介绍基于双离心机的线加速度计动态校准方法,在分析双离心机原理的基础上,对各加速度分量进行合成,建立了基于双离心机的正弦加速度数学模型.阐述了线加速度计动态校准装置的组成和校准过程,分析了校准装置所产生的正弦加速度的幅值测量不确定度和相位测量不确定度.介绍了实验数据的处理方法三参数正弦波拟合算法,并在正弦加速度幅值为200 m/s.、角频率范围为0.1~10 Hz的条件下进行了实验验证,给出了相应的实验曲线图.线加速度计动态校准装置具有产生大g值正弦加速度的优点,正弦加速度幅值可达700 m/s2. 相似文献

主要论述了贝叶斯统计用于加速度计校准结果的分析.首先介绍了对于线性测量模型,GUM、GUM S1以及基于贝叶斯统计分析测量不确定度的过程,说明三种方法分析的不同之处.然后结合实际工作中振动与冲击校准加速度计的数据,利用不同先验分布的贝叶斯统计和GUM系列方法进行了分析并对结果进行了比较.针对冲击加速度国际关键比对的部分数据建立了贝叶斯独立和层次两种不同的数据统计模型,在此基础之上结合马尔科夫链蒙特卡罗法(MCMC)对比对参考值和相应不确定度的计算,并且与通用方法的计算结果进行了比较.通过不同方法得到结果的一致性与差异性说明了贝叶斯统计用于不确定度评估的优缺点. 相似文献

Abstract: Micro‐electro‐mechanical system (MEMS) accelerometers have been receiving attention because of their low cost and small size. Accurate vibration measurements of both amplitude and phase at all frequencies in the measurement frequency range are important for the reliable vibration analysis. However, it has been observed that such accelerometers show some deviation. Hence, a simple calibration method in frequency domain has been used for correcting both amplitude and phase for the measured signals by the MEMS accelerometers. 针对惯性器件全量程气压灵敏度校准难题,发明了一种可抗高离心加速度的气压箱结构,并研制了离心-气压复合校准装置,实现了大g值条件下惯性器件气压特性的校准。本装置设计了两种工作模式:离心机静止时,利用真空泵、高精度压力传感器等气压精密测控系统实现离心-气压复合校准装置的精密控压;离心机工作时,通过密封技术等实现离心-气压复合校准装置保压。本装置通过对安装在离心机上的试验箱内气压进行精密控制,将高线加速度与气压环境有机结合在一起,为加速度计提供可靠的加速度、气压复合计量校准环境。实验结果验证了所设计的气压箱结构可以实现气压范围1~100 kPa,气压偏差优于10 Pa的精密控制。 相似文献

Low frequency (LF) voltage and current are important parameters in electrical metrology. The standards for LF voltage and current are established by assigning AC–DC transfer difference to thermal devices, i.e. thermal converters or thermal transfer standard along with current shunts. Automated calibration systems have been developed based on Null method and measurement technique developed by Budovsky for calibration of precision calibrator in LF voltage and current against thermal devices. The technique based on the Algorithm developed by Dr. Ilya Budovsky (National Metrology Institute (NMI), Australia) has been compared with the conventional null technique. Indigenously developed software has been used to calibrate the precision calibrator in the entire LF voltage and current range using Holt thermal converters and current shunts. Calibration results at 1 V, 10 V in the frequency range from 10 Hz to 1 MHz as well as calibration results of 1 A in the frequency range from 40 Hz to 10 kHz are presented in this paper. These result shows that the measurement technique developed by Budovsky has reduced the complexity of AC–DC transfer measurements, measurement time and the uncertainty in measurement. 相似文献

We consider a system of linear equations with positive coefficients, where the entries of the nonnegative irreducible coefficient matrix depend on a parameter vector. We say that the parameter vector is feasible if there exists a positive solution to this system. A set of all feasible parameter vectors is called the feasibility set. If all the positive entries are log-convex functions, the paper shows that the associated Perron root is log-convex on the parameter set and the l1-norm of the solution is log-convex on the feasibility set. These results imply that the feasibility set is a convex set regardless whether the l1-norm of the solution is bounded by some positive real number or not. 精密直线运动平台在宏微双驱动纳米定位系统中作为宏动台,用于实现大行程工作范围,解析其全工作行程上的振动特征。是微动台实现二级补偿运动的基础.通过构建以Labview软件为核心的虚拟仪器振动测试系统,采用小波变换方法对平台全工作行程运动过程中的振动测试数据进行分析,并与傅里叶变换分析方法进行了比较.由分析结果可知。两种分析方法得出了一致的结论,但小波变换分析方法可得到平台各个精确位置上的振动特性数据.实验证明,将其作为确定控制参数的依据,能改善平台的运动控制性能. 相似文献
