白铜铸锭生产中常见缺陷及工艺控制实践

白铜铸锭中缺陷包括偏析、裂纹、气孔、缩孔、疏松、冷隔和流爪等。本文通过对比不同工艺条件下铸锭中的缺陷,讨论了不同铸造温度、冷却水压、铸造速度对白铜铸锭铸造质量的影响。分析了铸造缺陷产生的原因,介绍了防止常见铸造缺陷的措施和工艺方法,制定了适宜工业化生产的工艺参数。     

电磁铸造铝合金的疲劳性能及差热分析

使用扫描电镜，透射电镜，X射线衍射仪和差热分析仪等设备对比观察阳性磁铸造和普通连续铸造2024铝合金铸态及热处理状态的显微组织和力学性能。与普通连续铸造铸锭相比，电磁铸造铸锭的铸态及热处理状态的力学性能都有提高。通过观察差热分析曲线发现，电磁铸造试样具有较高热焓。说明其在加热过程中有更多沉淀强化物形成。而普通连续铸造铸锭尽管经过热处理仍然不能达到电磁铸造试样的性能。     

电磁铸造铝合金锭的力学性能

分析了电磁铸造铝合金铸坯的表面和内部质量，并与普通连续铸造铸坯进行了对比。结果表明，电磁铸造铸坯表面光滑如镜，其表面粗糙度仅为Ra0.65μm，消除了普通连续铸造铸坯表面存在的振痕和偏析瘤等铸造缺陷；定量金相测定的EMC铸锭的晶粒尺寸是DC锭的一半，细小，均匀的等轴晶使电磁铸造铸锭具有良好的力学性能，其抗拉强度比连铸坯提高3．7％－19．6％，延伸率提高7．1％－200％。另外，合金元素含量越高，电磁铸造铸坯的性能提高的幅度越大。     

模糊神经网络在电磁铸造液柱成形控制中的应用

电磁铸造的液柱成形性控制是工艺成败及获得合理的形状铸锭的关键，稳定、合适的液柱高反映了各种工艺参数的良好配合，采用基于模糊理神经网络预测方法，通过对铸造系统电信电信号的踊跃，进行模糊模式识别，预测液高度，结果表明，基于模糊神经网络的控制系统使得过程中液柱高度更加稳定，有利于电磁铸工艺过程的顺利进行，使铸锭的表面质量得到的改善。     

烧结NdFeB铸造新工艺-薄片铸锭法

合金铸造技术是制备高性能烧结NdFeB磁体的关键工艺之一 .根据高性能磁体制造的设计要求 ,NdFeB合金铸锭微观组织应该具有柱状晶完整 ,没有α -Fe偏析相 ,富钕相弥散分布的特点 .本文比较了现有几种生产中常用的铸造方法 -平板铸造、柱状铸造、薄板铸造等得到的合金铸锭 ,然后介绍了目前国际上高性能NdFeB磁体制备的铸造新工艺 -薄片铸锭法 ,并通过扫描电镜观察了不同Nd含量薄片铸锭的组织结构 .最后展望了薄片铸锭在我国的应用前景 .     

真空铸造技术的研究现状

通过分析真空铸造在造型、充型、凝固过程中产生的现象，讨论了真空密封造型、实型真空铸造、真空吸铸、真空低压铸造、真空差压铸造等技术的现状，针对国内外发展现状提出今后真空熔模吸铸的研究与发展的方向。     

电磁铸造5182铝合金锭的组织与性能研究

采用电磁铸造技术铸造了易拉罐用5182变形铝合金，采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜分析了其显微组织，而且对其进行了均匀化处理和对比实验。结果表明，电磁铸造锭有更加良好的内部组织和优良的力学性能，电磁铸造试样的硬度大约是普通连续铸造试样的两倍，疲劳性能是普通连续铸造铸锭的3倍，电磁铸造铸锭还有良好的耐磨性，电磁铸造锭的优良性能得宜于电磁搅拌的作用使整个铸锭获得均匀细小的晶粒组织，电磁铸造技术是一种无模铸造技术，它依靠电磁力约束液体金属成型，液体金属不与铸模接触，铸锭表面光滑如镜；相反，普通连续铸造锭表面因存在振动痕和亚表面偏析等铸造缺陷，力学性能大大降低。     

电磁铸造与普通连续铸造2024铝合金的组织性能对比

采用电磁铸造技术和普通连续铸造技术铸造了2024变形铝合金，采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜分析了其显微组织，而且对其进行了固溶处理加人工时效。结果表明电磁铸造锭内部组织细小均匀，有高的硬度和良好的疲劳性能，电磁铸造试样的硬度大约是普通连续铸造铸坯的2倍，疲劳性能是普通连续铸造铸坯的3倍。电磁铸造铸坯还有良好的耐磨性，磨损失重量是普通连续铸造的一半。     

影响一种铁基高温合金高温塑性的几个因素

本文研究了冶炼工艺、变形方式、变形速率及铸锭均匀化处理等因素对一种铁基高温合金高温塑性的影响,并对铸态试样与轧态试样的高温塑性与镦粗时裂纹产生进行了比较。     

Al-Mg-Li-Zr系合金熔铸工艺研究

对Ａｌ－ Ｍｇ－ Ｌｉ－ Ｚｒ 系合金在工业条件下的熔炼与铸造工艺进行了详细和研究,控制氧化是稳定成分、减少夹杂的关键;采用氩气与真空精炼相结合并辅以合理的铸造保护措施可有效地降低合金中的氢含量,控制Ｎ 详细的研究,文章认为控制Ｎａ 含量;选用适当的铸造参数和保证方式可减少铸锭开裂,提高铸锭质量．     

Estimation of Parameters of Universal Distribution of Moments of Failure of Products

A method is proposed for estimating the parameters of a mixture of exponential and Weibull distributions for which the accuracy of preliminary estimates obtained by graphical analysis is refined in accordance with the criterion of maximum likelihood. The efficiency of the proposed method is supported by the results of statistical modeling.     

Evaluation of optical properties of highly scattering media by moments of distributions of times of flight of photons

A novel method for the determination of the optical properties of tissue from time-domain measurements is presented. The data analysis is based on the evaluation of the first moment and the second centralized moment, i.e., the mean time of flight and the variance of the measured distribution of times of flight (DTOF) of photons injected by short (picosecond) laser pulses. Analytical expressions are derived for calculation of absorption and of reduced scattering coefficients from these moments by application of diffusion theory for infinite and semi-infinite homogeneous media. The proposed method was tested on experimental data obtained with phantoms, and results for absorption and reduced scattering coefficients obtained by the proposed method are compared with those obtained by fitting of the same data with analytical solutions of the diffusion equation. Furthermore, the accuracy of the moment analysis was investigated for a range of integration limits of the DTOF. The moment analysis may serve as a comparatively fast method for evaluating optical properties with sufficient accuracy and can be used, e.g., for on-line monitoring of optical properties of biological tissue.

通过对盐酸浓度标定的过程分析，找出影响结果的各个分量，进行不确定度的评定，按照计量技术规范给出标准的表示法。     

Analysis of the rate of propagation of the wave of change of boiling modes

An approximate analytical expression is derived for the velocity of the front of the wave of change of boiling modes on a rod and on a plate. The impact of the Thomson effect and of the heater orientation in the gravity field is included. Adequate agreement is demonstrated between the derived relations and experimental data.     

Estimation of potentialities of methods of summation of direct measurement errors

Conventional methods for summation of direct measurement errors are considered. Conditions under which these methods provide consistent results are stated. It is proposed to utilize for characteristic of the total error, its interval estimator or the half-sum of the value obtained by adding up its arithmetic and geometric random errors.Translated from Izmeritel'naya Tekhnika, No. 4, pp. 10–12, April, 1995.
