采用消泡剂和引气剂调整C30新拌混凝土的含气量从1%~9.8%之间变化,研究了含气量与新拌混凝土的流动性及其3、7、28 d抗压强度、抗氯离子渗透性的关系结果表明:含气量从1%逐渐增加到5%,混凝土的流动性逐渐提高但继续增加含气量对流动性的改善作用不再增加,即通过引气作用提高混凝土流动性的作用有限;混凝土3d和7d的早期强度与含气量的相关性较低,而28d的后期强度与含气量呈现接近完全线性关系;随着混凝土的含气量从1.6%增加到9.8%,混凝土的氯离子渗透性总体呈上升趋势,但表现为阶段性变化;说明在实际工程中通过引气剂适当增加混凝土的含气量可在不影响其抗氯离子渗透性前提下增加混凝土的抗冻性。 相似文献

以内蒙古地区天然浮石为粗骨料,通过比较不同掺量碳纤维的轻骨料混凝土立方体和棱柱体的抗压强度,得出碳纤维增强轻骨料混凝土抗压强度的基本规律.混凝土是脆性材料,碳纤维的加入能提高混凝土的抗拉性能,从而克服和减少混凝土内部微裂缝的产生.试验结果表明,碳纤维轻骨料混凝土的抗压强度并不随着碳纤维加入量的增加而增大. 相似文献

通过对不同废弃混凝土掺入率、块体粒径的再生混凝土立方体抗压强度试验,研究了两者对立方体试件的破坏形态、抗压强度的影响。结果表明,掺有废弃混凝土块体的混凝土与普通再生混凝土破坏形态不尽相同,其中掺有废弃混凝土块体的混凝土的破坏形态呈不规则凹凸面,脆性破坏;掺入率对抗压强度有较大的影响;随着掺入率的加大,立方体抗压强度下降。通过对试验数据的分析,验证了现行公式,通过引入粘结力降低系数,提出了掺有废弃混凝土块体混凝土立方体抗压强度的简化计算公式。 相似文献

混凝土的渗透性是耐久性的一个很重要的方面.通过对不同配合比的轻骨料混凝土水渗透试验,研究了轻骨料混凝土的水灰比、抗压强度、含气量和轻骨料的预湿时间对轻骨料混凝土渗透性的影响.试验结果表明:①轻骨料混凝土水灰比越小或抗压强度越高,其渗透系数就越小,抗渗性也就越好;②含气量小的轻骨料混凝土抗渗性优于含气量大的,但是当水灰比较小时,含气量对渗透系数的影响将减弱;③骨料预湿存在最佳预湿时间.轻骨料混凝土并非骨料预湿时间越长,抗渗性越好. 相似文献

The purpose of this study is to improve the ductility of pumice lightweight aggregate concrete by incorporating hybrid steel and polypropylene fibers. The changes in mechanical properties and also bulk density and workability of pumice lightweight aggregate concrete due to the addition of hybrid steel and polypropylene fibers have been studied. The properties were investigated include bulk density and workability of fresh concrete as well as compressive strength, flexural tensile strength, splitting tensile strength and toughness of hardened concrete. Nine concrete mixtures with different volume fractions of steel and polypropylene fibers were tested. A large increase in compressive and flexural ductility and energy absorption capacity due to the addition of steel fibers was observed. Polypropylene fibers, on the other hand, caused a minor change in mechanical properties of hardened concrete especially in the mixtures made with both steel and polypropylene fibers. These observations provide insight into the benefits of different fiber reinforcement systems to the mechanical performance of pumice lightweight aggregate concrete which is considered to be brittle. These results provide guidance for design of concrete materials with reduced density and enhanced ductility for different applications, including construction of high-rise, earthquake-resistant buildings. 相似文献

This paper describes a study of the effects of several factors on the strength of lightweight aggregate concrete composites: aggregate strength, w/c ratio and the porosities of the interfacial zone and within the hardened cement paste. Concrete samples with three different water cement ratios (i.e. 0.4, 0.44, 0.48) were compared. The crushing strengths of three grades of expanded clay lightweight aggregates (i.e. 25, 15, 5 mm) and the pore distributions of the hardened cement pastes were measured. Increasing the water/cement ratio was found to decrease the strength of lightweight aggregate concrete. The numbers of pores within the cement paste and in the aggregate/cement paste interfacial zone were found to increase. 相似文献

针对1400~1900密度等级和LC15~LC50强度等级的轻集料混凝土,进行了系统的回弹法测强曲线的研究.试验结果表明:JGJ/T 23-2001<回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度技术规程>中统一测强曲线直接用以检测轻集料混凝土强度时,所得的强度换算值会偏高,导致结构安全系数降低:建立起了1400~1900密度等级强度等级范嗣为LC15~LC50的轻集料混凝土回弹法测强专用曲线,其平均相对误差小于12.0%,相对标准误差小于14.0%,符合JGJ/T 23-2001<回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度技术规程>对专用曲线的误差要求. 相似文献

在轻骨料混凝土中掺入不同量的仿钢纤维,研究仿钢纤维轻骨料混凝土的表观密度、弹性模量、抗压强度、劈裂强度、抗折强度、韧性等物理力学性能以及对比钢纤维混凝土的力学性能,结果表明,仿钢纤维的掺入能提高轻骨料混凝土力学性能,显著改善轻骨料混凝土的弯曲韧性,在实际工程中应用,仿钢纤维可取代钢纤维作为混凝土的增强增韧材料,并可较大降低成本。 相似文献
