食品包装材料中7种光引发剂向水性模拟液中的迁移测定   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2

为了考察食品包装材料中光引发剂向食品中迁移的情况,以水性模拟液作为迁移溶剂,用65 μm聚二甲基硅氧烷/二乙烯基苯(PDMS-DVB)纤维头进行固相微萃取结合气相色谱-质谱(SPME/GC-MS)分析方法同时测定食品包装材料中7种光引发剂(PIs)的迁移量。方法的检出限为0.0012~0.0069 μg/L,线性范围为0.03~1.0 μg/L (r2>0.9909),在3种浓度的添加水平下,加标回收率为70.8%~112.0%,相对标准偏差不大于14.0%。利用建立的方法对20个实际样品进行测定,发现所有样品中均检出二苯甲酮,其中10个样品中检出4-甲基二苯甲酮,3个样品中检出1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮,1个样品中检出安息香双甲醚。该方法的灵敏度高,样品前处理过程简单,无需使用有机溶剂,为食品接触材料表面印刷油墨中PIs向水性样品中的迁移测定提供了参考。  相似文献

采用甲苯作为萃取溶剂,微波辅助萃取食品塑料包装材料中4甲基二苯甲酮和二苯甲酮,并用气相色谱-质谱法测定其含量。在选择的仪器工作条件下,4-甲基二苯甲酮和二苯甲酮可以完全分离,选择4-甲基二苯甲酮的定性离子为m/z 119.0,196.1,选择二苯甲酮的定性离子为m/z 77.0,105.0。方法检出限(3S/N)均为2.0×10-5mg·kg-14-甲基二笨甲酮和二苯甲酮加标回收率分别为94.3%和95.0%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)分别为3.4%和2.8%。  相似文献

建立了同时测定食品包装材料中二苯甲酮、4-甲基二苯甲酮、4-氯二苯甲酮、1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮、对二甲氨基苯甲酸乙酯、对二甲氨基苯甲酸异辛脂、2-氯硫杂蒽酮、2-异丙基硫杂蒽酮和2,4-二乙基硫杂蒽酮9种光引发剂的气相色谱-质谱法。通过单因素实验和正交试验确定了以15mL二氯甲烷,于40℃下超声提取20min的样品前处理条件。在优化的柱温程序下9种光引发剂目标物获得较好分离,质谱选择离子扫描定量。方法的检出限(S/N=3)为0.7840~7.699μg/L,3种不同标准添加水平下的平均回收率为92.44%~110.6%,相对标准偏差为1.60%~9.46%(n=6)。方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,可用于食品包装材料中光引发剂的分析监测。  相似文献

以间二乙氨基苯酚(1)和邻苯二甲酸酐(2)为原料制得2一羧基-4'-二乙氨基-2'-羟基二苯甲酮(3);在浓硫酸作用下,3与2-甲基-5-对甲氧基苯基-1,3,4-噁二唑(4)反应合成了一种新型的荧烷染料--2-(5-甲基-1,3,4-噁二唑-2-基)-6-二乙氨基荧烷,其结构经1H NMR,IR和元素分析表征.合成3的较适宜条件为:132mmol,n(1):n(2)=1.0:1.2,36%NaOH 60 mL,反应时间10 h,分解时间6 h,收率71.8%,纯度83.4%(HPLC).  相似文献

A new analytical method, using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS) and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC/MS) techniques, was developed for the determination in packaged food beverages of five ink photoinitiator residues: 2-isopropylthioxanthone (ITX), benzophenone, 2-ethylhexyl-4-dimethylaminobenzoate (EHDAB), 1-hydroxycyclohexyl-1-phenyl ketone (IRGACURE 184) and ethyl-4-dimethylaminobenzoate (EDAB). Samples were extracted from selected beverages (milk, fruit juices and wine) and relative packagings, using n-hexane and dichloromethane, respectively, purified on solid-phase extraction (SPE) silica gel cartridges, and then analyzed in GC/MS and LC/MS. The recovery percentages, obtained spiking the beverage samples at concentrations of 4 and 10 microgl(-1) with a standard mixture of photoinitiators, were in the range 42-108% (milk), 50-84% (wine), and 48-109% (fruit juices). The repeatability of the method was assessed in all cases by the % of correlation value, that was lower than 19%. The lowest limits of detection (LODs) and limits of quantification (LOQs), obtained using GC/MS, were in the range 0.2-1 and 1-5 microgl(-1), respectively. The method was applied to the analysis of forty packaged food beverages (milk, fruit juices and wine samples). The most significant contamination was that of benzophenone, found in all samples in a concentration range of 5-217mugl(-1). Its presence was confirmed by an LC/Atmospheric-Pressure PhotoIonization (APPI)/MS/MS analysis. The photoinitiator (EHDAB) was found in eleven out of forty beverages in a concentration range of 0.13-0.8 microgl(-1). Less important was the ITX contamination, found in three out of forty samples in a range 0.2-0.24 microgl(-1). The work proposes a new method to analyze ink photoinitiator residues in polycoupled carton packaging and in contained food beverages.  相似文献

建立了用固相微萃取结合气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)检测13种果汁饮料和3种茶饮料中10种光引发剂的方法。通过正交试验筛选对萃取过程影响较大的因素,再通过单因素试验进一步优化,确定最佳的操作条件。样品经萃取后,在GC/MS进样口解吸3 min,经HP-5MS色谱柱分离,以选择离子方式监测,外标法定量。为消除基质的干扰,以样品基质加标做工作曲线,线性范围为0.3~60 μg/L,检出限为3~16 ng/L。分别对4个不同加标水平的样品平行测定5次,相对标准偏差均小于14.5%。对不同品牌、不同种类的16种盒装饮料进行了测定,所有样品中全部检出二苯甲酮,部分样品中检出对二甲氨基苯甲酸异辛酯、2-异丙基硫杂蒽酮、4-甲基二苯甲酮、1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮、2-氯噻吨酮。该方法操作简单、灵敏度高、无污染,可对10种光引发剂同时测定。该研究结果为从包装材料迁移至饮料中的光引发剂的测定提供了参考。  相似文献

In this work, a rapid and sensitive thin‐layer chromatography combined with surface‐enhanced Raman spectroscopy method was established for rapid detection of benzidine and 4‐aminobiphenyl in migration from food contact materials based on Au nanoparticle doped metal‐organic framework. Benzidine and 4‐aminobiphenyl were firstly separated by thin‐layer chromatography to solve the limitation of their overlapping Raman peaks. Then the target molecules were monitored by adding AuNPs/MIL‐101(Cr) on the sample spots. Under the optimum conditions, the concentration of benzidine and 4‐aminobiphenyl can be quantitatively measured in the range of 2.0‐20.0 and1.0‐15.0 μg/L, respectively with good linear relationship, and the limits of detection were 0.21 and 0.23 μg/L, respectively. Furthermore, the developed method was applied to analyze benzidine and 4‐aminobiphenyl in migration of different food contact materials. The recoveries of benzidine and 4‐aminobiphenyl for migration of food contact materials, including paper cups, polypropylene food containers, and polyethylene glycol terephthalate bottles, were 80.6‐116.0 and 80.7‐118% with relative standard deviations of 1.1‐9.1 and 3.1‐9.9%, respectively. Surface‐enhanced Raman scattering detection was performed conveniently in the on‐plate mode without additional elution process. The method shows great potential in rapid monitoring of hazardous substances with overlapping characteristic Raman peaks in food contact materials.  相似文献

A liquid chromatographic method with evaporative mass detection (EMD) is described for the determination of paraffins in food contact materials that do not contain polyolefin oligomers, or paraffins migrating from these materials into fatty food simulants or certain simple foods. A normal-phase column operating at maximum column efficiency separates nonparaffinic and paraffinic materials without resolving the latter into individual components, and EMD is used to quantitate the paraffins. An on-line qualitative method that uses liquid chromatography/gas chromatography with flame ionization detection discriminates between paraffin waxes and oils in food contact materials, food simulants, and certain simple foods; a Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometric qualitative method also discriminates between waxes and oils, but is usually restricted to food contact materials that do not contain polyolefins and to migration experiments with organic solvents as fatty food simulants (with some other fatty food simulants, paraffin type must then be identified in the food contact material).  相似文献

建立了一种同时检测塑料食品接触材料中13种紫外吸收剂的超高效合相色谱法。以甲醇为溶剂对塑料食品接触材料样品进行超声提取,经C18固相萃取柱净化,过0.22 μm有机滤膜,采用超高效合相色谱仪分析。选择ACQUTY UPC2 HSS C18 SB色谱柱(150 mm×3.0 mm,1.8 μm),以超临界二氧化碳为流动相,异丙醇为改性剂进行梯度洗脱,在最优色谱条件下,13种紫外吸收剂能够在4 min内实现有效分离。结果表明,在各自线性范围内,13种紫外吸收剂的线性关系良好,标准曲线相关系数不低于0.9985,检出限(S/N=3)为0.05~0.15 mg/kg,加标回收率为86.8%~115.7%,相对标准偏差为0.73%~5.61%。该方法快速简便,准确可靠,同时大大减少了有机溶剂的消耗,可用于塑料食品接触材料中13种紫外吸收剂的快速检测。  相似文献

建立了46种增塑剂在聚氯乙烯(PVC)食品包装材料中的含量及其在水、3%乙酸、10%乙醇和橄榄油4种食品模拟物中迁移量的气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)测定方法。食品包装材料、水质模拟物和橄榄油中增塑剂分别采用溶解-沉淀法、正己烷液-液萃取和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)法提取。采用GC-MS法,在选择离子监测模式(SIM)下对46种增塑剂进行定性,采用外标法进行定量测定。各种增塑剂在0.1~2.0 mg/L质量浓度范围内呈线性,相关系数为0.9910~0.9999,各组分检出限均在0.005~0.05 mg/kg之间。在2种食品模拟物中,3个浓度添加水平下46种增塑剂的加标回收率在69.51%~107.21%之间,精密度(RSD, n=6)为3.53%~18.95%。该方法可满足PVC食品接触制品及4种不同性质的食品模拟物中多种类增塑剂的快速筛查和准确定性、定量测定要求。  相似文献

食品和食品接触材料中矿物油的潜在危害性引起了国内外的普遍关注和深入研究。矿物油是石油提炼过程中的副产物,成分复杂,为分析检测带来了很大的挑战,也促使相关检测技术不断向前发展。目前,针对不同样品基质,已有多种提取、净化方法;国内外也先后建立起了固相萃取/气相色谱法、气相色谱-质谱法、液相色谱-气相色谱联用法、二维气相色谱法、核磁共振等测定方法。该文将对食品和食品接触材料中矿物油检测技术的应用及进展进行综述,并对新技术的发展进行展望,为后续的应用提供借鉴和参考。  相似文献

建立了超高效液相色谱/静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱同时测定塑料食品接触材料中多种光稳定剂和抗氧化剂特定迁移量的方法。采用30 g/L乙酸、体积分数分别为10%、20%、50%的乙醇和油类模拟物(异辛烷)这5种食品模拟物对塑料食品接触材料进行处理,对处理液进行超高效液相色谱/静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱分析,外标法定量。该方法测定的40种目标化合物在相应的范围内均具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.998,定量限为0.01~1.00μg/L。考察了上述5种食品模拟物中光稳定剂和抗氧化剂的特定迁移量,平均加标回收率为81.46%~94.53%,相对标准偏差为3.25%~9.99%。应用该方法对市售塑料食品接触材料进行了测定,结果在部分样品中检出了不同含量的光稳定剂和抗氧化剂。该方法灵敏度高,定量限低,满足塑料食品接触材料中光稳定剂和抗氧化剂特定迁移量的检测要求。  相似文献
