The affinity of cyclic oligomers of sugar amino acid and sugar-aza-crown ether compounds towards various transition metal cations (Cu(II), Ni(II), Co(II), Fe(II) and Zn(II)) was investigated with positive-ion electrospray mass spectrometry. The binding between the receptors (M) and the different metals (Met) is evidenced mainly by the presence of the [M + Met(II)Cl](+) ion. The experimental results showed that all studied receptors present specificity to Cu(II). An attempt has been made with CuI but no complexation was obtained. The formation of these complexes can be rationalized by considering the presence of two oxygens and two nitrogens on the receptor rim. The lone electron pair can serve as the electron donor to Cu(II). Theoretical calculations were carried out in order to show the structure of the complex and, in particular, to determine if Cu(2+) is situated either on the outer surface, on the rim of the receptor or inside the cavity. Comparison of complex formation was carried out by mixing the four receptors with various amounts of Cu(II) (one equivalent and five equivalents). It appears that the best complexation was obtained with the sugar-aza-crown ethers (amine linker) for both benzylated and methylated compounds. In addition, the stereochemical effects have been investigated.  相似文献

Four cone calix[4]arene-1,2-crown ethers each with two ionisable side arms containing dansyl groups are synthesised. The crown ether ring on the lower rim is varied from crown-4 to crown-5 with hydrogen or tert-butyl groups on the para position of the upper rim. Di(tetramethylammonium) salts of the di-ionised ligands are utilised for spectrofluorimetric titration experiments in MeCN. The influence of alkali metal, alkaline earth metal and selected transition and heavy metal (Co2+, Fe2+, Hg2+, Mn2+, Pb2+, Zn2+ and Fe3+) cations on the spectroscopic properties of the two dansyl groups linked to the lower rim of the conformationally locked, di-ionised calix[4]arene-1,2-crown ether frameworks is investigated by emission spectrophotometry. All of the metal cations induce red shifts in the emission spectra of the di-ionised ligands. The metal cations produce enhancement or quenching of the fluorescence emissions. Changes in the fluorescence emission as a function of the metal cation identity, the lower rim crown ether ring size and the absence or presence of upper rim tert-butyl groups are investigated.  相似文献

The results of study of fluorescence quenching, by molecular oxygen, of unsubstituted pyrene solutions within the framework of exchange complex are generalized. The oxygen quenching rate constants of the fluorescence and triplet state of pyrene monosulfonate and pyrene tetrasulfonate solutions and their aggregates and complexes (second and first coordination spheres) with REE ions in H2O, DMSO, and DMFA are measured. The effect of the number of substituting sulfo groups, aggregates, complex formation, and the nature of the solvent on the efficiency of this quenching is investigated. It is shown that, in contrast to metalloporphyrins with the paramagnetic Cu(II) ion, the formation of pyrenesulfonates complexes with REE paramagnetic ions does not lead to an increase in oxygen quenching efficiency of the triplet state of organic ligands.Translated from Teoreticheskaya i Eksperimental'naya Khimiya, Vol. 23, No. 3, pp. 302–311, May–June, 1987.The authors express their deep gratitude to Prof. V. A set of new ligands, L2H(2)-L5H(2), containing the 1,4,8,11-tetraaza-5,7-dione framework has been prepared, The ligands feature lipophilic substituents either on the carbon atom in the 6 position or on the amino groups, or on both. The solution behaviour of the ligands when included in TritonX-100 micelles has been investigated by means of potentiometric titrations and protonation and complexation constants for the Cu(2+) cation have been determined in micellar medium. Micellar assemblies containing the ligands and pyrene have been prepared, and coupled pH-metric and fluorimetric titrations allowed the determination of the response of the systems as ON-OFF fluorescent sensors for Cu(2+). A correlation between the effective lipophilicity of the ligand and the residual fluorescence (i.e. the fluorescence of the OFF state) was observed, and with the more lipophilic ligand, L3H(2), we obtained a residual fluorescence as low as 8%, with a significant improvement with respect to other published systems. On the other hand, introduction of functionalities on the amino groups of 1,4,8,11-tetraaza-5,7-dione brings the drawback of a small but significant decrease of the exploitable fluorescence, i.e. the fluorescence of the system in the absence of added Cu(2+), at the pH value suitable for full metal complexation.  相似文献

The quenching of pyrene fluorescence by nitromethane, Tl+, Cu2+, I?, and 4-dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP) in aqueous solutions of a pyrene substituted poly(acrylic acid) ( 1 ) was influenced by the “polyelectrolyte effect” of 1 . The efficiency of quenching in solutions of 1 was measured in terms of the Stern–Volmer constants for dynamic and static quenching which were obtained from comparison of the intensity and lifetime of pyrene fluorescence in solutions of 1 and a monomer model compound. The efficiency of quenching in solutions of 1 was always greater at high pH ( 9 ) in comparison to that at low pH ( 4 ). The ionization of carboxylic groups in 1 caused an expansion of the polymer mainchain and concomitant exposure of the pyrene molecules to the aqueous phase and quencher. The polyanion domain of 1 favored the condensation of cationic quenchers and could account for very efficient quenching in case of Cu2+ and Tl+. A very efficient quenching of pyrene fluorescence in solutions of 1 by DMAP at high pH was attributed to the hydrophobic interactions of DMAP and pyrene moiety. The iodide ions were less efficient quenchers of pyrene fluorescence due to electrostatic repulsion from the polyanion. The efficiency of quenching by nitromethane was not significantly affected by ionization of the carboxylic groups in 1 .  相似文献

The new open-chain polyazaalkanes ligands L1, L2, L3 and L4 functionalised with one or two pyrene groups were synthesised and characterised and their potential use as selective cation and anion sensing chemosensors studied. Solution studies by potentiometric methods were carried out in the presence of the metal cations Cu2+ and Zn2+ in acetonitrile–water (70:30 v/v, 0.1 mol dm−3 tetrabutylammonium perchlorate, 25 °C) The results are compared with those reported for the analogous non-functionalised ligand triethylentetraamine (tta). The fluorescence behaviour of the ligands L1–L4 has been studied as a function of the pH in the presence of the metal cations Ni2+, Cu2+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Hg2+ and Pb2+ in acetonitrile–water 70:30 v/v mixtures. The Zn2+ and Cd2+ cations enhance the fluorescence emission of the L1–L4 chemosensors at basic pH, whereas Cu2+ induce quenching of the fluorescence emission at acid pH. The fluorescence behaviour of L1–L4 receptors was also studied as a function of the pH in acetonitrile–water 70:30 v/v in the presence of anions.  相似文献

A new podand-type dioxaoctanediamide-based chemosensor having two pyrene moieties was prepared, and its fluoroionophoric behaviors toward transition-metal ions were investigated. Pyrene-appended dioxaoctanediamide 1 showed a selective fluorescence quenching toward Hg2+ ions over other transition-metal ions in an aqueous methanol solution. Unique responses in pyrene monomer and excimer emissions allowed selective ratiometric determination of Hg2+ ions in aqueous environments, and the detection limit was found to be 1.6 x 10(-6) M. 研究了含芘荧光化学敏感器分子被ctDNA猝灭的荧光光谱.ctDNA分子对该化学敏感器中芘的激发单体,激基缔合物都有猝灭作用.对激发单体的猝灭速度顺序为;化合物(2)>化合物(1)>芘丁酸>化合物(3);对激基缔合物的猝灭速度顺序为;化合物(2)化合物(3).由得到的荧光猝灭数据,可按公式(2)求得荧光化学敏感器分子与ctDNA分子相互作用的稳定常数.发现化合物(2)与ctDNA分子间有着最强的相互作用能力.按ctDNA和含芘荧光化学敏感器的分子结构、构型以及分子内原子-原子的间距等提出了ctDNA分子与该荧光化学敏感器的作用模型,并对上述结果进行了初步解释.  相似文献

利用sol-gel方法制得了纳米级的硅胶悬浮液.通过表面化学修饰引入了具有发射荧光能力的萘基基团.在稳态荧光研究中清晰地观察到在微小粒子表面上萘基基团会因溶剂不同而发生重新排组,并呈现出激基缔合物发光.研究了不同过渡金属离子对粒子表面荧光的猝灭效应,发现只有Cu2+对纳米微球荧光有强烈的猝灭特征,这种优良的选择能力使其有望发展成为一种分析检测Cu2+的荧光化学敏感器.  相似文献

Fluorescence properties of a diethylenetriamine bearing two end pyrene fragments (L) have been studied in water, where effects of adding metal cations (Zn2+, Cd2+, Cu2+, Hg2+, Ag+) on the emission properties of L have been studied. Without metal cations, L shows dual-mode fluorescence consisting of monomer and excimer emissions. The monomer emission intensity (I(M)) is strong at acidic pH but decreases with a pH increase because of an electron transfer (ET) from the unprotonated nitrogen atoms to the excited pyrene fragment. The excimer emission is due to the static excimer formed via a direct photoexcitation of the intramolecular ground-state dimer (GSD) of the end pyrene fragments. The excimer emission intensity (I(E)) is weak at acidic pH but increases with a pH increase because of the GSD stability increase associated with the deprotonation of the polyamine chain. Addition of metal cations leads to I(M) decrease, where chelation-driven I(M) enhancement does not occur even with diamagnetic Zn2+ and Cd2+ at any pH. This is because a pyrene-metal cation pi-complex, formed via a donation of pi-electron of the pyrene fragment to the adjacent metal center, suppresses the monomer photoexcitation. I(E) also decreases upon addition of metal cations because the pyrene-metal cation pi-complex weakens pi-stacking interaction of the end pyrene fragments, leading to GSD stability decrease. The emission properties of L-Zn2+ complexes were studied by means of time-resolved fluorescence decay measurements, and the effects of adding a less-polar organic solvent were also studied to clarify the detailed emission properties.  相似文献

A new method for assessing the topology of metallosupramolecular assemblies using pyrene-appended ligands is reported. Two potentially tetradentate ligands containing one (L(1)) and two (L(2)) terminal pyrene moieties were synthesised and their complexes with Cu(+) and Cd(2+) were characterised. Photophysical measurements demonstrate that in [Cu(2)(L(1))(2)](2+), [CdL(1)](2+) and [Cu(2)(L(2))(2)](2+) the emission spectra are dominated by monomeric emission but in the cadmium complex of L(2) (where the pyrene units are in close proximity) a quenching of the luminescence coupled with weak emission at 540 nm is indicative of excimer formation.  相似文献

A new fluorescent chemosensor with two different types of cation binding sites on the lower rims of a 1,3-alternate calix[4]arene (1) is synthesized. Two pyrene moieties linked to a cation recognition unit composed of two amide groups form a strong excimer in solution. For 1, the excimer fluorescence is quenched by Pb2+, but revived by addition of K+ to the Pb2+ ligand complex. Thus, metal ion exchange produces an on-off switchable, fluorescent chemosensor. Computational results show that the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) and the lowest unoccupied molecular orbitals (LUMO) of the two pyrene moieties interact under UV irradiation of 1 and its K+ complex, while such HOMO-LUMO interactions are absent in the Pb2+ complex.  相似文献

合成了一个新的组氨酸衍生物, N-(9-蒽甲基)-L-组氨酸(1), 并对其进行了元素分析、电喷雾电离质谱(ESI-MS)、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)和碳谱(13C-NMR)等波谱表征. 考查了pH值及15种不同金属离子对其荧光强度的影响. 实验结果表明, 中性水溶液条件下, Zn2+和Cd2+能使体系荧光增强, 而Pb2+、Co2+、Hg2+、Ni2+和Cu2+等则使体系荧光有不同程度的猝灭.其中, Cu2+和Ni2+猝灭能力最强, 它们与化合物1均形成了物质的量比为1:2的配合物, 络合常数分别为2.88×106和1.12×106 L2·mol-2. Cu2+和Ni2+对化合物1的荧光猝灭为静态猝灭过程. 在此基础上, 以Cu2+和Ni2+作为两个输入信号, 以蒽的特征荧光发射作为输出信号, 构建了一个NOR荧光分子逻辑门.  相似文献

Two 4,13‐diaza‐18‐crown‐6 ethers with either two pyrenyl or two carbazolyl groups were synthesized. The two crown ethers can form complexes with methyl viologen in methanol solution. Photoirradiation of the complexes resulted in the electron transfer from the excited states of the chromophores to methyl viologen as demonstrated by the quenching of the chromophore fluorescence and the detection of the absorption spectrum of the generated viologen radical cation. The back electron transfer in these systems was inhibited by the electrostatic repulsion between the positively charged viologen radical cation and the generated chromophore radical cation. Long‐lived charge separation states (up to tens of min) were observed.  相似文献

Pyrene fluorescence quenching by phenylazide derivatives with donor and acceptor substituents has been studied by fluorescence spectroscopy and flash photolysis. The rate constants of quenching (k q) in acetonitrile ((0.2–1.2) × 1010 l mol?1 s?1) are found to be close to a diffusion limit; the rate constants were somewhat higher for perfluoro-substituted arylazides. It is found that k q does not depend on solvent polarity; the formation of the pyrene cation in the course of pyrene fluorescence quenching by tolylazide was not detected. Pyrene fluorescence quenching occurred by an energy-transfer mechanism; this is supported by the coincidence of the quantum yields of the direct and sensitized photodecomposition of tolylazide. As estimated, energy transfer in rigid media occurs at characteristic distances of about 10 Å.  相似文献

A novel 4-amino-1,8-naphthalimide (NDI) with two different metal cation receptors connected at 4-amino or imide nitrogen positions respectively was designed and prepared. Significant internal charge transfer (ICT) as well as photoinduced electron transfer (PET) from the receptors to NDI is revealed by the shifted UV-vis absorption spectra and significant fluorescence quenching. Both Zn(2+) and Cu(2+) can coordinate selectively with the two cation receptors in this molecule with different affinities. The coordination of Zn(2+) with the receptor at imide nitrogen hindered the PET process and accordingly restored the quenched fluorescence of NDI. But the coordination of Zn(2+) at 4-amino position blocked the ICT process and caused significant blue-shift on the absorption peak with the fluorescence intensity unaffected. Similarly, coordination of Cu(2+) with the receptor at imide nitrogen can block the PET process, but can not restore the quenched fluorescence of compound 3 due to the paramagnetic properties of Cu(2+), which quench the fluorescence significantly instead. With Cu(2+) and Zn(2+) as two chemical inputs and absorption or fluorescence as output, several logic gate operations, such as OR, NOR and INHIBIT, can be achieved.  相似文献

光谱法研究Cu2+与肌红蛋白的相互作用   总被引:6,自引:2,他引:4  
用紫外吸收光谱、荧光光谱、同步荧光光谱及圆二色(CD)谱研究了Cu2+与肌红蛋白(Mb)的相互作用. 结果发现, Cu2+使Mb的紫外吸收增强, 峰位蓝移, 说明Cu2+与Mb发生了较强的相互作用; Mb的特征荧光峰猝灭, 且随着温度升高猝灭常数Ksv降低, 表明Cu2+对Mb的荧光猝灭机制属于静态猝灭; 计算了不同温度下的结合常数和结合位点数; 由van′t Hoff方程计算出ΔH和ΔS分别为-11.60 kJ/mol和33.77 J·(mol·K)-1, 得出二者之间的作用力主要为静电力; 并依据Förster非辐射能量转移理论确定了给体-受体间的结合距离r=2.56 nm. 同步荧光光谱表明, Cu2+对Mb的构象产生影响, 使色氨酸残基的疏水性下降. CD光谱测得加入Cu2+后, 二级结构发生改变, 使α-螺旋含量降低.  相似文献
