针对一类不稳定大时滞过程,提出一种二自由度IMC-PID串级控制设计方法.系统内环按照IMC原理设计为经典反馈控制结构,主要用于实现不稳定对象的镇定和快速消除系统的主扰动;系统外环设计为二自由度内模控制结构,使系统设定值响应同干扰响应分离,得以分别设计控制器.理论分析和仿真结果表明,给出的控制策略能够有效地解决一类开环不稳定大时滞过程的内模控制应用问题,并且使系统同时具有良好的控制性能和鲁棒性. 相似文献

在工业过程中,大滞后系统普遍存在。本文以高校教研实验用加热装置为研究对象,针对该温度控制系统具有大滞后的特点,采用串级控制结构结合Smith预估控制器的控制方案。内环采用Smith预估器,大幅度降低滞后对控制系统动态性能的影响;外环采用PI控制实现系统无静差。实验表明该种控制系统与单回路PID控制或Smith预估控制相比具有更优的动态特性和鲁棒性。 相似文献

主要讨论了利用内模控制对串级控制系统进行改进,将被控对象转化为含时滞的一阶惯性环节,再将时滞环节进行1/1Pade逼近后,根据内模控制原理,得到了单位反馈PID控制器的参数整定值。仿真实验表明,对于被控对象具有大时滞特性且对象参数变化较大的系统,这一方法能有效改善系统的控制品质,并能适应对象特性的变化,具有较强的鲁棒性。 相似文献

PID control schemes have been used widely in most process control systems represented by chemical processes for a long time. Indeed, they are easy for most engineers in many industries to understand and for the use of various systems, whose properties are obscure. However, conventional PID control schemes have not been so available for the systems whose system parameters and time delays are unknown. The purpose of this paper is to consider advanced PID control schemes in discrete-time systems with unknown time delays. Two control schemes, that is, compound PID control systems with a local feedback compensator and a pre-compensator are proposed, and they are extended to explicit-type self-tuning PID control schemes. This paper focuses on the problem of active fault‐tolerant control for switched systems with time delay. By utilizing the fault diagnosis observer, an adaptive fault estimate algorithm is proposed, which can estimate the fault signal fast and exactly. Meanwhile, a delay‐dependent criterion is obtained with the purpose of reducing the conservatism of the adaptive observer design. Based on the fault estimation information, an observer‐based fault‐tolerant controller is designed to guarantee the stability of the closed‐loop system. In terms of linear matrix inequality, sufficient conditions are derived for the existence of the adaptive observer and fault‐tolerant controller. This paper addresses the sliding mode control problem for a class of uncertain Takagi‐Sugeno fuzzy singular systems with state delay and subject to input nonlinearity. Our purpose is focused on designing an adaptive sliding mode controller for such a complex system. First, a new fuzzy integral‐type sliding function is designed. Then, an adaptive sliding mode control scheme is established such that the resulting closed‐loop system is insensitive to all admissible uncertainties and satisfies the reaching condition. Moreover, delay‐dependent sufficient conditions are derived such that the admissibility and the L2‐L∞ performance requirement of the sliding mode dynamics can be guaranteed in the presence of time delays, external disturbances, and sector nonlinearity input. Finally, the validity and applicability of the proposed theory are illustrated by a numerical example. 相似文献
