搅拌摩擦焊是一种节能、节材、清洁、高效的新型金属连接技术,特别适于轻金属的连接。铝合金搅拌摩擦焊技术已经在很多领域实现了工业应用,而镁合金搅拌摩擦焊的研究才刚刚开始。对搅拌摩擦焊的技术特点作了简要的介绍,并对镁合金搅拌摩擦焊接工艺以及材料的组织与性能方面的研究进行了综述,并对以后的研究方向作了展望。 相似文献

In order to clarify the forming limit of magnesium alloy in cold forging, the workability of magnesium alloy AZ31B (Mg-3%Al-1%Zn) is examined by upsetting and backward extrusion. In the upsettability test, shear type fracture occurs at a small equivalent strain of about 0.15 at temperatures lower than 170 °C. At a higher temperature, the flow stress curve has a peak at an average equivalent strain of 0.2-0.3, showing a clear tendency to work soften. In cold backward extrusion with a conical punch, the local strain can reach a very large value, 3.0 or greater, without fracture. To explain the experimental results, the mechanism of fracturing is discussed on the basis of strain localization, and a fracture criterion of magnesium alloy in cold forging is suggested. The newly proposed criterion provides much better results than the existing criteria. 相似文献

Magnesium(Mg) alloys have been extensively used in various fields, such as aerospace, automobile, electronics, and biomedical industries, due to their high specific strength and stiff ness, excellent vibration absorption, electromagnetic shielding eff ect, good machinability, and recyclability. Friction stir processing(FSP) is a severe plastic deformation technique, based on the principle of friction stir welding. In addition to introducing the basic principle and advantages of FSP, this paper reviews the studies of FSP in the modification of the cast structure, superplastic deformation behavior, preparation of finegrained Mg alloys and Mg-based surface composites, and additive manufacturing. FSP not only refines, homogenizes, and densifies the microstructure, but also eliminates the cast microstructure defects, breaks up the brittle and network-like phases, and prepares fine-grained, ultrafine-, and nano-grained Mg alloys. Indeed, FSP significantly improves the comprehensive mechanical properties of the alloys and achieves low-temperature and/or high strain rate superplasticity. Furthermore, FSP can produce particle-and fiber-reinforced Mg-based surface composites. As a promising additive manufacturing technique of light metals, FSP enables the additive manufacturing of Mg alloys. Finally, we prospect the future research direction and application with friction stir processed Mg alloys. 相似文献

An atomic diffusion model is developed to predict the thickness of intermetallic compounds (IMCs) at the interface of aluminum/magnesium alloys in dissimilar friction stir welding.Both the temperature and the strain rate associated with dislocation density at the checking point are used to determine the diffusion coefficients.The variations of the diffusion coefficients and the thickness of IMCs are quantitatively analyzed at selected characteristic time instants during welding process.It is found that the dislocation density can increase the diffusion coefficient and plays a dominant role in the IMCs formation during the plastic deformation stage.Especially in magnesium alloy and Al12Mg17,the diffusion coefficient is increased by two orders of magnitude or even nearly three orders of magnitude by considering the dislocation density.The temperature is the main influencing factor after the end of plastic deformation.The model is validated by comparing the predicted thickness of IMCs with the experimentally measured results. 相似文献

在开发某瞄镜时,为了避免由于质量大而引起的振动失效现象,经充分论证后最终选用了MB2镁合金锻造毛坯,为此进行了MB2镁合金锻造工艺研究.在研究过程中,运用正交试验方法,将炉膛保温时间、锻床夹板温度、锻打时间等3个主要因素设计成3个水平,共进行了9次试验,并在低倍显微镜下对锻造毛坯进行了流线检查.结果表明,保持锻造时的毛坯温度是保证锻造质量的关键,可通过减少锻打时间、提高锻锤夹板温度等措施来实现.经后续的系列优化试验,最终得到了MB2镁合金在普通锻造设备上的最佳工艺参数,对MB2镁合金的锻造生产具有一定的指导意义. 相似文献

以ZX50CA钻铣床为研究对象,采用液压技术对其压下装置进行设计,设计出一台适用于镁合金薄板搅拌摩擦焊的设备,选用3 mm厚的AZ31镁合金板材进行对接焊接实验。结果表明:当搅拌头转速为1400 r/min、焊接速度为15 mm/min、压紧力为1500 N时,焊接接头表面成形良好。通过实验证明,该设备能够满足搅拌摩擦焊的工艺参数要求,适用于搅拌摩擦焊的实验研究,而且相对于大型专用搅拌摩擦焊设备,成本低,使用灵活、方便,为镁合金薄板搅拌摩擦焊设备的开发提供了很好的参考价值。 相似文献
