水泥混凝土泵车臂架是典型的多体非线性系统,臂架的柔性以及与连杆之间的耦合作用增大了臂架运动学轨迹和动力学响应求解难度。采用模态缩减法建立臂架刚柔混合模型,利用虚拟弹簧阻尼法建立液压缸等效连接,运用计算机仿真算法研究柔性臂、连杆、铰之间的复杂运动学规律,分析臂架柔性和等效油缸弹簧阻尼对末端位移的影响,最后通过实验验证仿真结果的正确性和合理性,为臂架虚拟样机设计、低频振动控制、轨迹预测提供参考。  相似文献

柔性机械手系统为非最小相位系统, 当控制有界时, 该特性阻碍其端点位移渐近跟踪期望轨迹. 本文首先重新定义柔性机械手系统的输出, 通过输入输出线性化, 将系统分解为输入输出子系统和零动态子系统; 然后提出一种用于观测柔性模态导数的鲁棒滑模观测器, 使状态估计达到预期的指标, 解决了柔性模态导数难以获得的问题; 设计积分滑模控制策略, 使输入输出子系统在有限时间收敛到零; 选择适当的控制器参数, 使零动态子系统在 平衡点附近渐近稳定, 从而保证整个系统的渐近稳定. 本文提出的方法设计过程简单, 易于实现. 仿真结果证明了设计的有效性.  相似文献

A noncollocated system has the potential of providing more precise tracking, improved disturbance rejection and increased bandwidth at the sensor location, but is considerably more difficult to stabilize than a collocated system due to its nonminimum phase nature. For a flexible manipulator, the problem becomes even more complicated because the system is inherently infinite dimensional. In this paper, a single‐link flexible manipulator having a tip payload and a noncollocated actuator and sensor is investigated using a linear distributed parameter model. With the joint torque as the input and the joint angle plus a weighted value of tip deflection as the measured output, an exact transfer function involving transcendental functions is derived. Using the methods of infinite product expansion, the root locus, and the asymptotic property of the roots of the transcendental equation, a necessary and sufficient condition in terms of the weighting factor of tip deflection is obtained such that the transfer function does not have any open right‐half plane zeros. This condition depends neither on the physical properties of the link nor on the mass properties of the tip payload. In order to correct the misinterpretation which has occurred in some closely‐related works concerning the stability of the infinite‐dimensional zero‐dynamics, the equivalence of the zeros of the transfer function and the eigenvalues of zero‐dynamics is also verified. Numerical results for the closed‐loop performance of a single‐link flexible arm using collocated and noncollocated PD controllers are given to show the efficacy of the proposed minimum phase transfer function approach.  相似文献

Space robots are in huge demand due to the rapid growth of their service targets, i.e., spacecraft. There are generally large flexible components on spacecraft, such as antenna reflectors and solar paddles. Due to the vibratility of their structure, it is challenging for a space robot with flexible appendages (the base is then called flexible-base) to capture and repair the large flexible spacecraft. After capturing, the two spacecraft with flexible appendages are connected by a space manipulator, and a compounded system is formed. In this paper, we developed a dynamic model and a closed-loop simulation system, to provide a means to verify path planning and control algorithms. Initially, the dynamic characteristics of different capturing stages (preimpact and post-impact) were analyzed. The topologies of a flexible-base space robot and the compounded system were described based on incidence and channel matrices. Secondly, the recursive dynamics was formulated and resolved by an effective numerical method. The modeling was verified by Adams’ model. Thirdly, we implemented a dynamics calculation block in Matlab/Simulink environment using the S-function package for the C program, and developed a closed-loop simulation system, which was composed of the Planning and Controller, the Multibody Dynamic, and the 3D Display modules. Finally, based on the simulation system, two typical missions—target berthing and on-orbital manipulation of the target along a circle, were simulated and evaluated. Dynamics analysis results presented some useful rules for the path planning and control to suppress the vibration of the flexible structure.  相似文献

为了提高新型传感器柔性结构振动抑制能力,提出基于遥测技术的新型传感器柔性结构振动优化控制方法。在速度坐标系、体坐标系下构建新型传感器柔性结构的振动动力学模型,采用卡尔曼滤波方法实现对新型传感器柔性结构振动参数的融合调节和小扰动抑制。采用气弹模态参数识别方法,进行新型传感器柔性结构的振动模态参数识别,提取新型传感器柔性结构振动特征量,采用遥测技术进行新型传感器柔性结构振动惯性参数识别,结合状态反馈调节方法进行稳定性控制,实现新型传感器柔性结构振动优化控制。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行新型传感器柔性结构振动优化控制的自适应性较好,具有很好的振动抑制和控制能力。  相似文献

柔性两轮机器人是一种不稳定、非线性、强耦合系统。该系统的突出特点是在机器人的腰部装有柔性的机体结构,能够更好地模拟人和动物的生物动力学特性,具有更好的仿生性质,同时,系统的控制难度显著增大,为使机器人能够平衡直立运动,且具有较强的鲁棒性,提出了非线性PD的姿态平衡控制方法,实现了机器人的姿态平衡,并同时设计了PID航向差动控制结构驱动左右轮电机,使机器人能够完成直线行进、自旋、环绕等多种运动平衡模式。实验结果表明,机器人具有优良的平衡能力和机动性能,从而验证了方法的有效性。  相似文献

By utilising Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy set approach, this paper addresses the robust H dynamic output feedback control for the non-linear longitudinal model of flexible air-breathing hypersonic vehicles (FAHVs). The flight control of FAHVs is highly challenging due to the unique dynamic characteristics, and the intricate couplings between the engine and fight dynamics and external disturbance. Because of the dynamics’ enormous complexity, currently, only the longitudinal dynamics models of FAHVs have been used for controller design. In this work, T–S fuzzy modelling technique is utilised to approach the non-linear dynamics of FAHVs, then a fuzzy model is developed for the output tracking problem of FAHVs. The fuzzy model contains parameter uncertainties and disturbance, which can approach the non-linear dynamics of FAHVs more exactly. The flexible models of FAHVs are difficult to measure because of the complex dynamics and the strong couplings, thus a full-order dynamic output feedback controller is designed for the fuzzy model. A robust H controller is designed for the obtained closed-loop system. By utilising the Lyapunov functional approach, sufficient solvability conditions for such controllers are established in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed T–S fuzzy dynamic output feedback control method is demonstrated by numerical simulations.  相似文献

对于机器人、航天器和车辆悬架部件等一些多体系统来说,其中一些部件的大尺寸、轻型化趋势使得传统的刚性体建模已经难以准确地模拟实际的工况,将部件所具有的柔性特性加入到多体系统模型中进行柔体动力学仿真,由于考虑了部件弹性变形与大范围刚性运动之间的耦合,故可以得到部件更为真实的动力学行为.文中通过与基于Lagrange法的刚体动力学基本方程进行对比研究,详细说明了柔体动力学方程中上述的耦合作用.以某大型雷达可展开天线为例,分别在刚体和柔体的假设下对其展开运动进行动力学仿真,结果表明采用柔性体仿真更能真实反映其动力学特性.  相似文献

Efficient, precise dynamic analysis for general flexible multibody systems has become a research focus in the field of flexible multibody dynamics. In this paper, the finite element method and component mode synthesis are introduced to describe the deformations of the flexible components, and the dynamic equations of flexible bodies moving in plane are deduced. By combining the discrete time transfer matrix method of multibody system with these dynamic equations of flexible component, the transfer equations and transfer matrices of flexible bodies moving in plane are developed. Finally, a high-efficient dynamic modeling method and its algorithm are presented for high-speed computation of general flexible multibody dynamics. Compared with the ordinary dynamics methods, the proposed method combines the strengths of the transfer matrix method and finite element method. It does not need the global dynamic equations of system and has the low order of system matrix and high computational efficiency. This method can be applied to solve the dynamics problems of flexible multibody systems containing irregularly shaped flexible components. It has advantages for dynamic design of complex flexible multibody systems. Formulations as well as a numerical example of a multi-rigid-flexible-body system containing irregularly shaped flexible components are given to validate the method.  相似文献

光纤陀螺(FOG)寻北仪是利用FOG在相对地球静止时感测到的地球自转角速率在光轴上的分量特性而设计的寻北系统。固定陀螺的基座不水平时,对寻北精度会产生较大的影响。为了检测基座平面的姿态角,并对陀螺的输出值进行补偿,研制了高精度的双轴倾角传感器。该倾角传感器采用双轴石英挠性加速度计作为检测元件,通过采样加速度计在相差180°的2个方向上的输出值,精确地解算出基座平面的姿态角,并消除了加速度计偏值的影响。系统简单,容易实现,且达到了较高的测角精度。  相似文献

An experimental flexible arm serves as testbed to investigate the efficacy of the μ-synthesis design technique in the control of flexible manipulators. A linearized model of the testbed is derived for control design. Discrepancies and errors between the linearized model and the physical system are accounted for in the control design via uncertainty models. These uncertainties include: unmodeled high-frequency dynamics, errors in natural frequencies and damping levels and actuator and sensor errors. Colocated and noncolocated controllers are designed using μ-synthesis. It is observed, theoretically and experimentally, that the μ-synthesis design technique is a viable control tool for tip tracking with flexible manipulators.  相似文献

Traffic modeling is a key step in several intelligent transportation systems (ITS) applications. This paper regards the traffic modeling through the enhancement of the cell transmission model. It considers the traffic flow as a hybrid dynamic system and proposes a piecewise switched linear traffic model. The latter allows an accurate modeling of the traffic flow in a given section by considering its geometry. On the other hand, the piecewise switched linear traffic model handles more than one congestion wave and has the advantage to be modular. The measurements at upstream and downstream boundaries are also used in this model in order to decouple the traffic flow dynamics of successive road portions. Finally, real magnetic sensor data, provided by the performance measurement system on a portion of the Californian SR60-E highway are used to validate the proposed model.  相似文献

The problem of tip trajectory tracking control is considered in this paper for flexible multi-link manipulators. An integrated optical laser sensor system is utilized to measure the tip deformations of the flexible links. The Lagrangian assumed-mode method incorporating the measured linear displacements and angular deflections of flexible links is used to derive the dynamic model of the flexible manipulator. To reduce as far as possible the tip tracking/positioning errors caused by the link flexibility, an error compensation approach is proposed. The additional compensation amounts of joint variables are calculated kinematically in terms of the measured deformations, and are added to the nominal commands generated by the computed torque controller. The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献

A microelectromechanical shock sensor, which uses a latching mechanism to record a shock event above a specified threshold level, is discussed in this article. The fabrication process for the shock sensor, which includes wafer-level vacuum packaging, is detailed along with the design features. These features include a reset actuator for reuse of the sensor, a no-power operation scheme when the reset actuator is not activated, and a control circuit to minimize power used to unlatch the sensor. In order to describe the shock-sensor dynamics and interaction with the latch mechanism, a preliminary non-linear model has been developed. 相比传统的触针式测量,激光位移传感器因其高精度和非接触式测量的优点,在机械工程中已广泛使用。鉴于激光三角法的设计原理,当工件产生倾斜角时,激光位移传感器会产生误差。通过激光位移传感器、精密电移台、精密旋转台构建了实验测量系统,对测量数据使用Matlab进行分析,所用电移台的重复精度小于5μm,测得了不同倾斜角度下激光传感器的误差,用最小二乘法拟合进行了误差补偿。实验证明:误差标定后,激光传感器在测量倾斜物面时仍能保证高精度。  相似文献

A trigonometric method is proposed to calculate the pose (position and orientation) of a mobile robot, possessing a locomotion platform with a unique combination of two steerable and driven wheels and two caster wheels. The model of the locomotion platform is derived to deliver timely and accurate odometer information from measurements of drive wheel revolutions and steering angles. Non-systematic errors, mainly caused by wheel slippage, are detected by a new computation method based on the ratios between the two drive wheels’ incremental distances. Real-world experiments validate the proposed model and the algorithm’s ability to detect non-systematic errors.  相似文献

Due to their compliance and high dexterity, biologically-inspired continuum robots have attracted much interest for applications such as medical surgery, urban search and rescue, de-mining etc. In this paper, we will present an application to medical surgery-colonoscopy by designing a pneumatic-driven flexible robotic manipulator, called ColoBot. The focus of this paper lies in the sensor-based position control of the ColoBot for guiding the advancement in a tubular, compliant and slippery environment. The kinematic model related the position of the distal end of the ColoBot to the actuator inputs which is firstly developed and formulated to control the shape of the ColoBot through position control of the distal tip. To achieve safe guidance, the ideal position of the tip should be in the central axis of the colon. A method based on a circumscribed circle is proposed to approximate the central position in real-time based on three sensor readings. This position will be used as reference position for the tip to adjust its shape in real time to avoid the contact with tube wall. This proposed approach can be extended to the control of continuum robots in the conditions of a dynamically confined space. The simulation results and experimental results with a curved tube will be presented in order to validate the proposed control strategy.  相似文献

This paper presents a way of implementing a model-based predictive controller (MBPC) for mobile robot path tracking. The method uses a non-linear model of mobile robot dynamics and thus allows an accurate prediction of the future trajectories. Constraints on the maximum attainable speeds are also considered by the algorithm. A multilayer perceptron is used to implement the MBPC. The perceptron has been trained to reproduce the MBPC bahaviour in a supervised way. Experimental results obtained when applying the neural network controller to a TRC labmate mobile platform are given in the paper.  相似文献

为了满足无人机SAR成像对天线波束指向平稳性的要求,设计了一种基于FPGA的天线稳定平台控制系统。FPGA接收姿态传感器和DGPS/INS组合系统输出的姿态信息,采用数字滤波、数字PID控制实现对SAR天线指向的平稳控制。该系统具有实时性好、集成度高、小型化、低成本、低功耗等特点。通过大量实验验证,实验结果表明该系统性能良好,满足设计要求。  相似文献
