Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of island flaps pedieled with digital artery for the defects at the end of fingers. Methods 63 eases with 72 soft tissue defects at the end of fingers were treated with the island flaps. The flap size ranged from 8 mm× 11 mm to 21 nun × 27 ram. Results All the flaps survived completely. The follow-up period ranged from 4 to 19 months. The functional and cosmetic results were satisfactory. The two-point discrimination was 7 ~ 9 mm. The TAM functional examination showed excellent in 59 fingers, good in 11 fingers and common in 2 fingers. Conclusions The technique with island flap is simple and reliable for the defects at the end of fingers.  相似文献

目的 探讨指动脉顺行岛状皮瓣修复指端缺损的临床效果.方法 2005年12月至2008年10月,采用指动脉顺行岛状皮瓣修复63例72指指端软组织缺损,最大面积为21 mm×27mm,最小为8 mm×11 mm.结果 63例72指皮瓣全部成活,术后随访4~19个月,功能及外观效果满意,两点辨别觉7~9 mm,平均8 mm,手功能TAM法测定:优59指,良11指,可2指.结论 该手术方法操作简便、安全,是修复指端缺损较为理想的方法.  相似文献

目的探讨同指顺行指动脉岛状皮瓣修复指端缺损的临床疗效。方法本组46例指端缺损患者,创面清创后急诊行顺行指固有动脉岛状皮瓣移位修复手指指端缺损。缺损范围为1.0cm×1.0cm×2.0cm×2.5cm。皮瓣设计于同指中远节掌侧桡侧半或尺侧半,以创缘为横轴,纵轴与所携带血管神经蒂平行,近端未超过中节指横纹,皮瓣两侧缘均不过中线。结果46例皮瓣全部成活,无静脉回流障碍,供区创面一期愈合,术后随访3~12个月,皮瓣外形满意、质地柔软、弹性好、色泽与正常接近,皮瓣不臃肿能耐寒,伤指无疼痛。两点辨别觉达6-10mm。手功能按综合评定法评定:优28指,良16指.可2指,优良率96%。结论同指顺行指动脉岛状皮瓣移位修复指端缺损,皮瓣供区靠近创面,手术方法简便,术后功能及外形满意,是治疗指端缺损的一种比较理想的术式。  相似文献

[目的]探讨指动脉顺行岛状皮瓣修复同指指端缺损的临床应用。[方法] 2017年06月~2019年12月,采用指动脉顺行岛状皮瓣修复35例48指指端软组织缺损,最大面积为2.4 cm×1.8 cm,最小为1.5 cm×0.8 cm。[结果] 35例48指皮瓣全部成活并一期拆线,无皮瓣坏死等情况发生。术后随访3~10个月,修复手指功能及外观效果满意,两点辨别觉7~9 mm,平均8 mm,手功能TAM法测定:优37指,良8指,可3指,优良率93.75%。[结论]指动脉顺行岛状皮瓣修复同指指端缺损是修复指端缺损是较为实用可行的临床选择。  相似文献

目的 观察采取顺行指动脉岛状皮瓣(ADAIF)于修复指端缺损(FD)中的应用效果。方法 将2018年1月至2021年1月在本院收治的预采取指动脉岛状皮瓣修复(DAIF)的FD患者68例,按患者病情采用不同的治疗方法分为对照组和观察组各34,对照组采取逆行指动脉岛状皮瓣(RDAIF)修复,观察组予ADAIF修复。比较手术操作时间。术后12个月:比较皮瓣两点辨别觉、关节活动,评定皮瓣感觉恢复疗效和功能恢复疗效。结果 观察组所用手术时间短于对照组,术后12个月观察组两点辨别觉短于对照组而指间关节活动高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组皮瓣感觉恢复优良率与功能恢复总体优良率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 与RDAIF修复比较,ADAIF修复FD手术时间少、感觉恢复快,且可提高总体疗效。  相似文献

目的 探讨指固有动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复指端缺损的效果.方法 自2004年10月至2007年3月,应用指固有动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复12例指端皮肤缺损患者.设计以一侧远端指固有动脉作为血管蒂,供区在近节手指的侧方,不带指固有神经的皮瓣.将该皮瓣向手指远端转移修复指端的缺损,将携带的指固有神经背侧支与对侧的指固有神经近端行端端吻合.结果 12例患者中,除1例患者因静脉血管危象而导致皮瓣坏死外,余11例患者其皮瓣全部成活,其中1例患者出现伤口感染,经换药后愈合.皮瓣成活者经3~12个月的随访,外形满意,术后9个月两点辨别觉平均为8.5 mm.结论 指固有动脉逆行岛状皮瓣是修复指端缺损的可行方法.  相似文献
