The microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-63 pancakes were investigated under different heat-treatment modes. Pancake No. 1, with an as-forged bimodal structure, was β annealed at 930°C for 1 h. Its structure was changed to a Widmanstatten structure with continuous grain boundary α phase and long lamellar α phase. The pancake showed a good combination of strength, ductility and fracture toughness. Pancake No. 2, with an as-forged bimodal structure, was aged at 540°C for 8 h after annealing at 930°C for 1 h. Other than the fine secondary α precipitates, it showed a similar microstructure to that of pancake No. 1. The fine precipitates can enhance the pancake’s strength while reducing the ductility and fracture toughness. Pancake No. 3, with an as-forged basket-weave structure, was annealed at 750°C for 1 h. Its structure was nearly unchanged and it achieved a better ductility but a slightly lower fracture toughness than pancake No. 1.  相似文献

针对Inconel 718合金的不同用途,分析研究了4种常用热处理工艺对Inconel 718合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:固溶温度超过1020℃时,奥氏体晶粒显著长大。合金中主要析出相有MC、δ、γ’和γ″相。δ相沿晶界分布,1025℃固溶时呈颗粒状少量析出;950℃固溶时呈块状大量析出;直接时效时呈网状不连续分布。同时,δ相对合金的晶粒度影响较大,且其析出数量和形态决定了合金的韧塑性,γ″、γ’相的析出量和尺寸与晶粒尺寸决定了合金的强度变化。  相似文献

The effects of solution and aging treatments on the microstructures and mechanical properties of tungsten inert gas arc welded AZ61 magne-sium alloy joints were investigated by microstructural observations,microhardness tests and tensile tests.The results showed that the solution treatment led to the β-Mg17Al12 particles dissolved into the α-Mg grains.Hence,the microhardness of the fusion zone and the ultimate tensile strength of the welded joints were the lowest.With the increase of the aging temperature,the volume fraction of the β-Mg17Al12 particles in the fusion zone increased and this enhanced the microhardness of the fusion zone gradually.Also,the elongation of the welded joints was in-creased slightly with the increase of the volume fraction of the β-Mg17Al12 particles.However,the ultimate tensile strength of the welded joints increased at first and dropped at 190 ?C due to cracks formed at the boundaries of the β-Mg17Al12 particles.  相似文献

利用光镜(OM)、硬度测试、室温拉伸试验等方法,研究了Inconel 617合金管的微观组织和力学性能在不同热处理工艺参数下的变化趋势。通过光镜对合金组织进行表征,分析了温度为1120~1200 ℃,保温时间为10、30 min时合金晶粒尺寸的变化规律,同时建立了晶粒尺寸长大的动力学模型。结果表明,随着温度的不断提高,晶粒的平均尺寸不断增大,并且晶粒内部逐渐出现较多的孪晶。同时,随着热处理温度的不断提高,合金的硬度变化趋势与抗拉强度变化趋势相同,二者都随着温度的升高,呈现下降的趋势;合金的伸长率随着温度的升高不断增加。Inconel 617合金的晶界迁移表观激活能Q为651.82 kJ/mol。  相似文献

采用蔡氏显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜及拉伸试验研究三次循环深冷处理前后车用6005A合金焊接接头组织与性能的演变规律。结果表明:经过三次循环深冷处理,6005A铝合金焊接接头出现若干强化相β-Mg2Si,期间弥散分布Si、α-AlFeSi等细小析出相。同时,循环深冷处理促使焊接区域形成大量的位错,抵消焊接热输入过程中产生的强大内应力,提升合金焊缝区域抗拉强度至234 MPa;此外,循环深冷处理后拉伸断口区域组织呈细小、平坦的延性韧窝结构。  相似文献

The effects of Yb content on the microstructures and mechanical properties of 2519A aluminum alloy plate were investigated by means of tensile test,optical microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffractometer.The results show that addition of 0.17% (mass fraction) Yb increases the density of θ' particles of the 2519A alloy plate and reduces the coarsening speed rate of θ' phase at 300 ℃.Therefore,tensile strength is enhanced from 483.2 MPa to 501.0 MPa at room temperature and is improved from 139.5 MPa to 169.4 MPa at 300 ℃.The results also show that with the addition of 0.30% (mass fraction) Yb,the mechanical properties increase at 300 ℃ and decrease at room temperature.With Yb additions,the Al7.4Cu9.6Yb2 phase is found whilst the segregated phases of as-cast alloys along grain boundaries become discontinuous,thin and spheroidized.  相似文献

研究了Inconel783高温合金螺栓的组织结构与织构特点,重点关注β相的分布与析出特征,并研究了高温应力松弛前后组织与织构的变化情况。结果表明,螺栓试样γ相晶粒分布较为均匀,同时存在弥散分布的γ′相析出。大颗粒的β相沿螺栓轴向成串分布,其分布特征与γ相晶粒取向及尺寸无关,主要由冶炼方式与热加工过程决定;较小的β相在γ相晶界与晶内、连续或孤立析出。织构方面,γ相与β相均未表现出强织构,与热加工过程中变化的多向应力状态有关。以螺栓轴向(x方向)为试样参考方向,γ相存在一定的<111>//x与<100>//x择优,其中前者强度稍高。高温应力松弛试验后,γ相组织、β相分布与各相织构均较为稳定。对该合金中发挥重要作用的小尺寸β相分析发现,其析出行为受到γ相基体取向与晶界特征影响,其中<111>取向晶粒内析出较多,孪晶界上β相析出不占优势。因此,通过控制热加工与固溶处理过程中γ晶粒尺寸与取向择优,有望调控其析出特征。  相似文献

Inconel alloys find wide application in industry as high-temperature resistance materials. In the present study, refurbishment of the Inconel 617 alloy after 37,000 h of operation in the field is carried out through the heat-treatment process. The electrochemical response of the heat-treated alloy is determined through potentiodynamic testing of the surfaces. The heat-treatment process is carried out at 1175 °C for 1 and 2 h in an air free furnace. The corrosion rate is estimated from TAFEL and polarization measurements. The surface morphology after the electrochemical tests is studied using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), while the material characterization at the surface is carried out using energy disperse spectroscopy (EDS). It is found that the corrosion resistance improves considerably for the workpieces subjected to 1 h heat treatment. The depletion of Cr and Mo at grain boundaries results in excessive pitting in this region. Moreover, enrichment of Cr at the surface after 1 h heat treatment reduces the corrosion current.  相似文献

采用激光选区熔化工艺(SLM)制备了Inconel 718合金,并对合金分别进行了1050 ℃×1 h固溶和1050 ℃×1 h固溶+720 ℃×8 h+620 ℃×8 h双级时效热处理。结合微观组织、拉伸性能和断裂特征分析,研究了热处理工艺对SLM制备的Inconel 718合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:固溶处理后合金内Laves相溶解,位错密度显著降低,材料的强塑性匹配较打印态得到良好的改善。经过时效热处理后,γ′和γ″强化相析出使合金强度大幅度提高的同时,保留了一定的塑性。  相似文献

The effects of the retrogression heating rate(340℃/min,57℃/min,4.3℃/min)on the microstructures and mechanical properties of aluminum alloy 7050 were investigated by means of hardness measurement,tensile properties testing,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results show that the retrogression heating rate significantly affects the microstructures and mechanical properties of the alloys treated by retrogression and re-aging(RRA)process, and it is found that the medium rate(57℃/min)leads to the highest mechanical properties.The strengthening phases in the matrix are mainly the fine dispersed η′precipitates and GP zones,and the grain boundary precipitates are coarse and discontinuous η phases.  相似文献

A new metastable beta titanium alloy of Ti-Al-Mo-V-Cr-Fe-Zr-Sn system was designed and named Ti-B20. In order to investigate the aging properties and microstructures of the new alloy .subjected to different solution treatments, the tensile and Vickers hardness tests were carried out and the optical microscope and scanning electron microscope analysis were performed. The results show that the new alloy displays rapid aging response, high age strengthening effect and fine deposition. In addition, beta solution results in ultra high age hardening effect with low tensile ductility, whereas excellent combination of aging strength and ductility can be obtained after solution treated below beta transus temperature.  相似文献

用真空感应熔炼炉制备了Mg-3%Li和Mg-3%Li-1%Sc两种不同成分的合金。对Mg-3%Li-1%Sc合金进行了固溶和时效热处理。分析了添加Sc对合金组织及性能的影响。结果表明,添加1%Sc后,Mg-3%Li合金的晶粒细化,组织更加均匀,经200℃×9h时效热处理后,Mg-3%Li-1%Sc合金的硬度更高,综合力学性能得到提高。MgSc点状相在基体上均匀地弥散析出和晶粒细化是合金强化的主要原因。  相似文献

As a part of a study of a space-based thermal energy storage system utilizing the latent heat of fusion of the eutectic salt LiF-20CaF2 (mole%), the two wrought Ni-base superalloys Haynes alloy 230 and Inconel 617 were subjected to molten salt, its vapor, and vacuum for periods as long as 10,000 h at 1093 K. Following exposure, the microstructures were characterized, and samples from each superalloy were tensile tested between 77 and 1200 K. Neither the structure nor mechanical properties revealed evidence for additional degradation due to exposures to the salt. Although some loss in tensile properties was noted, particularly at 77 K, this reduction could be ascribed to the influence of simple aging at 1093 K.  相似文献

研究热处理工艺对铸态Mg-4.2Zn-1.5RE-0.7Zr镁合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:铸态Mg-4.2Zn-1.5RE-0.7Zr镁合金的显微组织主要由α-Mg、T相和Mg51Zn20相组成;单级等温时效(325°C,10 h)以及双级时效(325°C,4 h)+(175°C,14 h)处理均未能使T相和Mg51Zn20相溶入基体,且晶粒也未明显长大。在325°C下时效10 h,晶内析出大量短杆状β′1相,延长时效时间将导致β′1相粗化及数量减少。Mg-4.2Zn-1.5RE-0.7Zr镁合金在325°C下时效10 h后具有最高的屈服强度(153.9 MPa)和抗拉强度(247.0 MPa),相比铸态合金分别增加48 MPa和23 MPa,伸长率降低至15.6%。Mg-4.2Zn-1.5RE-0.7Zr合金经双级时效(325°C,4 h)+(175°C,14 h)处理后的屈服强度和抗拉强度与单级等温时效处理(325°C,10 h)的相当,但伸长率有所下降。此外,不同状态下Mg-Zn-RE-Zr镁合金的断裂主要表现为准解理断裂,但局部特征有差别。  相似文献

对Ti-53(Ti-5Al-1Sn-1Cr-1Fe)钛合金在不同热处理条件下的显微组织和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,完全退火处理后,β相明显减少,α相发生再结晶,组织由针片状α相+少量β相组成,强度、硬度较低,塑韧性较高;固溶处理后,部分β相无扩散转变为α’相;时效处理后,固溶时出现的部分不稳定α’相发生分解,最终组织为片状α相+高度弥散的β相+少量α’相,还出现一定量的β斑,强度和硬度明显提高,塑韧性也有所提高。Ti-53合金的室温拉伸断口表现为韧脆混合断裂特征。  相似文献

主要研究了锻造加热温度及锻后冷却方式对TC21钛合金模锻件显微组织及室温、高温力学性能的影响。研究发现,采用近β(在β/(α+β)转变点下10~15℃加热、变形)锻造工艺生产的TC21钛合金模锻件,可获得由少量等轴α相和大量细小的网篮条状α相及少量残留β相组成的的三态组织,这种组织可在获得优异高温性能的同时保持良好的室温性能。  相似文献

采用TIG熔-钎焊方法并添加AlSi_5焊丝,对1.5 mm厚的5A06铝合金和3 mm厚的镀锌Q235钢进行焊接。分析了焊后退火热处理对接头微观组织和力学性能的影响规律,热处理条件为280℃保温30 min。研究结果表明,采用TIG熔-钎焊的方法可以实现铝/钢异种金属的焊接,铝/钢界面处会产生金属间化合物层,焊态接头中金属间化合物层的厚度为4~5μm,化合物层主要由Al_8Fe_2Si相和少量的[Al,Fe,Si],Al13Fe4相组成,接头的抗拉强度值为163 MPa,断裂发生在焊缝处。对接头进行退火热处理后,接头中金属间化合物层的厚度增加到9~10μm,化合物层的组织无明显变化,主要由Al_8Fe_2Si相和少量的[Al,Fe,Si],Al13Fe_4相组成,接头的抗拉强度值达到185 MPa,断裂发生在铝母材侧。  相似文献

The morphology, microstructure, and the volume fractions of γ″ phase and δ phase that occur during cold rolling and double aging of Inconel 718 alloy were investigated. Two treatments were developed to produce either single-pass cold rolling or double-pass cold rolling. Cold rolling not only induced the γ″ phase precipitation, but also prompted the γ″→δ phase transformation. Double-pass cold rolling enhanced the δ phase volume fraction, but decreased the γ″ phase volume fraction. The dimension of γ″ particle decreased as cold rolling reduction increased.  相似文献
