盲均衡算法的发展及其共性思考

引用大量科技文献，阐述了盲均衡算法的发展。从算法的角度，着重介绍了常量模板算法，基于高阶谱的算法，基于神经网络的算法等算法的发展情况，并对其优缺点进行了比较。同时，对各种算法的共性进行了探讨。     

基于波长移相干涉的台阶测量技术

概括了波长移相干涉技术的特点，将基于波长移相干涉技术的台阶测量算法分成两类：时域算法和频域算法。时域算法包括开瑞（Carre）算法和多波长组合算法等，频域算法包括基于时域傅立叶变换找基频算法、塔可达（Takeda）算法等，文中分析了这些算法在实际应用中需要考虑的技术问题，针对时频域算法特点，提出了基于时域傅立叶变换的差分算法，实验结果与分析证明这一算法的正确性和可行性。     

BP算法的改进在Matlab中的实现研究

BP算法的改进是神经网络当前研究的热点之一。本文应用MATLAB对BP网络进行研究分析，针对BP算法的缺点引入了BP改进算法，并利用MATLAB软件对BP算法和改进BP算法进行仿真。通过比较各种改进BP算法的仿真结果数据与图表，得到了较优的改进BP算法——LMBP算法，又针对LMBP算法的缺点提出了进一步改进的两个方案，得到了比较好的效果。证明了改进BP算法比BP算法功能强大，适用面广，泛化能力优良，计算时间短，并克服了易陷入局部极小的问题。     

经典数据挖掘算法比较分析

随着数据挖掘的应用日益逐渐广泛，对数据挖掘算法的研究逐渐得到了重视。本论文分析了三种经典的数据挖掘算法，Apriori算法，FP—growth算法和STBA算法，分析了它们各自的优缺点，并进行了对比，对于推动进一步改进现有的数据挖掘算法及实现数据的有效挖掘都具有一定的借鉴意义。     

盲信道均衡的动量恒模算法

介绍了盲信道均衡恒模算法（CMA）的基本原理，对恒模算法的缺点进行了分析，通过修正恒模算法的迭代公式提出一种动量恒模算法（MCMA）。利用QPSK信号，采用计算机仿真的方法对动量恒模算法与恒模算法进行盲均衡性能比较，模拟结果显示，MCMA算法比CMA算法在收敛速率、降低稳态均方误差和符号间干扰具有明显的优势，有效地改进了信道均衡性能。     

第三代移动通信系统3G UMTS空中接口安全算法研究

由于3G移动通信系统网络的开放性以及无线通信的传播特性，安全问题成为3G移动通信系统的核心问题之一。f8算法和f9算法是3GUMTS安全体系中所采用的安全性算法之一，f8算法是机密性算法，对用户数据和信令数据进行加密：f9算法是完整性算法，对信令数据进行完整性认证。f8算法和f9算法共同构成了3GUMTS空中接口的安全体系。     

舰船电力系统运行负荷估算方法研究

针对舰船电力系统的运行负荷估算常算法的不足，提出了改进算法，改进算法用随机模型和回归模型描述舰船电力负荷，用回归模型描述的负荷采用回归算法，用随同模型描述的负荷采用逐步聚类法进行，并对获得随机负荷的计算参数提出了具体方法，通过对某船的计算和实测，进行了各算法的比较，验证了改进算法的可信性。     

等变自适应算法在声学特征信号分离中的应用

本文介绍了一种高效的盲分离算法——基于独立性的等变自适应分离算法，简称EASI算法(EASI：Equivariant Adaptive Separation via Independence)。为了克服EASI算法依据峭度选择非线性函数的问题，引进了其改进算法。将其运用到声学诊断中，对声混合信号进行频谱分离，得到各声源的特征频谱结构图。EASI及其改进算法经过实验研究，证明了该算法的有效性。     

模拟退火优化BP神经网络在航向控制系统中的应用

目前，广泛运用于神经网络中的误差反向传播算法（BP算法）训练时间较长，且易陷入局部最优．为了克服BP算法的固有缺陷，文中提出了在BP算法中加入模拟退火算法权因子．在航向控制系统中进行了仿真，数据显示该算法比单纯BP算法更能优化控制器性能参数和全局搜索能力，收敛速度更快，精度提高比较明显。     

一种单站纯方位目标跟踪中的线性近似化滤波算法

针对EKF算法中存在初始化困难的缺陷，利用近似线性化的方法，构建基于修正极坐标系下的近似线性最小二乘滤波算法ALF；以ALF作为EKF滤波器的初始化算法，实现联合ALF和EKF的两阶段滤波算法，并将它应用在水下单站纯方位目标跟踪中。仿真结果表明，由ALF和EKF组成的两阶段滤波算法具有很好的稳定性，算法精度较高，是一种有效的算法，对潜艇实施隐蔽探测与跟踪具有重要意义．

Zusammenfassung Bei der Gestaltung von Ernteprozessen — beispielsweise des Prozesses Mähdrusch, Körnertransport und -abnahme — als transportverbundene Fließarbeitsverfahren mit mindestens zwei verschiedenen Arbeitsmitteln gibt es einen großen Optimierungsspielraum. Solche Prozesse sind mehrstufige Bedienungsprozesse mit gemischter Anordnung der Bedienungseinrichtungen. Außerdem besitzen sie stark ausgeprägte räumliche Aspekte. Es wird vor allem gezeigt, welche Merkmale solcher Prozesse in Simulationsmodellen abgebildet sein müssen, welche Zielgrößen in Abhängigkeit von welchen Einflußgrößen unter Berücksichtigung welcher Prozeßbedingungen ermittelt werden sollten und wie der Bewertungsprozeß zur Ermittlung der gewünschten Informationen gestaltet werden muß.

Strictest Pollutants Emission Standards

Progress on Standards Copyright Protection

正Recently,National Copyright Administration of China(NCAC)has rewarded 215 organizations and 179 individuals for their outstanding efforts on investigating standards copyright infringement and piracy in 2013.Hua Jianhua,the Deputy-Director of National Standards Copyright Protection Workgroup Office won a third prize of the national individual award.In 2012,SAC set up the national standards copyright protection working group,and developed policies to crack down standards infringement and piracy behaviors and to strengthen standards copyright protection.
