短电弧脉冲电源的性能指标对短电弧加工工件工艺性有着十分重要的影响.文中通过建立脉冲电源的Matlab仿真模型,利用模型仿真数据对电源神经网络模型进行训练,结合基于目标加权法的遗传算法对电源参数进行优化,指导短电弧样机电源参数的修改,并进行了启动性试验和负载突变试验.结果表明,采用BP-GA算法优化的短电弧电源不仅可以减少了系统调试时间、节约调试和试验成本,并且具有输出电压平稳,受外界干扰小,响应速度快等优点. 相似文献

逆变式焊条电弧焊 (SMAW)电源及其电弧负载是典型的强非线性时变系统 ,对该系统建模并准确地找到其动态特性的解析解是相当困难的 ;用其它仿真方法求解往往较复杂且一般只能得到小信号近似解。集成在Matlab中的动态系统建模、仿真工具Simulink具有编辑可视化以及极高的编程效率 ,对该类系统的仿真研究具有极大的优越性。通过建立SMAW电源在焊接状态时的完整的Simulink仿真模型 ,尤其突出的是其中的PWM模型 ,人工运条电弧等模型的成功建立。仿真试验研究了电弧电压、电流及弧长和时间的关系 ;采用霍尔集成传感器实时采集信号 ,由高频记忆示波器记录输出测量结果 ,仿真试验结果与实际测量结果一致。因而 ,所提供的仿真模型是研究逆变式焊条电弧焊电源的有效手段 相似文献

为模拟CO2气体保护焊熔滴短路过渡的动态过程、方便地研究电源动特性,利用Matlab提供的Simulink软件包时CO2焊接电源-电弧系统动态特性进行了仿真研究。在对系统作出一定近似假设的前提下,建立了电弧长度变化仿真模型、电弧动态负栽仿真模型、占空比仿真模型、主电路仿真模型,得出仿真波形,并与试验结果对比,两者具有较好的一致性,证明了所建模型的合理性,所以这种研究方法是一种很好的辅助研究手段。 相似文献

建立了CO2气体保护焊焊接负载数学模型及相关电源—负载系统仿真模型;采用燃弧末期恒压控制、其余阶段表面张力过渡(surface tension transition,STT)电流波形控制的焊接逆变电源闭环控制结构,设计了焊接电流和电弧电压的模糊神经元PI控制器,构建了CO2焊接逆变电源控制系统仿真平台.结果表明,所设计的闭环控制结构和控制算法能使焊接电流更接近理想的STT电流波形,可改善焊缝成形质量、实现无飞溅过渡;燃弧末期电弧电压恒定,可使电弧有更好的自调节特性. 相似文献

提高CO2 焊工艺性能、减少飞溅的有效方法之一就是通过改进焊接电源设备 ,对电弧及熔滴过渡行为加以控制。本文在确定了短路过渡的合理的瞬时电流特征的基础上 ,提出了CO2 焊短路过渡过程的AWP (Adaptingweldingphysicsprocess)波形控制思想 ,利用MATLAB的仿真工具建立了数字仿真模型 ,并得出仿真波形。建立了试验系统 ,将仿真结果与试验结果相比较 ,两者的一致性很好 ,证明了所建模型的合理性和实用性 相似文献

AbstractSome problems are reported concerning the observation of the weld pool and effects of the power source characteristic on arc stability in CO2 short circuiting arc welding. First, the effect of a power source with a constant voltage characteristic on CO2 short circuiting arc welding is investigated by analysing the behaviour of the voltage and the current. From the results of this analysis, the cause of spatter generation is identified. A new power source characteristic is then proposed to improve the stability and the self-regulation of the arc. By adjusting the power source characteristic, the metal transfer can be stabilised in the CO2 short circuiting arc welding process, i.e. the present authors have developed a power source having a non-linear characteristic. A novel high-speed electrical discharge machining (EDM) milling method using moving electric arcs has been proposed in this study. We connected a copper electrode rotating rapidly around its axis and a work piece to a DC power supply to generate a moving electric arc. To ensure high relative speed of any point on the electrode with respect to the work piece, the electrode was shaped like a pipe. It was observed that the electric arcs move rapidly within the discharge gap due to the revolution of the tool electrode, removing the materials on the electrode along the track of the arc roots. To explore the characteristics of machining with moving electric arcs, an EDM milling apparatus was devised. Two planes with approximately the same roughness were machined separately by this equipment and a traditional EDM machine for comparison. It was found that a much higher material removal rate can be easily achieved by EDM milling with moving electric arcs. In the meanwhile, wear of the tool electrode in this new method is negligible, which is greatly favorable for machining accuracy. The microstructures of these surfaces were also investigated for further information. 相似文献
