1引言
无刷直流电动机的电枢等效电阻不同于有刷直流电动机的电枢电阻。有刷电动机的电枢电阻直接等于出线端的线圈电阻,且静态与动态基本不变。而无刷直流电动机却不一样,其电枢等效电阻为线圈电阻、开关管开关电阻、换向电阻三部分之和,且静态与动态不一样。静态只能测出出线端的线圈电阻,动态测出的是三部分电阻之和,故动态电阻比静态电阻常常大数倍,且测试困难。然而,无刷直流电动机动态电枢等效电阻非常重要,知道它的大小,这对电机测试和设计计算都能带来很大方便。为此,我们根据无刷直流电动机与有刷直流电动机有许多相似性的相似原理,用有刷机电枢电阻动态测试公式试算无刷直流电动机的动态电枢等效电阻,效果很好。它不但解决了无刷直流电动机电枢等效电阻的测试问题,也为分析无刷电机的一些动态性能提供了方便,介绍如下: 相似文献

A simplified dynamic model of a current-fed, self-commutated synchronous motor, operating with a constant angle between the motor counter electromotive force (CEMF) and the input current. The model, which is justified experimentally, includes only two time constants, associated with the rotor inertia and the dc link inductance. This permits the design of the current and speed controlling loops along the same principles used for classical armature-controlled dc motor drives. In this way, the experience which is widely available in industry can be applied, at least with a good approximation, to design of the commutatorless dc motor drives. Various control configurations are discussed. Control loops are designed and closed around the basic motor-inverter block. Under the guidance of the Electric Vehicle Demonstration Act, administered by the Department of Energy, Office of Transportation Programs, the energy efficiency of a dc chopper motor drive was investigated [1]. With the aid of a data acquisition system, data points were taken for a parametric load profile at multiple constant speed settings. The data points were used to determine motor performance when energized from a dc source; and to determine motor performance and heat loss when receiving energy from the propulsion battery through the dc controller. Power losses in the dc controller and the propulsion battery were also determined during the latter test run. The constant speed and parametric load torque performance data are converted into constant power/torque variable speed data and presented graphically. 相似文献

A three-phase ac-to-dc power transistor converter that is suitable for speed control of a dc motor and for a variable dc power supply is investigated. The availability of power transistors of fairly high power rating has made the task of ac-to-dc conversion relatively easy due to simplification of the converter circuit configuration. The external performance characteristics of the power transistor converter-controlled separately excited dc motor are obtained by employing the equal pulsewidth modulation (EPWM) control technique with 18 pulses per half-cycle of the supply voltage and are verified experimentally. There is good agreement between experimental and theoretical results. The external performance is also evaluated under constant torque operation. The use of inductance-capacitance (LC) filters for reducing the effect of predominant supply harmonics is briefly discussed. Experimental oscillograms of some typical waveforms are illustrated to verify the basic principles of operation. 相似文献
