水用检波器快速测试仪的设计与实现

为检测水用检波器在固定频率的灵敏度,以便快速准确地确定检波器的好坏,设计了水用检波器快速测试仪.测试仪主要由信号源模块、功率放大模块、数据采集模块和显示模块等部分组成,以 ATmega128为主控芯片,利用A/D 转换芯片 AD7663进行数据采集,将检波器的灵敏度实时地显示在液晶屏上,以便观察.测试结果表明,快速测试仪的最大偏差为0.5,μV/Pa,测试结果与标称值的平均相对误差为0.93%.可见,快速测试仪的测试结果准确,且重复性较好.     

三维管件成本估算研究

气相色谱法测定麝香痔疮栓中冰片的含量

为寻求简单、快速、准确测定麝香痔疮栓中冰片的方法,采用气相色谱法,色谱柱为HP-INNOWax弹性石英毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm),N2为载气,流速为2.0 mL/min,柱温为115℃,氢火焰离子化检测器,萘为内标,用内标法计算冰片含量.结果表明:冰片在1.132~11.324 g/L范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为101.6%,RSD为1.42%.该法因其简便、快速、准确,而实用于该制剂的质量控制.     

基于相机拍照的油茶果形状特征提取研究

【目的】为实现油茶果实尺寸及大小分布的快速获取,提出一种基于相机拍摄的油茶果形状特征参数批量化提取方法。【方法】首先将采摘油茶果摆放于含刻度尺的背景板,利用相机快速获取油茶果图像并进行校正;然后利用Mask R-CNN模型对图像油茶果进行快速检测计数,根据生成的掩码采用椭圆拟合法统计油茶果特征参数(长轴长、短轴长、面积、周长)的像元个数;最后结合背景板刻度尺计算的像元大小,获取油茶果特征参数,同时利用实测值进行精度验证。【结果】Mask R-CNN模型的平均识别准确率和召回率分别为99.55%和91.19%,测度值为95.22%,满足用于统计油茶果形状特征参数的要求。对油茶果面积的估测精度最高,决定系数(R²)、平均绝对误差(MAE)、均方根误差(RMSE)分别为0.999 0、10.75 mm²、14.88 mm²;其次为周长和长轴长,短轴长的估测精度最低,其R²、MAE、RMSE分别为0.864 7、3.15 mm、3.74 mm。【结论】该方法实现了油茶果采摘后的快速准确计数以及形状特征参数的批量化提取,可为大量果实特征参数的快速准确检测提供参考,为指导油茶果实分级和快速测产提供科学依据。     

黄南州软儿梨中蛋白质含量的测定

以青海软儿梨为原料,建立软儿梨中蛋白质的快速测定方法—甲醛值滴定法,测定软儿梨中蛋白质的含量.结果表明,软儿梨果肉中总蛋白质的含量为0.151g/100g,软儿梨果汁中总蛋白质的含量为1.63g/100g,其方法精密度较高.本方法准确、简便、快速,并有效地解决了非蛋白质类的含氮物质对软儿梨中蛋白质测定结果的干扰问题,适用于软儿梨果肉和果汁中蛋白质含量的快速定量检验.     

基于TM影像的海南土地利用/覆盖类型解译方法探究

本文以美国陆地卫星TM影像为信息源,利用遥感图像处理软件ARC/INFO作为平台,依据丰富的解译经验以及对海南省省情的了解与具体分析,结合野外调查对海南省土地利用/覆盖类型进行解译,并在此基础上总结出了快速、准确解译的方法,取得了较好的效果.     

GC/MS法在中毒生物快速分析中的应用

该文探索了GC/MS法中未知物分析及保留时间锁定技术在中毒生物快速分析中的应用。通过GC/MS检测经固相萃取提取中毒生物中的毒物成分,运用未知物分析及保留时间锁定技术并结合自建谱库快速分析中毒生物中的毒物成分,其结果创建了简单的检材前处理,快速分析中毒生物中毒物的GC/MS方法。结果表明,运用未知物分析及保留时间锁定技术在繁杂基质检材中的去干扰能力,可快速准确分析中毒生物中的毒物成分,避免漏检问题,可以为突发中毒案件中毒物的快速检验争取宝贵时间。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
