Three metal coordination polymers [Zn(bdc)(L)(H2O)]n ( 1 ), [Co(pta)(L)(H2O)2]n ( 2 ), and [Cd(tda)(L)(H2O)]n ( 3 ) [H2bdc = 1,2‐benzene dicarboxylate acid, H2pta = terephthalic acid, H2tda = 2,5‐thiophenedicarboxylic acid, L = 3,5‐bis(imidazole‐1‐yl)pyridine] were synthesized and structurally characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, X‐ray powder diffraction, and X‐ray single crystal diffraction. Complex 1 shows a three‐dimensional (3D) structure with cco topology with the symbol 65 · 8, whereas complex 2 features a 3D structure with cds topology with the symbol 65 · 8. Complex 3 has a 2D network constructed by the cadmium atoms bridged through the ligands tda and L. Their X‐ray powder diffraction patterns were compared with the simulated ones. Moreover, their luminescent properties were investigated in the solid state at room temperature, and the thermogravimetric analyses were carried out to study the thermal stability of the 3D networks.  相似文献

A novel two‐dimensional (2D) ZnII coordination framework, poly[[μ‐1,3‐bis(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene](μ‐5‐nitrobenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylato)zinc(II)], [Zn(C8H3NO6)(C14H14N4)]n or [Zn(NO2‐BDC)(1,3‐BMIB)]n [1,3‐BMIB is 1,3‐bis(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene and NO2‐H2BDC is 5‐nitrobenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylic acid], has been prepared and characterized by IR, elemental analysis, thermal analysis and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis revealed that the compound is a new 2D polymer with a 63 topology parallel to the (10) crystal planes based on left‐handed helices, right‐handed helical NO2‐BDC–Zn chains and [Zn2(1,3‐BMIB)2]n clusters. In the crystal, adjacent layers are further connected by C—H…O hydrogen bonds, C—H…π interactions, C—O…π interactions and N—O…π interactions to form a three‐dimensional structure in the solid state. In addition, the compound exhibits strong fluorescence emissions in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of Cd(NO3) · 4H2O with 4,4′‐bipyridine (bipy) and 3‐carboxyphenoxyacetatic acid (3‐H2CPOA) afforded a 3D metal‐organic framework (MOF) [Cd(3‐CPOA)(bipy)]n · 3.5nH2O, which was characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analyses, and X‐ray diffraction. The single‐crystal structural analysis revealed that it has a Cds‐type topological network with 1D channels that contain encapsulated water molecular tapes.  相似文献

Four ZnII/CdII coordination polymers (CPs) based on 2‐(4‐carboxy‐phenyl)imidazo[4, 5‐f]‐1, 10‐phenanthroline (HNCP) and different derivatives of 5‐R‐1, 3‐benzenedicarboxylate (5‐R‐1, 3‐BDC) (R = NO2, H, OH), [Zn(HNCP)(5‐NO2‐1, 3‐BDC)]n ( 1 ), [Cd(HNCP)(5‐NO2‐1, 3‐BDC)]n ( 2 ), [Zn(HNCP)(1, 3‐BDC)(H2O)2]n ( 3 ), and {[Zn(HNCP)(5‐OH‐1, 3‐BDC)(H2O) · H2O}n ( 4 ) were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Compounds 1 – 4 were determined by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, and single‐crystal and powder X‐ray diffraction. Compounds 1 and 2 are isomorphous, presenting a 4‐connected uninodal (4, 4)‐sql 2D framework with threefold interpenetration, which are further extended into the three‐dimensional (3D) supramolecular architecture through π ··· π stacking interactions between the aryl rings of 5‐NO2‐1, 3‐BDC. Compared to compound 1 , 3 is obtained by using different reaction temperatures and metal‐ligand ratios, generating a 3D framework with –ABAB– fashion via π ··· π stacking interactions. Compound 4 is a 1D chain, which is further extended into a 3D supramolecular net by hydrogen bonds and π ··· π stacking interactions. The thermogravimetric and fluorescence properties of 1 – 4 were also explored.  相似文献

Three coordination polymers, {[Cd(3‐bpd)2(NCS)2]×C2H5OH}n ( 1 ), {[Cd(3‐bpd)(dpe)(NO3)2]×(3‐bpd)}2 ( 2 ), {[Cd(dpe)2(NCS)2]×3‐bpd×2H2O}n ( 3 ) (3‐bpd = 1,4‐bis(3‐pyridyl)‐2,3‐diaza‐1,3‐butadiene; dpe = 1,2‐bis(4‐pyridyl)ethane), were prepared and structurally characterized by a single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction method. In compound 1 , each Cd(II) ion is six‐coordinate bonded to six nitrogen atoms from four 3‐bpd and two NCS? ligands. The 3‐bpd acts as a bridging ligand connecting the Cd(II) ion to generate a 2D layered metal‐organic framework (MOF) by using a rhomboidal‐grid as the basic building units with the 44 topology. In compound 2 , the Cd(II) ion is also six‐coordinate bonded to four nitrogen atoms of two 3‐bpd, two dpe and two oxygen atoms of two NO3? ligands. The 3‐bpd and dpe ligands both adopt bis‐monodentate coordination mode connecting the Cd(II) ions to generate a 2D layered MOF by using a rectangle‐grid as the basic building units with the 44 topology. In compound 3 , two crystallographically independent Cd(II) ions are both coordinated by four nitrogen atoms of dpe ligands in the basal plane and two nitrogen atom of NCS? in the axial sites. The dpe acts as a bridging ligand to connect the Cd(II) ions forming a 2D interpenetrating MOFs by using a square‐grid as the basic unit with the 44 topology. All of their 2D layered MOFs in compounds 1 ‐ 3 are then arranged in a parallel non‐interpenetrating ABAB—packing manner in 1 and 2 , and mutually interpenetrating manner in 3 , respectively, to extend their 3D supramolecular architectures with their 1D pores intercalated with solvent (ethanol in 1 or H2O in 3 ) or free 3‐bpd molecules in 2 and 3 , respectively. The photoluminescence measurements of 1 ‐ 3 reveal that the emission is tentatively assigned to originate from π‐π* transition for 1 and 2 and probably due to ligand‐center luminescence for compounds 3 , respectively.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reactions of Co(NO3)2 · 6H2O and Zn(NO3)2 · 6H2O with 1,4‐bis(4‐phenoxy)benzenedicarboxylic acid (H2bcpb) resulted in the formation of the coordination polymers [Zn(bcpb)(Py)]n ( 1 ), and [Co(bcpb)(Py)2]n ( 2 ), respectively. Their structures were studied by single‐crystal and powder X‐ray diffraction methods and further characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analyses, and thermogravimetric analyses (TGA). Single X‐ray diffraction analyses revealed that complex 1 has a 1D loop chain. Each repeated unit contains two carboxylate ligands and two SBUs (secondary building units), whereas complex 2 has a 2D 4‐connected sql sheet with point symbol (44.62). The complexes are further expanded to 3D supramolecular structures through non‐covalent bonding interactions. Besides, photoluminescent property of complex 1 was also investigated in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Self‐assembly of Zn (II) or Cd (II) nitrates, flexible bis (pyridyl)‐diamine, as well as arenesulfonic acids, leads to the formation of ten coordination polymers, namely, [Zn(L1)(H2O)3]·2(p‐TS)·2H2O ( 1 ), [Zn(L1)(H2O)2]·2(p‐TS)·2H2O ( 2 ), [Zn(L1)2(p‐TS)2] ( 3 ), [Zn(H2L1)(H2O)4]·2(1,5‐NDS)·2H2O ( 4 ), [Zn(H2L2)(H2O)4]·2(1,5‐NDS)·4MeOH ( 5 ), [Cd(L1)(p‐TS)(NO3)]·H2O ( 6 ), [Cd(L1)(1,5 ‐NDS)0.5(H2O)]·0.5(1,5‐NDS)·H2O ( 7 ), [Cd(L2)(H2O)2]·(p‐TS)·(NO3)·3H2O ( 8 ), [Cd(L2)(1,5‐NDS)] ( 9 ) and [Cd(L2)(1,5‐NDS)]·MeOH ( 10 ) (L1 = N,N′‐bis (pyridin‐4‐ylmethyl) ethane‐1,2‐diamine, L2 = N,N′‐bis (pyridin‐3‐ylmethy l)ethane‐1,2‐diamine, p‐HTS = p‐toluenesulfonic acid, 1,5‐H2NDS = 1,5‐naphthalene disulfonic acid), which have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG, PL, powder and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Complexes 1 , 4 , 5 and 6 present linear or zigzag chain structures accomplished by the interconnection of adjacent M (II) cations through L1 ligands or protonated H2L12+/H2L22+ cations, while complexes 2 , 3 and 8 show similar (4,4) layer motifs constructed from the connection of M (II) cations through L1 and L2. The same coordination modes of L1 and L2 in complexes 7 and 9 join adjacent Cd (II) cations to form double chain structures, which are further connected by bis‐monodentate 1,5‐NDS2? dianions into different (6,3) and (4,4) layer motifs. The L2 molecules in complex 10 join adjacent Cd (II) cations together with 1,5‐NDS2? dianions to form 3D network with hxl topology. Therefore, the diverse coordination modes of the bis (pyridyl) ligand with chelating spacer and the feature of different arenesulfonate anions can effectively influence the architectures of these complexes. Luminescent investigation reveals that the emission maximum of these complexes varies from 374 to 448 nm in the solid state at room temperature, in which complexes 4 , 5 , 7 , 9 and 10 show average luminescence lifetimes from 7.20 to 14.82 ns. Moreover, photocatalytic properties of complexes 7–10 towards Methylene blue under Xe lamp irradiation are also discussed.  相似文献

Complex 1 shows a three‐dimensional (3D) structure with threefold interpenetrating diamond topology. Complex 2 features a 3D framework with twofold interpenetrating dmc topology. Moreover, the luminescent properties of complexes 1 and 2 were also investigated.  相似文献

Reactions of Cd(NO3)2 · 4H2O with 2‐quinolinecarboxylic acid (H‐QLC) in the presence of 1,4‐benzenedicarboxylic acid (H2‐BDC) or 1,3,5‐benzenetricarboxylic acid (H‐BTC) in DMF/H2O solvent afforded two compounds, namely, [Cd(QLC)(BDC)1/2(H2O)]n ( 1 ) and [Cd(QLC)(BTC)1/3]n ( 2 ). Both compounds are two‐dimensional (2D) frameworks but feature different cadmium‐carboxylate clusters as a result of the presence of the polycarboxylate ligands with different geometries and coordination preference. The dinuclear Cd2(QLC)2 units in 1 are bridged by the pairs of bridging water ligands to give a one‐dimensional (1D) chain, which is further linked by the second ligand of BDC2– to form a 2D structure. Compound 2 is constructed from unique hexanuclear macrometallacyclic Cd6(QLC)6 clusters, which are linked by the surrounding BTC3– ligands to generate a 2D structure. Photoluminescence studies showed both compounds exhibit ligand‐centered luminescent emissions with emission maxima at 405 and 401 nm, respectively.  相似文献

In recent years, coordination polymers constructed from multidentate carboxylate ligands and N‐containing ligands have attracted much attention since these ligands can adopt a rich variety of coordination modes which can lead to crystalline products with intriguing structures and interesting properties. A new coordination polymer, namely poly[[diaqua[μ‐2,7‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)fluorene‐κ2N3:N3′][μ‐5,5′‐methylenebis(3‐carboxy‐2,4,6‐trimethylbenzoato)‐κ2O1:O1′]zinc(II)] hemihydrate], {[Zn(C23H22O8)(C19H14N4)(H2O)2]·0.5H2O}n, 1 , was prepared by the self‐assembly of Zn(NO3)2·6H2O with 5,5′‐methylenebis(2,4,6‐trimethylisophthalic acid) (H4BTMIPA) and 2,7‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)fluorene (BIF) under solvothermal conditions. The structure of 1 was determined by elemental analysis, single‐crystal X‐ray crystallography, powder X‐ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. Each ZnII ion is six‐coordinated by two O atoms from two H2BTMIPA2? ligands, by two N atoms from two BIF ligands and by two water molecules, forming a distorted octahedral ZnN2O4 coordination geometry. Adjacent ZnII ions are linked by H2BTMIPA2? ligands and BIF ligands, leading to the formation of a two‐dimensional (2D) (4,4)‐ sql network, and intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions connect the 2D layer structure into the three‐dimensional (3D) supramolecular structure. Each 2D layer contains two kinds of helices with the same direction, which are opposite in adjacent layers. The luminescence properties of complex 1 in the solid state have also been investigated.  相似文献

Three new coordination polymers, [Zn(PBDC)(bbbm)0.5]n ( 1 ), [Co(PBDC)(bbbm)]n ( 2 ), and [Cd(PBDC)(bbbm)]n ( 3 ) were prepared via hydrothermal reactions of different metal(II) nitrates with flexible 1,3‐bis(4‐phenoxy)benzenedicarboxylic acid (H2L) and 1,1‐(1,4‐butanediyl)bis(benzimidazole) ligand. All these complexes were fully characterized by elemental analysis, FT‐IR, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), powder X‐ray diffraction, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Structure analyses revealed that complex 1 has a 2D→2D twofold interpenetrating framework simplified by a 4‐connected sql net with point symbol (44.62), whereas complexes 2 and 3 are isostructural and exhibit a 2D→2D twofold interpenetrating framework rationalized as a three‐connected hcb net with point symbol (63). Complexes 1 – 3 further expand to 3D supramolecular structures through non‐covalent C–H ··· O interactions. Additionally, the luminescent and magnetic properties of some of these complexes were studied. Complex 3 presents ideal photoluminescent behavior, whereas complex 2 shows antiferromagnetic coupling between the central CoII ions, suggesting its latent application in magnetic material.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reactions of Zn(NO3)2•6H2O with 1,2-di(4-pyridyl)ethylene (dpe) and 1,4-benzenedicarboxylate (1,4-BDC) or 1,3-benzenedicarboxylate (1,3-BDC) in water gave rise to two new metal-organic coordination polymers, [Zn(1,4-BDC)(dpe)]n (1) and [Zn4O(1,3-BDC)3(dpe)]n (2). Both compounds were characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy, and their structures were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. 1 displays a rare 5-fold interpenetrating 66-diamondoid framework while 2 possesses an interlocked 3D network formed by inclined interpenetration of 2D (4,4) networks that are constructed by μ4-oxo tetrazinc Zn4O cores and the bridging dpe and 1,3-BDC ligands. Thermal and photoluminescent properties of 1 and 2 were also investigated.  相似文献

With the rapid development of modern industry, water pollution has become an intractable environmental issue facing humans worldwide. In particular, the organic dyes discharged into natural water from dyestuffs, dyeing and the textile industry are the main sources of pollution in wastewater. To eliminate these types of pollutants, degradation of organic contaminants through a photocatalytic technique is an effective methodology. To exploit more crystalline photocatalysts for the degradation of organic dyes, two coordination polymers, namely catena‐poly[[(3,5‐dicarboxybenzene‐1‐carboxylato‐κO 1)silver(I)]‐μ‐trans‐1‐(pyridin‐3‐yl)‐2‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)ethene‐κ2N :N ′], [Ag(C9H5O6)(C12H10N2)]n or [Ag(H2BTC)(3,4′‐bpe)]n , (I), and poly[[(μ3‐5‐carboxybenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylato‐κ4O 1,O 1′:O 3:O 3)[μ‐trans‐1‐(pyridin‐3‐yl)‐2‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)ethene‐κ2N :N′ ]cadmium(II)] monohydrate], {[Cd(C9H4O6)(C12H10N2)]·H2O}n or {[Cd(HBTC)(3,4′‐bpe)]·H2O}n , (II), have been prepared by the hydrothermal reactions of benzene‐1,3,5‐tricarboxylic acid (H3BTC) and trans‐1‐(pyridin‐3‐yl)‐2‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)ethene (3,4′‐bpe) in the presence of AgNO3 or Cd(NO3)2·4H2O, respectively. These two title compounds have been structurally characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction and powder X‐ray diffraction. In (I), the AgI ions and organic ligands form a one‐dimensional coordination chain, and adjacent coordination chains are connected by Ag…O interactions to give rise to a two‐dimensional supramolecular network. Each two‐dimensional network is entangled with other equivalent networks to generate an infrequent interlocked 2D→3D (2D and 3D are two‐ and three‐dimensional, respectively) supramolecular framework. In (II), the CdII ions are bridged by the HBTC2− and 3,4′‐bpe ligands, which lie across centres of inversion, to give a two‐dimensional coordination network. The thermal stabilities and photocatalytic properties of the title compounds have also been studied.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of the tricarboxylate ligand 5‐(carboxymethoxy)isophthalic acid (H3L) with ZnII, CdII, and SnII salts in the presence of the bisbenzoimidazole coligand 1, 3‐bis(benzimidazol‐2‐yl)‐2‐oxapropane (bbop) afforded the coordination polymers, [Zn(HL)(bbop)]n ( 1 ), [Cd(HL)(bbop)]n ( 2 ), and {[H2(bbop)][Sn2L2]}n ( 3 ). The complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses, thermogravimetric analyses, and fluorescence properties. The structures of complexes 1 and 2 are constructed by 1D chains and show strong blue luminescence emission. The structure of complex 3 is a 2D anionic dilayer, and shows a vase‐like porous structure occupied by the bulky [H2(bbop)]2+ cation, which is an uncommon structural feature in transition metal coordination polymers. The three complexes are further connected by hydrogen bonds to form 3D supramolecular architectures.  相似文献

2,4,6‐Tris(pyridin‐4‐yl)‐1,3,5‐triazine (tpt), as an organic molecule with an electron‐deficient nature, has attracted considerable interest because of its photoinduced electron transfer from neutral organic molecules to form stable anionic radicals. This makes it an excellent candidate as an organic linker in the construction of photochromic complexes. Such a photochromic three‐dimensional (3D) metal–organic framework (MOF) has been prepared using this ligand. Crystallization of tpt with Cd(NO3)2·4H2O in an N,N‐dimethylacetamide–methanol mixed‐solvent system under solvothermal conditions afforded the 3D MOF poly[[bis(nitrato‐κ2O,O′)cadmium(II)]‐μ3‐2,4,6‐tris(pyridin‐4‐yl)‐1,3,5‐triazine‐κ3N2:N4:N6], [Cd(NO3)2(C18H12N6)]n, which was characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The X‐ray diffraction crystal structure analysis reveals that the asymmetric unit contains one independent CdII cation, one tpt ligand and two coordinated NO3? anions. The CdII cations are connected by tpt ligands to generate a 3D framework. The single framework leaves voids that are filled by mutual interpenetration of three independent equivalent frameworks in a fourfold interpenetrating architecture. The compound shows a good thermal stability and exhibits a reversible photochromic behaviour, which may originate from the photoinduced electron‐transfer generation of radicals in the tpt ligand.  相似文献

The three‐dimensional (3D) samarium phosphonate framework [Sm2(H2L)3]n · 5n(H2O) ( 1 ) [H4L = N,N′‐piperazine‐bis(methylenephosphonic acid)] was synthesized by hydrothermal reaction of Sm2O3 with N,N′‐piperazine‐bis(methylenephosphonic acid) hydrochloride in the presence of glutaric acid. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis reveals that it has a 3D open framework structure with helical channels along the crystallographic c axis. The channels are filled up by discrete pentameric water clusters, which are hydrogen‐bonded to the host. Compound 1 displays two interesting structural features: (a) two of three H2L2– ligands adopt the less stable a,e‐cis conformation; (b) both of the SmIII ions exhibit rather unusual octahedral coordination arrangements. In addition, the photoluminescent property was investigated.  相似文献

Two cadmium(II) coordination polymers, namely, [Cd3(m‐phth)2(atz)2]n ( 1 ) (m‐phth = m‐phthalate and atz = 3‐amino‐1,2,4‐triazolate) and [Cd(atphth)(H2O)]n ( 2 ) (atphth = 2‐aminoterephthalate), were synthesized and structurally characterized. Compound 1 features a three‐dimensional (3D) pillared framework based on two‐dimensional (2D) cadmium‐benzenedicarboxylate ladders pillared by the triazolate ligands. Compound 2 has a 3D framework constructed from 2D cadmium‐benzenedicarboxylate layers, which are further linked by Cd–N bonds between the cadmium ions and amino groups of the atphth2– ligands of the adjacent layers to form the final 3D structure. Compounds 1 and 2 exhibit solid‐state photoluminescence with emission maxima at 448 and 470 nm, respectively.  相似文献

Aminobenzoic acid derivatives are widely used in the preparation of new coordination polymers since they contain O‐atom donors, as well as N‐atom donors, and have a rich variety of coordination modes which can lead to polymers with intriguing structures and interesting properties. Two new coordination polymers incorporating 1‐aminobenzene‐3,4,5‐tricarboxylic acid (H3abtc), namely, poly[(μ3‐1‐amino‐5‐carboxybenzene‐3,4‐dicarboxylato)diaquacadmium(II)], [Cd(C9H5NO6)(H2O)2]n, (I), and poly[[bis(μ5‐1‐aminobenzene‐3,4,5‐tricarboxylato)triaquatrizinc(II)] dihydrate], {[Zn3(C9H4NO6)2(H2O)3]·2H2O}n, (II), have been prepared and structurally characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. In polymer (I), each tridentate 1‐amino‐5‐carboxybenzene‐3,4‐dicarboxylate (Habtc2?) ligand coordinates to three CdII ions to form a two‐dimensional network structure, in which all of the CdII ions and Habtc2? ligands are equivalent, respectively. Polymer (II) also exhibits a two‐dimensional network structure, in which three crystallographically independent ZnII ions are bridged by two crystallographically independent pentadentate 1‐aminobenzene‐3,4,5‐tricarboxylate (abtc3?) ligands. This indicates that changing the metal ion can influence the coordination mode of the H3abtc‐derived ligand and further influence the detailed architecture of the polymer. Moreover, the IR spectra, thermogravimetric analyses and fluorescence properties were investigated.  相似文献

The title CdII coordination framework, [Cd(C15H8O5)(H2O)]n or [Cd(bpdc)(H2O)]n [H2bpdc is 2‐(4‐carboxybenzoyl)benzoic acid], has been prepared and characterized using IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, thermal analysis and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Each CdII centre is six‐coordinated by two O atoms from one 2‐(4‐carboxylatobenzoyl)benzoate (bpdc2−) ligand in chelating mode, three O‐donor atoms from three other bpdc2− anions and one O atom from a coordinated water molecule in an octahedral coordination environment. Two crystallographically equivalent CdII cations are bridged by one O atom of the 2‐carboxylate group of one bpdc2− ligand and by both O atoms of the 4‐carboxylate group of a second bpdc2− ligand to form a binuclear [(Cd)2(O)(OCO)] secondary building unit. Adjacent secondary building units are interlinked to form a one‐dimensional [Cd(OCO)2]n chain. The bpdc2− ligands link these rod‐shaped chains to give rise to a complex two‐dimensional [Cd(bpdc)]n framework with a 4,4‐connected binodal net topology of point symbol {43.62.8}. The compound exhibits a strong fluorescence emission and typical ferroelectric behaviour in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献
