为研究充液双层结构在碰撞过程的动力响应特性,对简化的双层板结构开展了系列碰撞试验,并对比了在有无充水条件下被撞结构的动态响应。研究结果显示,液体在碰撞过程中对顶板的缓冲和保护作用。最后通过分析有无充水条件下撞头加速度和内部扰动压力等试验数据,研究了充水与结构的流固耦合效应对碰撞响应的影响。

This paper develops analytical electromechanical formulas to predict the mechanical deformation of ionic polymer–metal composite(IPMC) cantilever actuators under DC excitation voltages. In this research, IPMC samples with Pt and Ag electrodes were manufactured, and the large nonlinear deformation and the effect of curvature on surface electrode resistance of the IPMC samples were investigated experimentally and theoretically. A distributed electrical model was modified for calculating the distribution of voltage along the bending actuator. Then an irreversible thermodynamic model that could predict the curvature of a unit part of an IPMC actuator is combined with the electrical model so that an analytical electromechanical model is developed. The electromechanical model is then validated against the experimental results obtained from Pt-and Ag-IPMC actuators under various excitation voltages. The good agreement between the electromechanical model and the actuators shows that the analytical electromechanical model can accurately describe the large nonlinear quasi-static deflection behavior of IPMC actuators.  相似文献

In this study,we investigate the nonlinear coupling magneto-electric(ME) effect of a giant magnetostrictive/piezoelectric composite cylinder.The nonlinear constitutive relations of the ME material are taken into account,and the influences of the nonlinear material properties on the ME effect are investigated for the static and dynamic cases,respectively.The influences of different constraint conditions on the ME effect are discussed.In the dynamic case considering nonlinear material properties,the double frequency ME response(The response frequency is twice the applied magnetic frequency) is obtained and discussed,which can be used to explain the experiment phenomenon in which the input signal with frequency f is converted to the output signal with 2 f in ME laminated structures.Some calculations on nonlinear ME effect are conducted.The obtained results indicate that the nonlinear material properties affect not only the magnitude of the ME effect in the static case but also the ME response frequency in the dynamic case.  相似文献

超磁致伸缩材料在力磁耦合作用下具有复杂的迟滞响应。Preisach模型可有效描述物理过程中的滞后现象,它具有两个重要特性,即擦除特性和同余特性。擦除特性是指输入局部极大值擦除了加载过程中小于该值的所有极大值,或输入局部极小值擦除了加载过程中大于该值的所有极小值,同时,与这些历史极值相应的加载历史也被擦除,不再影响之后的输出。同余特性是指输入极大值与极小值相同的所有闭合曲线一致。本文通过实验系统地研究了超磁致伸缩材料在多轴力磁耦合场作用下的磁致伸缩曲线、磁滞回线和应力应变的迟滞行为,发现其在力磁耦合下的非线性滞后行为具有擦除特性和同余特性。这满足了Preisach模型描述滞后现象的两个基本要求,验证了利用Preisach模型描述超磁致伸缩材料迟滞行为的可行性,为超磁致伸缩材料的非线性理论和器件设计提供了依据。  相似文献

在综合考虑弹体结构稳定性及截面比动能的前提下, 提出一种介于尖卵形弹体及尖锥形弹体间的头部对称刻槽弹体, 以期达到提高侵彻深度的目的。以尖卵形弹体侵彻深度为基准, 开展头部对称刻槽弹体侵彻半无限厚铝合金靶实验。在此基础上, 推导得到可描述头部对称刻槽弹体侵彻2A12铝合金靶过程的局部相互作用模型。同时, 结合头部对称刻槽弹体侵彻后靶体破坏现象, 提出适用于头部对称刻槽弹体的靶体响应力, 进而确立头部对称刻槽弹体的侵彻深度模型。实验结果与理论计算表明, 头部对称刻槽弹体具有相对于尖卵形弹体更好的侵彻能力。头部对称刻槽弹体侵彻深度提高的原因是弹体头部结构截面比动能增加及其侵彻过程中的靶体弱化效应, 其中弱化效应是侵彻深度提高的主控因素。

A Jones-Nelson model has been applied to depict nonlinear stress-strain relations of composite laminae, where mechanical properties were expressed by strain energy density. The nonlinear material matrix is only a function of the strain energy density. Then a material model could be conveniently applied under complex stress condition. In this paper, by introducing large displacement stress-strain measurement and varying-Poisson's ratio idea, an improved Jones-Nelson material model is presented, where the expanding problem of material properties and convergence problems are overcome. Meanwhile a discuss of the reorientation of fiber and a material nonlinear analysis of rubber composite lamina under super large deformation conditions are made. The prediction results of improved material model are in fairly good agreement with those of the experiments.  相似文献

The attenuation of thermal radiation within a dilute cloud of pulverised coal and ash is investigated experimentally and theoretically, for different ranges of particle size. The dynamics behavior of a nonlinear visco-elastic rod subjected to axially periodic load is investigated theoretically and numerically. The weak longitudinal periodic load is distributed uniformly along the rod. Firstly, equation of motion of the rod is derived. Utilizing perturbation technique, we acquire Kdv type equation describing strain wave in the rod. By use traveling wave method, the elliptic cosine wave solution and the solitary wave solution in the rod are provided. Then, Melnikov method is applied to analyze the dynamic behaviour of the rod qualitatively. The explicit conditions for the onset of chaotic dynamics are yielded. With the help of the Poincare map method, phase trajectory and time-displacement history diagrams, the theoretical results obtained are checked.  相似文献

Two types of experiments have been carried out to study the fiber orientation in flow through a divergent channel. First, a reinforced polyamid mold sprue containing two types of orientation was investigated: near the center, the fibers are mostly oriented perpendicular to the flow lines, whereas on the periphery, they are oriented parallel to them. Second, direct observation of copper fibers moving in a corn syrup was performed in a transparent diverging device: the fibers rapidly become oriented transverse to the flow lines. The solution of Stokes equations for the undisturbed fluid motion gives the shear rate and elongation rate, which are then substituted in Jeffery's orientation equations. The resolution shows two types of behavior: in a large area in the center, the fiber tends to a stable equilibrium position which depends strongly on the flow line on which it moves. On the periphery, the fiber follows a shear-like behavior. The strong influence of the elongational component relative to the shear component is demonstrated and the time necessary for orientation is calculated. The theoretical results are found to be in agreement with the observations.  相似文献

The dynamic behavior of a multilayered, perfectly bonded piezoelectric/magnetostrictive composite hollow cylinder under radial deformation is investigated. The superposition method, the state space method as well as the separation of variables method are elegantly integrated in the solution approach. The governing equations are finally transformed into two Volterra integral equations of the second kind with respect to two functions of time. The elastic, electric and magnetic fields are finally obtained according to solving the integral equations. Results of a series of inverted laboratory experiments on the normal impact of spherical bodies onto targets made of wet sand (with humidity of 10%) and water-saturated sand (with humidity of 18–20%) placed into cylindrical metallic containers are reported. Experimental data are compared with results calculated by a modified Godunov difference method. Changes in the forces of resistance to penetration at different stages of the impact interaction process are analyzed, and the influence of humidity and granulometric composition of sand on the maximum values of forces at different impact velocities is studied. The maximum force of resistance for sand with 20% humidity is found to be smaller by a factor of 1.5–2 than that for dry sand.  相似文献

用DOP(depthofpenetration)实验研究了质量分数为 90 %的Al2 O3 陶瓷复合靶抗长杆弹侵彻性能。实验表明 :随陶瓷厚度的增加 ,以差分效益系数和靶平均阻力表征的陶瓷复合靶的抗长杆弹侵彻性能降低 ;盖板能增强陶瓷复合靶抗侵彻性能。对回收陶瓷和盖板的破坏特征分析表明 :长杆弹对陶瓷复合靶侵彻过程大致可分为初期侵彻和稳定侵彻两个阶段 ,但对薄靶和厚靶 ,两个阶段在整个侵彻过程中所占比重不同。  相似文献
