针对新版的固定资产分类标准,为了优化固定资产配置、提高资产利用率以及加强监管的需要,提出了以服务为导向,以数据为中心,以消息为驱动的开放的固定资产管理体系架构,通过企业服务总线实现了各服务模块间的通信及异构系统的无缝集成访问;通过建立安全的通信通道,确保了敏感数据在Internet上的可靠传输;通过引入分片和压缩机制,保证了大文件在网上的顺利交换,同时降低了对带宽的需求.系统能管理包括无形资产在内的所有固定资产,并能兼容遗留系统,初步达到了设计目标.  相似文献

In 2002, as part of its urban policy, the city of Kristiansand set up a giant foundation, for the purpose of soliciting projects, talents and strategies for growth in the citys cultural economy. There was conflict over core values in the promotion of culture and heritage, and discussion on the transformation of power and democracy. The article assesses the challenges facing the foundation Cultiva, including institutional ramifications related to régimes of public planning and governance. Cultiva introduces new discourses of culture in urban development, with impacts on both the outside perception of the city and the everyday culture among the inhabitants of Kristiansand.  相似文献

针对以人工登记为主的矿山便携式瓦斯检测仪发放和回收工作存在效率低下、工作流程繁琐及不利于管理和统计的问题,设计一种便携式瓦斯检测仪自动收发系统.该系统包括收发装置、服务器和Web客户端三部分,采用C-S和B-S共存的复合结构,以PHP作为开发语言,选用MySQL数据库.实际应用结果表明,该系统能够很好地完成仪表发放回收工作,便于科学的管理仪表,加快了矿山信息化和智能化的建设.  相似文献

We describe the algorithm underlying PKOM, a methodology for clustering, analysis and visualization of multi-dimensional data onto a two-dimensional map. PKOM is based on the mixture of two very popular methods that have been widely used by the pharmaceutical industry for the clustering of genomic or SAR (Structure Activity Relationship) chemical information. The first method at the origin of PKOM is SOM (Self-Organizing Maps), a clustering technique based on neural networks. The second method is TREE MAPS, a visualization method based on hierarchical clustering by dendrograms. We initially describe herein the two methods and the reasons why we have taken the best of both to merge them into PKOM. We then describe in detail the PKOM algorithm and its advantages compared to the two former. Examples are given on how to apply this kind of 2-D topological clustering technique to the organization of big pharmaceutical collections in practical cases.  相似文献

During 2001 and 2002, our Delos/NSF working group explored the possibilities that emerging language technologies open up for teaching, learning, and research in the broad area of cultural heritage. On the one hand, emerging language technologies will profoundly redefine the research and teaching of all those working with cultural heritage languages. At the same time, developers of language technology would also benefit from exploring the needs of new audiences and new collections. While multilingual technologies may ultimately prove the most revolutionary, this report focuses on monolingual technologies such as information extraction, summarization, and other aspects of document understanding. In this paper, we describe some of the audiences affected and technologies to be evaluated and argue for the creation of venues where the application of these technologies to cultural heritage materials can be rigorously evaluated. The potential impact of language technologies for our understanding of the past will emerge over a long period of time and will doubtless include many techniques not covered here. We make no claim to a comprehensive survey. Our goal is to provide enough information to suggest the potential importance of these new technologies.  相似文献

Natural and cultural resource management has been widely promoted in recent years as an approach for pursuing biological conservation, cultural development and socioeconomic objectives. Parks are natural providers of such resources, due to the activities of periodical observations of species in their territory and of inventories of cultural heritage within its boundaries. However, the management and the exploitation of natural and cultural resources is often critical, due to the difficulty of collecting data in a standard and interoperable form and integrating it with other available information. This paper presents an approach to address the issue of natural and cultural data management to solve the problems of data heterogeneity, standard consistency and lack of a common data repository. In this paper, we firstly define a model to represent natural and cultural data according to specific international standards, and then we show how the resources of the Alpi Marittime Natural Park can be mapped onto it through the model. Finally, we report how we implemented and used the model in a real application in order to demonstrate the potential of our approach.  相似文献

In this paper we present EXTRA (EXample-based TRanslation Assistant), a translation memory (TM) system. EXTRA is able to propose effective translation suggestions by relying on syntactic analysis of the text and on a rigorous, language-independent measure; the search is performed efficiently in large amounts of bilingual texts thanks to its advanced retrieval techniques. EXTRA does not use external knowledge requiring the intervention of users and is completely customizable and portable as it has been implemented on top of a standard DataBase Management System. The paper provides a thorough evaluation of both the effectiveness and the efficiency of our system. In particular, in order to quantify the benefits offered by EXTRA assisted translation over manual translation, we introduce a simulator implementing specifically devised statistical, process-oriented, discrete-event models. As far as we know, this is the first time statistical simulation experiments have been used to face the nontrivial problem of evaluating TM systems, particularly for comparing the time that could be saved by performing assisted translation versus “manual” translation and for optimally tuning the system behaviour with respect to differently skilled users. In our experiments, we considered three scenarios, manual translation with one or two translators and assisted translation with one translator. The time needed for one translator to do an assisted translation is significantly closer to that of a team of two translators than to that of the single translator. The mean sentence translation time is by far the lowest for this scenario, corresponding to the highest per translator productivity. We also estimate the total translation time when the number of query sentences, the maximum number of suggestions to be read, and the probability of look up are varied: the best trade-off is given by reading (and presenting) four or five suggestions at the most.  相似文献

The Social Construction of Technology (SCOT) theory offers a useful conceptual framework for examining the social and cultural factors that may contribute to or detract from the successful integration of computer technology into educational environments. This theory, which grew out of studies in the history of technology and the sociology of science, suggests methods for studying the phenomenon of technological development, such as identifying the relevant social groups involved in the development process and the factors that either leave the technology in a state of interpretive flexibility or bring the interpretation of the technology to closure. This paper uses a SCOT approach to explore how personal and institutional beliefs can shape the ways in which technologies are used by teachers and students, and to identify the social, epistemological, cognitive and motivational factors that need to be considered as computer technology becomes an integral part of the educational experience.  相似文献

In this paper we introduce the design and development of the Learning Cube as a novel tangible learning appliance. Using the common shape of a cube we implemented a general learning platform that supports test based quizzes where questions and answers can be text or image based. Exploiting the physical affordances of the cube and augmenting it with embedded sensors and LCD displays placed on each face, we present different learning appliances as playful learning interfaces for children. Based on the initial observations of the experience with children, we argue that breaking conventions about how a computer has to look like, and providing children with a playful interface is a promising approach to embed and integrate technology into children’s everyday context and activities.  相似文献

Cultural heritage is increasingly put through imaging systems such as multispectral cameras and 3D scanners. Though these acquisition systems are often used independently, they collect complementary information (spectral vs. spatial) used for the study, archiving and visualization of cultural heritage. A connection between two hosts across a wide-area network may consist of many sessions over time, each called an incarnation. A connection is synchronized using a connection establishment protocol, based on a handshake mechanism, to allow reliable exchange of data. This paper identifies the precise level of handshake needed under different assumptions on the nodes and on the network, using a formal model for connection management. In particular, the following parameters are studied: the size of the memory at the nodes, the information retained between incarnations, and the existence of time constraints on the network. Among the results we obtain are: (1) If both nodes have bounded memory, no incarnation management protocol exists. (2) If the nodes have unbounded memory, then a two-way handshake incarnation management protocol exists. (3) If the nodes have unbounded memory, and the server does not retain connection-specific information between incarnations, then a three-way handshake incarnation management protocol exists. On the other hand, a two-way handshake incarnation management protocol does not exist, even if some global information is retained. (4) If a bound on maximum packet lifetime (MPL) is known, then a two-way handshake incarnation management protocol exists, in which the server does not retain connection-specific information between incarnations. A green power management scheme is proposed to determine how many physical machines should be run or turned off based on the gross occupied resource weight ratio of the virtual machine cluster. The gross occupied resource weight ratio is defined as the ratio of the sum of resource weights of all virtual machines over the sum of available resource weights of all running physical machines. When the gross occupied resource weight ratio is greater than the maximum tolerant occupied resource weight ratio, preset to ensure quality of service, a standby physical machine in the non-running physical machines is selected and wakened up to join as one of the running physical machines. On the other hand, when the gross occupied resource weight ratio is less than the minimum critical occupied resource weight ratio, preset to trigger energy saving algorithms, one of the running physical machines, selected as a migration physical machine with the virtual machines therein removed after live migration, is moved from other running physical machines, and then turned off. As a result, a resource allocation process is realized to distribute loads of the running physical machines such that the total number of the running physical machines can be flexibly dispatched to achieve the objective of green power management.  相似文献

Global competition and rapidly changing customer requirements are forcing major changes in the production styles and configuration of manufacturing enterprises. Traditional centralized manufacturing systems are not able to meet these requirements. In recent years, the internet has become the worldwide information platform for the sharing of information and data. Information processing is an important challenge in an internet-based manufacturing environment, and must facilitate distribution, heterogeneity, autonomy and cooperation. This paper reviews recent trends and major developments in internet-based manufacturing. In the last years, collaboration among enterprises has gained attention in the business environment as a means to remain competitive. Enterprises that are collaborating look for improving their performance but, in real assessments, they often do not establish efficient frameworks to structure and manage the enterprise association/inter-enterprise performance. In addition, there are many factors that act as barriers to effective collaboration and have to be also properly managed as they impact on the inter-enterprise performance. This paper provides a methodology based on the analytic network process (ANP) to identify and measure, under an integrated approach, both factors and inter-enterprise performance considering their reciprocal impact. With this innovative approach, enterprises will obtain significant information for the decision-making process regarding which are the factors and inter-enterprise performance elements that generate a higher impact and therefore have a high priority within the specific collaborative relationship. Thus, enterprises can focus their efforts on improving those most important factors and performance elements, and consequently, enhancing their competitiveness.  相似文献
