液固循环流化床换热器中固体颗粒分布   总被引:15,自引:2,他引:13  
利用CCD图像测量与数据处理系统对多管液固循环流化床换热器中的两相流动特性进行了研究。探讨了下管箱中的分布板结构对固体粒子的体积分数分布、固体粒子的速度分布,以及液固两相流压降的影响。实验结果表明:在循环流化床换热器进口段安装适当结构的多孔板分布器,即多孔板的面积小于床层截面积,且床中心处的遮挡面积大于边缘处的遮挡面积,可以有效地提高固相速度的均匀程度,在较高流速下,能较好地改善固体颗粒在管束中的不均匀分布。  相似文献

A liquid-solid circulating fluidized bed (LSCFB) system consisting of 3.8 cm I.D. and 4 m high riser and 12 cm I.D. and 3.5 m high down-comer was investigated in this study for the continuous polymerization of phenol. Approximately 8.5 kg immobilized particles containing soybean seed hull peroxidase enzymes were applied in the LSCFB system. The continuous enzymatic polymerization was carried out in the riser section by introducing phenol and hydrogen peroxide at the entrance of the riser. Under optimized hydrodynamic conditions and by keeping the molar concentration ratio of phenol to H2O2 of 1:2, 54% conversion of phenol was achieved. The down-comer of the LSCFB was utilized for the regeneration of the coated immobilized enzyme particles. The effect of the superficial liquid velocity and an initial substrate concentration was studied. Our experimental results show that an enzymatic reaction and the regeneration of the biocatalysts can be carried out simultaneously and independently in the LSCFB system. Furthermore, this work opens the possibilities for many bioprocesses where the deactivation of the biocatalysts is a major problem and the regeneration of the biocatalysts is required.  相似文献

为了解决水平液固循环流化床中颗粒分布不均匀问题,在内径29 mm、长4 m的水平有机玻璃管流化床内放入Kenics静态混合器,采用CCD图像测量与数据处理系统考察静态混合器的结构、个数、安装位置对液固二相流中颗粒分布的影响;同时,利用U型管压差计考察不同条件下静态混合器的压降。实验结果表明:Kenics静态混合器能明显地改善管内颗粒分布情况;单个扭率Y=3.5的Kenics静态混合器压降最小;2个扭率Y=3.5的Kenics静态混合器间距为40 mm时对颗粒分布影响长度是最长的。  相似文献

设计了实现液固外循环流化床中颗粒正常循环的关键部件——喷嘴,利用CCD图像采集分析系统,获得了其换热管束内固体颗粒的分布情况,考察了液体流量、口径比、喷嘴安装位置、颗粒直径、颗粒初始加入量以及液体黏度对液固外循环流化床换热器管束内含固体积分数的影响。结果表明:口径比及喷嘴安装位置对提高管束内的含固体积分数都存在一个最佳值,颗粒直径、颗粒初始加入量以及液体黏度对管束内含固体积分数也具有较大的影响,同时还通过对实验数据的综合分析,得到了喷嘴在最佳安装位置下液固外循环流化床内含固体积分数的经验关联式。  相似文献

Particulate and aggregative fluidizations in a liquid-solid circulating fluidized bed system are characterized by chaotic time series analysis of local voidage and heat transfer fluctuations in terms of the correlation dimension and Kolmogorov entropy. Both correlation dimension and Komogorov entropy of the voidate fluctuation are found to decrease with decreasing bed voidage in both fluidization regimes, suggesting the suppression of chaotic motion of individual particles due to high solid concentration. The correlation dimension of the heat transfer fluctation in the aggregative fluidization regime is higher than that in the particulate fluidization regime. This reflects the complex convective motion of liquid and solid phases induced by the formation of the liquid streaks and aggregates of particles.  相似文献

In recent years, liquid-solid circulating fluidized beds (LSCFBs) are being applied as a reactor system in a number of new applications. This study addresses optimal design of LSCFB system at the design stage for the continuous protein recovery. The operation of LSCFB system for continuous protein recovery is associated with several important objectives such as production rate and recovery of protein as well as the amount of ion exchange resin requirements, all of which need to be optimized simultaneously. In this study, an experimentally validated mathematical model was used to perform the multi-objective optimization of the LSCFB system at the design stage. In the optimization study, eight operating and design parameters were used as decision variables. These variables were chosen based on systematic sensitivity analysis of the system which showed complex interplay of the decision variables over the system performance indicators. Elitist non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm with its jumping gene adaptation (NSGA-II-aJG) was used to solve a number of two- and three-objective function optimization problems. The optimization resulted in Pareto optimal solutions, which provides a broad range of non-dominated solutions due to conflicting behavior of the decision variables on the system performance indicators. Compared to the optimization results obtained in the operating stage, the performance of the system was further improved at the design stage optimization as changes in physical dimensions of the LSCFB system can provide better performance than would have been possible by adjusting only the operating parameters.  相似文献

对管内插入Kenics静态混合器的水平液固循环流化床换热器进行实验研究,实验考察了静态混合器扭率、静态混合器安装方式、液体流速、颗粒体积分数对传热性能和流阻性能的影响,并运用综合强化传热性能评价指标(PEC)对其进行分析。实验发现,传热性能和阻力系数均随扭率增加而减小。当雷诺数在10000~45000之间时,扭率为1.5、2、2.5、3.5的Kenics静态混合器的PEC指标均大于1,说明了水平流化床换热器插入Kenics静态混合器能够改善传热。在雷诺数达到25000左右、Kenics静态混合器扭率为2.5、颗粒体积分数为4%时,水平流化床换热器的PEC指标最高达到1.18。当两个扭率均为2.5的Kenics静态混合器安装间距为200mm时,水平流化床换热器的PEC指标最高。  相似文献

Based on experimental results from a 7.6 cm I. D. and 3 m high liquid–solid circulating fluidized bed, the liquid–solid circulating fluidization regime has been separated into two zones: the initial circulating fluidization zone and the fully developed circulating fluidization zone. The distinct hydrodynamic behavior and the influence of particle properties in the two circulating fluidization zones have been studied. The overall flow structure in LSCFB, although still somewhat non–uniform, is much more uniform than that in a gas-solid CFB. Our experimental results also show that the axial flow characteristics and the regime transition can be strongly affected by the particle density. The stable operation range of the circulating fluidization system and the influences of some associated factors, such as the solids inventory and the particle density, were also investigated for the first time.  相似文献

在φ80 mm×8000 mm的液固循环流化床提升管中,利用实心玻璃珠和常温水,采用实验和数值模拟相结合的方法对高密度液固循环流化床的流动特性进行了考察。实验发现,高密度液固提升管中,颗粒固含率和颗粒速度径向分布均为抛物线分布,轴向平均固含率分布总体上为下浓上稀的波动形式分布,颗粒在提升管中的流动表现出加速-减速-再加速直至充分发展的过程。这种分布特征与较高颗粒浓度、较高表观液速和颗粒循环速率及喷管式液体分布器的影响有关。液固提升管中固体颗粒的停留时间分布曲线均为尖而窄、较对称且没有明显拖尾的单峰分布,这表明颗粒基本是以弥散颗粒形式存在,颗粒停留时间分布较为均匀。通过将数值模拟结果与实验结果进行比较发现,模拟值与实验值吻合较好,说明所建立的数学模型较为合理,进一步通过数值模拟实验对颗粒密度和颗粒粒径对流动特性的影响规律进行了考察。  相似文献

为使水平液固循环流化床换热器更好地强化传热和防垢、除垢,管中颗粒的分布是关键,因此对卧式换热器前管箱进行改造,采用双进料口并在前管箱加入挡板,使得颗粒在管路中分布均匀。在实验中自行设计了一套水平多管液固循环流化床实验装置。采用CCD图像采集系统,获得了颗粒的运动及分布状况。研究表明:挡板的角度、颗粒密度等对颗粒分布性能都有较大影响。通过对实验结果的分析,得到了使固体颗粒在管束中分布效果较好的挡板角度以及较适宜颗粒分布的运行参数,以指导工程放大应用。  相似文献

In this work, experimental studies on the hydrodynamics have been carried out in a cold model liquid-solid circulating fluidized bed (LSCFB) ion exchange system where the riser is operated in the circulating fluidization regime and the downcomer in the state of slow-moving packed bed, with the aim of removing cesium from high radioactive liquid waste. Two circulating fluidization zones, the initial and the fully developed, have been observed. The solids circulation rate can be controlled merely by the primary liquid flow if the auxiliary liquid flow is set to zero and the injection tap is located at the middle of the intersection of the riser and the solid-return pipe. Therefore, it is possible to minimize the number of the liquid feed assemblies (pumps, valves, flow meters, etc.), and this is crucial to the treatment of high radioactive waste. The liquid inevitably leaks through the solid-return pipe in most cases because of the “loosening effect” of the liquid feed flow, and the direction and magnitude of the leakage vary with the operating conditions. The system geometry, including the injection tap location and the riser outlet location, plays a very important role in the hydrodynamics of the LSCFB system.  相似文献

The axial density profile is an important characteristic of the CFB riser and a key parameter in the CFB design. A simple, but reliable model is needed to predict the density profiles. Elutriation‐based models treat the dense phase at the bottom of the riser as a dense bubbling bed whereas the dilute phase higher up can be looked upon as the entrainment zone above the dense bed. The elutriation model, as originally presented by Rhodes et al. (1986) and based on Wen et al. (1982) is extensively studied and modified. In spite of the modifications, the use of entrainment models has certain clear limitations due to a wide range of predictions as evident from Table 1. Elutriation rates are calculated based on the hydrodynamic phenomena in the dense bed and a fitting procedure for the entrainment decay constant (σ) was performed.  相似文献

为了研究循环物料在流化床内回流并参与循环的过程,进一步揭示流化床内物料的循环特性,文中搭建了冷态循环流化床顶部回流试验台。利用激光多普勒粒子动态分析仪(PDA)对塔内颗粒回流时床内气固二相流场和颗粒浓度分布进行了测量。同时对物料回流量和床内表观气速等操作条件对回流过程的影响进行了考察。研究表明,回流颗粒在流化床内的返混可以分为3个区域:回流区、返混加速区和主流区,回流颗粒造成床内流场的不均匀性。回流长度主要受物料回流量和床内表观气速影响。  相似文献

Continuous chromatography using a liquid-solid circulating fluidized bed (LSCFB) is an efficient and eco-friendly system used for the separation and purification of biomolecules and radioactive waste. It combines continuous counter-current adsorption and simultaneous regeneration of solids. Here, we developed a mathematical model to study the performance of these counter-current adsorbers using MATLABTM which is a fundamental tool for scale up. This model predicts the adsorption zone length and height equivalent to theoretical plates (HETPs). In addition, this work also illustrates the comparative performance studies of adsorption in a conventional packed bed, expanded bed and LSCFB in terms of HETP values. At lower velocities such as 0.35 cm/s, HETPs of the LSCFB, packed bed, expanded bed are 5, 12, 18 cm, respectively.  相似文献

The combustion of a char in the 41 mm ID riser of a laboratory circulating fluidized bed combustor has been investigated at different air excesses and rates of solids (char and sand) circulating in the loop. Riser performance was characterized by an axial oxygen concentration profile as well as by the overall carbon content and particle size distribution. The proposed model accounts for carbon surface reaction, intraparticle and external diffusion, and attrition. External diffusion effects were relevant in the riser dense region where char was potentially entrapped in large clusters of inert solids. Experimental data and results of the model calculations are in satisfactory agreement.  相似文献
