Objective: To investigate the association of changes in G and D cells in the antral mucosa with the production of gastrin and somatostatin during gastric ulcer and the healing process. Methods: Experimental gastric ulcer was induced with acetic acid in 42 Wistar rats and another 7 normal rats served as control. Changes in the production of gastrin and somatostatin in the plasma, gastric fluid and the antral tissues of the rats were measured by radio immunoassay, and the number and distribution of G and D cells were respectively determined by immunochemistry and Quantimet500 image analysis system. Results: In rats with gastric ulcer, the gastrin levels in the plasma, gastric fluid and the antral tissues increased while somatostatin levels were reduced, which were corrected in the healing process. Immunochemistry demonstrated the increase in the number of G cells in the antral tissues with decrease in D cell number, and the area covered by both cells shrank. OBJECTIVE To study the machanism of the development of intestinal metaplasia through the transplantation of a flap of gastric wall with vascular pedicle to the intestines.
METHODS The pedicled gastric wall flaps of Wistar rats were transplanted to their duodenum, jejunum and colon respectively. After the operation the rats were killed at the 3th, 6th, 9th and 12th month respectively, and histological change of the gastric grafts was observed with optical and electron microscopy.
RESULTS Intestinal metaplasia was found in all the gastric grafts transplanted to the intestines and the alkaline phosphatase positive intestinal metaplasia was seen in the gastric graft mucosa transplanted to the duodenum and jejunum.
CONCLUSIONS The formation of intestinal metaplasia in the gastric mucosa may be related to a change of the microenvironment around the tissues, and gastric mucosa may differentiate into intestinal mucosa by the increase of pH value. The possible mechanism of the development of intestinal metaplasia was discussed.

目的:探讨高渗盐水复苏对失血性休克家兔胃粘膜及肝细胞能量代谢影响的机制.方法:家兔按20ml/kg体重放血致失血性休克,60min后分别回输10%放血量的抗凝自体全血、生理盐水及1282mmol/L氯化钠高渗盐水.采用高效液相色谱技术检测胃底粘膜细胞及肝细胞ATP,ADP,AMP含量.结果:高渗盐水复苏后,失血性休克家兔胃底粘膜细胞及肝细胞内ATP含量[分别为(217.63±70.29)nmol/g和(178.72±53.65)nmol/g]非常显著地高于缺血对照组[(87.88±43.61)nmol/g和(78.14±24.25)nmol/g](P<0.01),能荷(分别为0.286±0.051和0.213±0.002)显著高于缺血对照组动物(0.175±0.095和0.126±0.036)(P<0.05).结论:高渗盐水复苏,具有改善失血性休克家兔胃底粘膜细胞及肝细胞能量代谢的作用  相似文献

探讨高渗盐水复苏对失血性休克兔脏器血流量的影响及机理。健康家兔按20ml/kg体重放血致失血性休克,60min后,分别回输10%放血量的抗凝自体全血、生理盐水及高渗盐水,记录不同时刻颈动脉压,采用放射性微球技术检测动力心、肾、胃及空肠血流量。高渗盐水复苏后,失血性休克家兔平均动脉压迅速提高,脏器血流量增加,显著高于缺血对照组,高渗盐水复苏失血性休克,可迅速提高动物平均动脉压,改善脏器灌流。  相似文献

目的:评价高渗盐水(HTS)在重度颅脑损伤伴失血性休克的急诊应用价值。方法:将28例重度颅脑损伤伴失血性休克患者随机分高渗盐水组(HTS)和甘露醇组(MT),分别给予7.5%高渗盐水(4ml/kg)及20%甘露醇250ml。监测颅内压(ICP)、平均动脉压(MAP)、脑灌注压(CCP)、电解质及尿量。结果:HTS组在用药30min后ICP下降,而MT组在45min后下降,HTS组维持时间长达120min。而两组用药后MAP、CPP及生化均保持稳定。结论:与MT组比较,7.5%高渗盐水在降颅内压同时抗休克,且表现更快、更持久,适用于现场抢救及急诊室初步处理。  相似文献

目的探讨7.5%的小容量高渗盐水(HS)对急性腹部闭合性创伤休克病人血清促炎性细胞因子的影响.方法将30例单纯急性腹部闭合性创伤、从受伤现场入救护车时收缩压均低于90mmHg的成年病人,随机分为两组:高渗盐水组(HS组,n=15)和乳酸钠林格式液组(LR组,n=15).HS组于病人入救护车时立即静脉输注7.5%的HS,按4 ml/kg体重的容量5 min内输完.LR组则用同种方法输注等容量的LR.然后用其它的血浆代用品或全血来复苏病人,所有病人均进行了急诊剖腹探查手术.并分别于输注HS或LR前即刻(T1)、HS或LR输注后l h(T2)、术毕(T3)、和术后24 h(T4)各时点测定血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和白细胞介素-8(IL-8)的浓度.结果HS组血清TNF-α,IL-6和IL-8的浓度T1~T4各时点均显著低于LR组(P<0.01或0.05).结论7.5%的小容量HS可以有效抑制急性腹部创伤失血性休克病人促炎性细胞因子的合成和释放,预防全身炎症反应的发生.  相似文献

目的与20%甘露醇相对比,研究7.5%高渗盐水治疗颅高压的有效性和安全性。方法对23名进行了侧脑室引流手术的伴有颅内压升高的患者随机给予20%甘露醇或7.5%高渗盐水进行降颅压治疗,对基础颅内压、药后30分钟、1小时、3小时的颅内压进行测定,并统计出院时患者GCS评分。结果输注7.5%高渗盐水和20%甘露醇,两者降低颅内压的作用无统计学差异,7.5%高渗盐水对血清电介质影响小,未发生严重并发症。结论7.5%高渗盐水脱水效果肯定,降颅压作用持续时间长,并发症较少。  相似文献

以失血性休克犬为研究对象,比较乳酸林格氏液(LR)、高渗盐水(HS)和全血(WB)对其血液动力学的影响。经右颈外静脉插入Swan-Ganz飘浮导管,分别在全身氧供(DO2)恢复至休克前水平时,以及液体复苏后5、10、15、30、60和120min时测量动物的各项血液动力学指标。结果显示,HS仅需要11.83ml/kg的液体量,在4.97min时即可使休克犬的DO2恢复至休克前的水平,而LR组和WB组则分别需要52.08ml/kg和23.33ml/kg的液体量,在20.83min和9.33min时才能使休克犬的DO2恢复至休克前的水平。3组动物在DO2恢复至休克前水平时其血液动力学指标均能恢复至休克前的水平。提示高渗盐水比乳酸林格氏液和全血更适合失血性休克患者的早期紧急液体复苏治疗。  相似文献
