SS-MSM密胺类高效减水剂合成工艺

在密胺类高效减水剂合成工艺中引入新材料对氨基苯磺酸钠,合成具有高减水分散性能的改性密胺类高效减水剂(SSMSM).系统研究了主要原料摩尔比、pH值、反应温度和反应时间对SS-MSM性能的影响.结果显示,引入对氨基苯磺酸钠能明显提高其分散性能,减水效果好,有较好的水泥适应性和贮存稳定性,并且优于参比的高效减水剂.     

氨基磺酸系高效减水剂的合成及其性能研究

通过对氨基苯磺酸、苯酚、甲醛三元单体的共缩聚反应,成功合成了氨基磺酸系高效减水剂,分析了反应体系的单体的配比、酸碱度、反应温度以及反应时间对产品结构及分散性能的影响。并且比较了氨基磺酸系高效减水剂与萘系高效减水剂的性能。     

新型氨基磺酸系高效减水剂的最佳合成工艺研究

研究了传统对氨基苯磺酸钠、苯酚、甲醛三元单体在碱性条件下的缩聚反应工艺。提出在控制反应单体最佳配比不变的情况下,通过在合成过程中加入高聚物改性剂,优化其比例和浓度,合成一种新型改性氨基磺酸系高效减水剂ASL。性能测试结果表明:ASL减水剂综合性能比传统氨基磺酸系高效减水剂高,且成本大幅度降低。     

高效毛细管电泳在高效减水剂合成过程控制中的应用

利用高效毛细管电泳快速测定氨基磺酸系高效减水剂合成过程中对氨基苯磺酸和苯酚的含量,研究了分离条件对测定的影响,确定了最佳测定条件.该法简单、快速,准确度高,能满足氨基磺酸系高效减水剂合成工艺的测定要求.     

氨基磺酸系高效减水剂的合成与性能研究

通过对氨基苯磺酸、苯酚、甲醛三元单体的共缩聚反应,成功合成了氨基磺酸系高效减水剂。实验测得n(苯酚)∶n(对氨基苯磺酸钠)为2.0∶1,n(甲醛)∶n对氨基苯磺酸钠+苯酚)为1.3∶1;加成反应pH值为9,加成反应时间1h左右;缩聚反应pH值9,缩聚反应时间6h左右;反应温度在85℃为最优条件。并研究了合成反应中反应物比例、反应体系pH、反应过程中恒温温度、缩合时间等条件变化对产物分散及分散稳定性的影响。用红外光谱对产物结构进行了表征。     

影响氨基磺酸盐系减水剂性能的因素和结构优化研究

基于氨基减水剂对其性能和结构进行优化,探讨了氨基磺酸盐系聚合物的合成单体对减水剂性能的影响并确定最佳原料配合比及保温时间。在结构改性中,分别引入4-羟基苯磺酸钠、N-二甲基苯磺酸钠、丙酮等3种不同的单体,用来取代原有结构中的对氨基苯磺酸钠或苯酚单体形成新的共聚物,并探讨了共聚结构优化后减水剂的分散性。结果表明,4-羟基苯磺酸钠单体无法参与聚合;N-甲基氨基对苯磺酸钠取代对氨基苯磺酸钠后,减水剂的分散性比改性前有显著提高;引入丙酮改性时,当n(丙酮)∶n(苯酚)0.1时,减水剂的分散性变化不大,但可节约部分成本。     

微波作用下氨基磺酸系高效减水剂的合成及其性能研究

在微波作用下,以对氨基苯磺酸、苯酚、甲醛和脲为原料合成氨基磺酸系高效减水剂,通过单因素试验,优化了最佳合成条件.研究结果表明,与水热法相比,微波法合成氨基磺酸系高效减水剂明显缩短工艺时间,其中缩合反应时间仅为2.5 h,整个过程不足3.5 h;同时微波法合成的氨基磺酸系高效减水剂具有更佳的性能,减水剂掺量为0.5%时,砂浆减水率达26.8%,充分显示了微波作用在合成中氨基磺酸系高效减水剂中的优势.     

对氨基苯磺酸钠改性三聚氰胺减水剂合成工艺

在四步法合成三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的基础上,引入新的单体对氨基苯磺酸钠,研究了主要原料三聚氰胺(M)与对氨基苯磺酸钠(A)、甲醛(F)、焦亚硫酸钠(S)的摩尔比对高效减水剂性能的影响,结果显示:原料配合比三聚氰胺(M)∶对氨基苯磺酸钠(A)∶甲醛(F)∶焦亚硫酸钠(S)=1∶0.5∶3.5∶0.55时,所合成的三聚氰胺甲醛树脂性能最佳。     

高性能改性密胺减水剂的研究与开发

采用对氨基苯磺酸钠替代传统的亚硫酸盐作为磺化剂,制得的改性密胺减水剂克服了传统密胺减水剂减水率偏低、保坍性能差等缺点,并且对泥土含量的敏感性大大降低。使用对氨基苯磺酸钠制备密胺减水剂的合成工艺由传统的"四步法"改进为"三步法",操作更为简单可控。通过对比亚硫酸盐和对氨基苯磺酸钠2种磺化剂所制备密胺减水剂的性能,分别对合成过程中的磺化剂用量进行了系统的探索研究。与萘系、脂肪族、氨基磺酸盐系等缩聚型减水剂的性能对比,改性密胺减水剂具有优异的分散和分散保持性能。     

氨羧类混凝士高效减水剂的研究

将部分苯酚与苯甲酸磺化,制得活性单体M,然后在85℃左右的水溶液中,滴加甲醛,将活性单体M、苯酚和对氨基苯磺酸钠缩合成甲醛缩合物,开发了一种含有羟基、羧酸基、氨基和磺酸基等官能团的混凝土高效减水剂--氨羧类高效减水剂.氨酸类高效减水剂的性能优于传统氨基磺酸盐高效减水剂,且可降低成本.系统研究了甲醛滴加完后一定时间内,添加一定量的带有磺酸基团的活性单体B和尿素对氨羧类高效减水剂性能和成本的影响,结果表明,添加活性单体B,可明显提高该种高效减水剂的分散性能,且成本可进一步降低;只要添加量和添加方式合适,适量的尿素在降低成本的同时,对高效减水剂性能影响不大.     

Effects of the law reforming public works contracts on the Italian building process

The Italian construction industry was rocked by the scandals regarding procurement by the public sector during the early 1990s. Although not confined to construction, the role of the state in construction demand meant that it was one of the most heavily implicated sectors. Known as 'tangentopoli', the scandals have prompted a major reform of public sector procurement in the Italian industry which, combined with changes required to conform with EU directives, is leading to a profound cultural change in the industry. This paper provides an authoritative review of the changes in the procurement codes and the roles and relationships within the construction industry. It shows how the project management of public sector programmes is being strengthened, and how the procurement of the design and construction processes is being separated to provide greater transparency in the process. Although it is too soon to tell what the actual impact of these changes will be upon construction industry practice, some suggestions are made in the concluding comments. En Italie, le secteur de la construction a ete secoue par les scandales concernant les approvisionnements par le secteur public au debut des annees 1990. Bien que n'etant pas limitee a la construction, la part de l'Etat dans la demande pour les travaux de construction temoignait que c'etait bien l'un des secteurs les plus impliques. Connus sous l'appellation de 'tangentopoli', ces scandales ont declenche une vague de reformes qui a touche les approvisionnements par le secteur public qui, combines aux changements necessaires pour se conformer aux directives de l'UE, conduisent a un profond changement culturel de cette industrie. La presente communication constitue une etude documentee des changements qui affectent les codes d'approvisionnement ainsi que les roles et les relations qui s'etablissent au sein de l'industrie de la construction. Elle montre comment la gestion de projets, lorsqu'il s'agit de programmes du secteur public, se trouve renforcee et comment la fourniture de prestations d'etudes et de travaux de construction joue en faveur d'une plus grande transparence du procede. Bien qu'il soit trop tot pour dire quel impact auront ces changements sur les pratiques dans le secteur de la construction, l'auteur conclut en faisant certaines recommandations.
