照组和对照组,分别进行运动疗法训练、常规康复训练和自我随意锻炼,三组同时接受相同的临床药物治疗;应用简式Fugl-Meyer法评定肢体运动功能和Barthel指数评定ADL.采用SPSS 16.0统计软件进行数据处理,组内自身纵向比较采用重复性方差分析(Repeated Measures),组间横向比较采用One-Way ANOVA分析.结果:治疗组、实验对照组和对照组各组Fugl-Meyer评分及Barthel指数评分治疗前后比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组之间进行比较,治疗组治疗效果较实验对照组和对照组均显著(P<0.05).结论:运动疗法在促进脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体运动功能恢复及提高日常生活能力方面疗效较常规康复训练和自我随意锻炼均显著,对脑卒中恢复期的肢体瘫痪治疗是有效可行的.  相似文献

This study compared heart rate recovery (HRR) after incremental maximal exercise performed at the same external power output (Pext) on dry land ergocycle (DE) vs. immersible ergocycle (IE). Fifteen young healthy participants (30?±?7 years, 13 men and 2 women) performed incremental maximal exercise tests on DE and on IE. The initial Pext on DE was 25?W and was increased by 25?W/min at a pedalling cadence between 60 and 80?rpm, while during IE immersion at chest level in thermoneutral water (30°C), the initial Pext deployment was at a cadence of 40?rpm which was increased by 10?rpm until 70?rpm and thereafter by 5?rpm until exhaustion. Gas exchange and heart rate (HR) were measured continuously during exercise and recovery for 5?min. Maximal HR (DE: 176?±?15 vs. IE 169?±?12?bpm) reached by the subjects in the two conditions did not differ (P?>?.05). Parasympathetic reactivation parameters (ΔHR from 10 to 300?s) were compared during the DE and IE HR recovery recordings. During the IE recovery, parasympathetic reactivation in the early phase was more predominant (HRR at Δ10–Δ60?s, P?<?.05), but similar in the late phase (HRR at Δ120–Δ300?s, P?>?.05) when compared to the DE condition. In conclusion, incremental maximal IE exercise at chest level immersion in thermoneutral water accelerates the early phase parasympathetic reactivation compared to DE in healthy young participants.  相似文献

采用RPE评分、运动成绩测试、心肺功能测试及心脏内分泌激素放射免疫法检测等方法对运动员心脏功能进行跟踪观察。结果表明:(1)穴位离子导入能明显改善运动员的主观感觉,提高专项成绩,改善心肺功能,降低无氧闲心率,提高有氧耐力,推迟心源性运动性疲劳的发生;(2)穴位离子导入可改善运动员心脏神经肽ET和CGRP的分泌,使之向更有利于适应运动负荷的方向发展。结论是:(1)心源性运动性疲劳的发生与多因素相关;(2)穴位离子导入能多环节、多层面地保护心肌和改善心脏功能,从而延缓疲劳产生和促进疲劳消除。  相似文献

Heart rate (HR) by time curves could be useful as a measure of treatment fidelity (TF). The purposes were to describe the frequency of common recording irregularities (e.g. errors) observed during exercise, validate a process to correct those errors, and determine whether there is a clinically meaningful benefit to data correction. In total, 1895 exercise sessions from 69 older adults with hip fracture were inspected for errors in the placement of event markers (duration of exercise) and signal artifacts. Marker errors occurred in 33% of the participants and corrected in 324 sessions. Signal artifacts occurred in 96% of the participants and eliminated in 702 sessions. Computer code was 85% accurate in detecting signal artifacts, compared to 97% for investigators. HR was significantly higher after correction, but the average change was only 0.69 + 1.20 beats per minute. An HR monitor showing HR by time curves (HRxTC) can be used to evaluate TF during exercise.  相似文献

Abstract

Athletes often use contrast-water therapy as a recovery modality to reduce training fatigue. However, there is debate regarding the effectiveness of this practice, particularly when active and passive recovery regimens are more readily accessible. Fourteen male state-level hockey players participated in three experimental sessions involving two 30-s maximal-intensity Wingate ergometer tests interspersed by a 12-min recovery period. Three different recovery protocols were assessed. Passive recovery involved sitting while active recovery comprised low-intensity cycling. Contrast-water therapy recovery involved three cycles of alternate immersion in heated (38°C) and cool (15°C) water for 3.5 min and 30 s respectively. Heart rate, blood lactate concentration, and ratings of fatigue were assessed immediately before (baseline) and after the first Wingate test, 3 min and 7 min into and at the end of the recovery period, and immediately after the second Wingate test. Blood pressure was assessed at baseline, immediately before recovery, and immediately after recovery. Heart rate remained elevated 3 min and 7 min into as well as after active recovery compared with both contrast-water therapy (P<0.001) and passive recovery (P<0.001), and was elevated 3 min into and after contrast-water therapy recovery compared with passive recovery (P<0.001). Blood lactate concentration was significantly lowered 7 min into and after active recovery (P<0.001) and contrast-water therapy (P<0.001) compared with passive recovery, but no significant difference was observed between active recovery and contrast-water therapy. Rating of fatigue was significantly lower for contrast-water therapy (P<0.001) compared with passive recovery and active recovery, the latter two being similar. However, no significant differences were found between the recovery modalities for any of the test or retest Wingate performance indices. Although contrast-water therapy offered similar benefits to well-established active recovery protocols, it also resulted in reduced ratings of fatigue and a faster return to baseline for some variables. Although restricted to a limited time frame, these findings reflect that the subtle effects from contrast-water therapy may translate to important practical differences that can influence the recovery choices of athletes, particularly when engaged in intense events/training where the recovery period is limited.  相似文献

首先对心率变异性(HRV)和动脉压力反射敏感性(BRS)的测试分析方法进行了选取和改进,然后以正常大鼠为实验对象,观察比较尾动脉血压、脉搏、左室内压、心肌收缩力、心率变异性、动脉压力反射敏感性等指标在8周中等强度游泳运动组大鼠和和安静对照组大鼠之间的差异,旨在分析长期参加有氧运动对心血管自主神经调节功能的影响,为心血管自主神经平衡状态发生改变提供实验证据。研究发现,与对照组大鼠相比,运动组大鼠心肌出现肥大、心脏泵血功能增强、心交感神经介导的动脉压力反射敏感性升高、心迷走神经介导的动脉压力反射敏感性未受影响、心交感神经紧张性变异和心迷走神经紧张性变异程度均增加。研究结果提示,长期有氧运动可增强心血管自主神经的调节功能,使交感神经和副交感神经的协调与对抗关系在一个更高的功能层面上建立新的平衡。  相似文献

Exercise can enhance motivation to change lifestyle behaviors, improve aerobic fitness, improve physical function, control fatigue, and enhance quality of life. Studies have demonstrated the benefits to be gained from physical exercise, highlighting the importance of popularizing the concept of physical exercise for individuals and making professional exercise-treatment programs available to patients with cancer. However, the correlation between physical exercise and carcinogenesis is easily overlooked, and exercise interventions are not routinely provided to patients with cancer, especially those with advanced cancer. In this article, we present a literature review of the effects of exercise on cancer development and progression and give recent evidence for the type of exercise best suited for different types of cancer and in different disease stages. Moreover, the molecular mechanisms about regulating metabolism and systemic immune function in cancer are summarized and discussed. In conclusion, physical exercise should be considered as an important intervention for preventing and treating cancer and its complications.  相似文献

为了探讨健身运动对哮喘病患康复治疗的作用,将22例42-46岁中老年轻、中度哮喘病患按病情等情况分为大体相同的治疗组和对照组(各11例),治疗组进行有针对性的有计划的健康运动治疗,对照组不进行有计划的体育锻炼,结果显示经2年的实验,治疗组的疗效显,明显优于对照组(P<0.001),说明有针对性的有计划的健康运动对轻、中度哮喘病患康复治疗具有较好的疗效,是一种既经济又有效的康复疗法。  相似文献
