Treatment of 1-chlorovinyl p-tolyl sulfoxides, which were synthesized from various cyclic ketones and chloromethyl p-tolyl sulfoxide in three steps, in high yields, with lithium enolate of tert-butyl acetate or its homologues gave the adducts in quantitative yields. The adducts were treated with isopropylmagnesium chloride in ether in dry toluene as the reaction solvent to afford bicyclo[n.1.0]alkanes in high to quantitative yields via magnesium carbenoid 1,3-CH insertion. When this method was carried out starting from unsymmetrical cyclic ketones and (R)-chloromethyl p-tolyl sulfoxide, an asymmetric synthesis of bicyclo[n.1.0]alkane was realized.  相似文献

A series of pyridylazo calix[n]arenes (n=4, 6, 8) including the first examples of mixed hetroaryl azocalix(n)arenes have been synthesized by coupling calix[n]arenes with diazonium salts derived from amino pyridines. It has been observed that the coupling reaction of diazonium salt obtained from 3-aminopyridine with calix[n]arene gives tetrakis-, hexakis- and octakis (pyridylazo)calix[n]arenes (n=4,6,8) while those derived from 4-aminopyridine give partially substituted (4-pyridylazo)calix[n]arene analogs. There is no reaction of calix(n)arenes with diazonium salts derived from 2-aminopyridine under identical conditions of experiments. The conformational analysis of synthesized compounds have been ascertained by detailed spectral measurements and single crystal X-ray analysis of 5-(3′-pyridylazo)-25,26,27,28-tetrahydroxycalix[4]arene. A rational explanation for the observed partial and exhaustive coupling reaction in the synthesis of heteroaryl azocalix(n)arenes has been suggested. Preliminary evaluation of synthesized derivatives as molecular receptors for metal ions indicates that they have good potential to function as selective ionic filters for cesium ions.  相似文献

A new, one-pot and three-component synthesis of 4H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidines, 4H-pyrimido[1,2-a]pyrimidines, and 4H-pyrazino[1,2-a]pyrimidines is described. The reactive 1:1 zwitterionic intermediate, formed by the addition of isocyanides to dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates, was trapped by N-(2-heteroaryl)amides to yield a ketenimine intermediate, which was cyclized and then rearranged under the reaction conditions to afford the title compounds under mild reaction conditions in good yields. Single-crystal X-ray analysis conclusively confirms the structure of the obtained bridgehead bicyclic 6-6 heterocyclic compounds.  相似文献

Conformational analyses of bicyclo[m.m.m]alkanes where m=1-10 and of bicyclo[8.8.n]alkanes where n=1-7 bearing methyl groups on the bridgeheads were carried out using a Monte Carlo search strategy. In the bicyclo[m.m.m]alkane series, greater variability was observed for the inter-bridgehead distance for larger values of m. This suggests that properly substituted bicyclo[8.8.8]hexacosanes or larger ring systems might serve as molecular springs.  相似文献

A concise and convenient synthesis of various partially reduced 6-sec-amino-1,2,3,4,7,8-hexahydro-, 6-sec-amino-1,2,7,8-tetrahydrobenzo[c]phenanthrene-5-carbonitriles, 6-sec-amino-3,4,7,8-tetrahydro-1H-benzo[c]phenanthrene-2-one-5-carbonitrile cycloalkene ketals, pendant with electron donor and acceptor substituents has been described through base catalyzed ring transformation of 2-oxo-4-sec-amino-5,6-dihydro-2H-benzo[h]chromene-3-carbonitriles by cyclohexanone, 2-cyclohexen-1-one, 1,4-cyclohexanedione monocycloalkene ketals. The acid catalyzed deketalation of 6-sec-amino-3,4,7,8-tetrahydro-1H-benzo[c]phenanthrene-2-one-carbonitrile ketals led to yield 6-sec-amino-3,4,7,8-tetrahydro-1H-benzo[c]phenanthrene-3-carbonitrile-2-ones in excellent yield. We also performed the X-ray studies of the molecules 3d and 6a to know the degree of non-planarity.  相似文献

The supramolecular interaction of a homologous series of cucurbit[n]uril (CB[n], n = 5, 6, 7, 8) hosts and coptisine (COP) was studied by spectrofluorimetry. All of the CB[n]s were found to react with COP to form 1:1 host-guest stable complexes and the fluorescence intensity of the complexes was greatly enhanced. The apparent association constants of the complexes were 1.44 × 104, 1.28 × 104, 1.86 × 104 and 1.26 × 104 L mol−1 for CB[5], CB[6], CB[7] and CB[8], respectively. In addition, CB[5] and CB[7] exhibited a higher fluorescence signal than CB[6] and CB[8]. The fluorescence intensity of the complex with CB[7] was enhanced 70-fold compared to that of the studied drug itself. Based on the significant enhancement of fluorescence intensity of supramolecular complex, a simple, rapid, highly sensitive, and selective spectrofluorimetric method was developed for the determination of COP in aqueous solution in the presence of CB[7]. At the optimum reaction conditions, a linear relationship was obtained in the range from 0.05 to 1700 ng mL−1 with a detection limit of 0.012 ng mL−1. The proposed method was successfully applied for the determination of the drug in urine and serum samples.  相似文献

The reaction of azaheterocyclic enamines with acrylamide was employed for the preparation of novel fluorescent scaffolds possessing a benzo[e]indoline moiety. Reaction of 3-substituted 2-methylidene-1H-benzo[e]indole with acrylamide gave rise to spiro[benzo[e]indole-2,2′-piperidin]-6′-ones. Ring opening reactions of the latter spiro compounds were investigated. Benzo[e]indoline derivatives possessing 2-(3-carbamoylpropyl), 2-[3-(ethoxycarbonyl)propyl] and 2-(4-aminobutyl) side chains were synthesised. The optical properties of the benzo[e]indoline derivatives were studied by UV-vis and fluorescence spectroscopy.  相似文献

We report the synthesis of novel N-(4-phenylthiazol-2-yl)-substituted benzo[d]thiazole-, thiazolo[4,5-b]pyridine-, thiazolo[5,4-b]pyridine- and benzo[d]oxazole-2-carboximidamides, which were inspired by marine topsentines and nortopsentines. Condensation of 4,5-dichloro-1,2,3-dithiazolium chloride (Appel salt) with various ortho-halogenated anilines, aminopyridines and aminophenols gave the corresponding aryliminodithiazoles in good to excellent yields. Copper(I)-mediated or nucleophilic-assisted cyclization of aryliminodithiazoles furnished cyano-functionalized benzo[d]thiazoles, thiazolo[4,5-b]- and thiazolo[5,4-b]-pyridines and benzo[d]oxazoles. The latter were condensed with substituted 4-phenylthiazol-2-amines to furnish twenty seven new polyaromatic carboximidamides in moderate to good yields.  相似文献

An efficient one-pot synthesis of 12H-benzo[b]xanthen-12-ones via an oxidant initiated and base promoted tandem reaction of 2-(4-(2-haloaryl)-4-hydroxybut-1-ynyl)benzaldehydes has been developed. By using similar strategy, a one-pot synthesis of naphtha[2,3-b]furans from the cascade reaction of 2-(4-hydroxy-but-1-ynyl)benzaldehydes with 2-bromoacetonitrile or α-bromocarbonyl compounds has also been achieved.  相似文献

A nitronyl nitroxide, 2-(benzimidazolyl)-4,4,5,5,-tetramethylimidazolidinyl-3-oxide-1-oxy, 1 and its imino nitroxide analog 2, have been included in cucurbit[n]urils, CBn (n = 7,8), as their hydrochlorides and neutral compounds as well. The hydrochlorides form soluble 1:1 complexes. In the solid state the paramagnetic centers are well isolated and magnetic interactions are cancelled out in contrast to what is observed for the pure nitroxides. The two inclusion complexes involving 1 were characterized by X-ray crystallography. When they were heated in the solid state, one observed a clean conversion of the nitronyl nitroxide guest, 1, into its analog 2.  相似文献

Efficient syntheses of phenyl/N-heterocycle fused 6,13-dioxa-2-aza-tricyclo[8.3.1.02,8]tetradecanes have been accomplished from 8-hydroxy quinoline derivatives under solvent-free condition, using basic alumina as the solid support. The methodology was successfully extended for the synthesis of corresponding pentadecane derivatives under similar reaction conditions. In terms of its general applicability, product yield, reaction time and effortless separation techniques, the methodology is more valuable compared to the solution phase protocols.  相似文献

A simple synthesis of benzo[d,e]imidazo[2,1-a]isoquinolines is described. Heating a mixture of acenaphthoquinone, a benzil, and ammonium acetate under solvent-free conditions afforded 9,10-diaryl-7H-benzo[d,e]imidazo[2,1-a]isoquinolin-7-ones in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

As part of our research on 2-aza analogues of pentalongin, the active principle of Pentas longiflora Oliv., the first synthesis of 2,3-disubstituted benzo[g]isoquinoline-1,5,10(2H)-triones via 3,4-disubstituted 6-hydroxybenzo[g]furo[4,3,2-de]isoquinoline-2,5(4H)-diones as the key intermediates is reported. The latter compounds have been prepared by treating 2-methoxycarbonyl-1,4-naphthoquinone with N-substituted enaminoesters under acidic conditions. These reagents are easily accessible from readily available 1,4-dihydroxy-2-naphthoic acid, β-ketoesters and primary amines. Finally, a short synthesis of substituted benzo[g]isoquinoline-1,5,10(2H)-triones is achieved by an oxidative addition of N-substituted enaminoesters onto methyl 1,4-dihydroxynaphthalene-2-carboxylate.  相似文献

An efficient one-pot synthetic method for the highly substituted 5H-[1,3,4]thiadiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidine-6-carboxylate derivatives has been accomplished via a microwave irradiation of MCRs of various aldehydes, 2-aminothiadiazole, and acetoacetate without any catalyst in acetic acid. A new, convenient, and high yielding procedure for the synthesis of triazolo[1,2-a]indazole-triones by the condensation reaction between dimedone, aryl aldehydes, and ueazoles in the presence of a catalytic amount of sulfonated polyethylene glycol (PEG-SO3H) as a highly stable and reusable eco-friendly degradable polymeric catalyst is described under solvent-free conditions. A simple and an efficient eco-friendly methodology has been developed for the synthesis of benzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2-a]-pyrimido[4,5-d]pyrimidin-4(1H)-ones in excellent yields under catalyst-free-conditions using inexpensive and non-toxic polyethylene glycol (PEG-400) medium. This new protocol offers an environmental acceptability, shorter reaction time, room temperature, low cost, high yields, and recyclability of the PEG-400 medium are the important features.
