型钢加热炉热平衡计算与节能措施

对首钢长钢型钢加热炉进行热平衡计算与热工分析。结果表明:加热炉热效率为56.75%;热效率低是由于存在不完全燃烧炉体散热多等原因造成的。根据测试与计算结果分析,制定了提高加热炉热效率的方案。方案实施后,加热炉炉体热效率由原有的56.75%提高到了60.01%;如果是热坯生产,热效率可达65%。
