加速溶剂萃取－超高效液相色谱法测定沉积物中硝基呋喃

建立了加速溶剂萃取－超高效液相色谱测定沉积物中硝基呋喃类药物（呋喃唑酮、呋喃它酮、呋喃西林、呋喃妥因）的分析方法。样品经乙腈萃取后,超高效液相色谱分离,流动相为乙腈和0．1％甲酸的2 mmol／L乙酸铵溶液。在优化条件下,4种硝基呋喃类药物在5～200μg／L浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R2＞0．998,方法检出限均为5．0μg／kg。在10～50μg／L添加水平之间的回收率为85．1％～93．6％,相对标准偏差为1．93％～5．04％。该方法灵敏、准确、高效、分析速度快,适用于沉积物中4种硝基呋喃类药物的测定。     

快速溶剂萃取-柱前衍生-超高效液相色谱法测定土壤中的阿维菌素

建立了快速溶剂萃取-柱前衍生-超高效液相色谱法测定土壤中的阿维菌素。优化了快速溶剂萃取条件,影响快速溶剂萃取的四种因子显著性顺序为:溶剂类型提取温度静态萃取时间m土壤/V提取溶剂。最佳快速溶剂萃取条件:提取温度是130℃,m土壤/V提取溶剂=1∶3(g/mL),溶剂为丙酮,静态萃取时间为15 min。以10.0 g土壤样品计,检出限是4.0×10-4μg/g,定量检测下限是2.0×10-3μg/g,回收率在73.0%~88.5%之间。该法操作方便,灵敏度高,可用于土壤中阿维菌素的测定。     

高效液相色谱法测定硝基苯胺类化合物

建立高效液相色谱法同时测定硝基苯胺类化合物（2-硝基苯胺、3-硝基苯胺、4-硝基苯胺和2,4-二硝基苯胺）的方法。废水中硝基苯胺类化合物用乙醚萃取,色谱柱为ODS2 C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-水（65∶35,体积比）,柱温25℃,紫外检测波长228 nm。在此实验条件下,同时测定了废水中4种硝基苯胺类化合物,各组分分离较好,且线性关系良好。该方法操作简单,结果准确,重现性好,可用于工业废水的监测。     

高效液相色谱法测定邻氯对硝基苯胺

快速溶剂萃取-液相色谱法测定土壤中多菌灵残留量

建立了快速溶剂萃取-高效液相色谱法测定土壤中多菌灵残留量的分析方法。土壤样品经快速溶剂萃取、SPE-C18小柱净化后,再用高效液相色谱紫外检测器于282nm条件下分析测定,研究了土壤中多菌灵在不同萃取温度下的回收率。试验结果表明,在萃取压力10MPa、温度80℃条件下,平均回收率均大于91%,相对标准偏差小于1.8%,检出限0.01mg·kg-1,线性范围为0.01～10.0mg·kg-1。该方法具有操作简便,干扰小,灵敏度高等特点,可满足土壤中多菌灵残留检测的要求。     

超高效液相色谱法代替气相色谱法测定氟乐灵含量

建立了一种超高效液相色谱法测定氟乐灵含量的方法。样品用甲醇定容,以C18为固定相,甲醇＋水为流动相,TUV检测器检测,以保留时间定性,以峰面积定量。结果表明：在0．05～51μg／mL范围内浓度与峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数r=0．99997;在0．01～0．5mg／kg添加浓度范围内,方法平均回收率为65．8-90．6％,相对标准偏差为2．7-7．9％,检出限为0．01g／kg,定量限为0．025g／kg。方法灵敏度高、稳定性好,适用于氟乐灵含量的测定。     

高效液相色谱法测定2,4-二硝基氟苯

应用甲醇一水（80：20）为流动相，在Shim－PackC18柱上，以对硝基苯胺为内标物，于290nm波长下紫外检测，建立了以2，4-二硝基氯苯为原料合成的2，4-二硝基氟苯产品的高效液相色谱分析方法，方法的相对标准偏差为1．8‰。2，4-二硝基氟苯进样量在0．4～8μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=1．0000）。     

快速溶剂萃取-高效液相色谱法测定室内空气中多环芳烃

建立快速溶剂萃取联合高效液相色谱法同时测定室内空气中16种多环芳烃的方法。采用玻璃纤维滤膜采集,快速溶剂萃取,经弗罗里硅土固相净化柱净化和氮吹浓缩后用高效液相色谱法-紫外检测器检测。结果表明：16种多环芳烃组分在0～5μg/mL浓度范围内具有良好的分离效果,标准曲线相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限在0.06～0.20 ng/m³之间,实际样品加标回收率在70.8%～95.0%之间。结论：该方法方便快捷,节省萃取溶剂用量,灵敏度高,精密度高,适用于批量快速测定室内空气中16种多环芳烃。     

加速溶剂萃取-气相色谱法测定刺梨中 11种有机氯农药

建立了加速溶剂萃取-气相色谱法测定刺梨中11种有机氯农药残留的方法。以石油醚为萃取溶剂,采用加速溶剂萃取法对样品中有机氯农药进行萃取、佛罗里硅土净化后,运用DB-1701弹性石英毛细管色谱柱分离,气相色谱-电子捕获检测器分析。结果表明:11种有机氯农药在1～100μg/L范围内线性关系良好,方法的回收率为77. 68%～106. 22%,方法检出限为0. 011～0. 069μg·kg~(-1),相对标准偏差为1. 44%～14. 61%,满足刺梨中有机氯农药残留测定的要求。     

液相色谱串联质谱法测定水和沉积物中硝基呋喃类代谢物

本文建立了液质法测定水和沉积物中四种呋喃唑酮类代谢物残留量的检测方法。将养殖环境(水或底泥)中残留的硝基呋喃类代谢物在酸性条件下水解,用2-硝基苯甲醛衍生化,经乙酸乙酯液-液萃取净化后,使用LCMS测定(内标法定量)。可用于水产养殖用水或底泥中硝基呋喃类代谢物残留的测定。

建立水产品中性激素的凝胶渗透色谱净化-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱分析方法。采用乙酸乙酯提取样品,经GPC净化后,LC-MS/MS测定,外标法定量。流动相为乙腈和0.1%甲酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,电喷雾正离子多反应模式监测。3种性激素在0.5~20.0μg/L线性范围内,相关系数大于0.998,定量限为0.3μg/kg,回收率为88.6%~96.4%,相对标准偏差为1.84%~6.24%。本方法灵敏度高、重现性好,适用于水产品中性激素的测定。

离子液体在汽油烷基化脱硫中的研究

制备了一种带-SO3H官能团的Brφnsted酸性离子液体[SO3H-Bmim]HSO4,应用于模拟汽油烷基化脱硫的研究。结果表明:在反应温度45℃,反应时间120 min的条件下,离子液体复合催化剂对噻吩有较好的脱除效果,脱硫率可达75.1%;单烯烃能与噻吩发生烷基化反应而使脱硫率有所升高;芳烃的存在会导致脱硫率降低。
