运用MATLAB中的RTWT/RTW工具箱和PCL-818L/726数据采集卡进行数据实时采集和控制,设计、制作了湿式自动变速器电控系统,构建了基于湿式双离合器变速器的半实物仿真平台。以Simulink模型作为连接物理实物目标的接口,实现了仿真系统的高可视化,大大提高了平台的灵活性。依据该平台对变速器起步、换挡以及电磁阀工作特性进行实时仿真分析。实验结果表明,所建实时混合仿真平台能够准确、实时、有效的反映湿式双离合器自动变速器真实运行特性的目的。 相似文献

This paper focuses on the clutch torque formulation and calibration for dry dual clutch transmissions (DCT). The correlation on the theoretical clutch torque and control parameters is established based on constant friction power and clutch actuator kinematics. An algorithm based on powertrain dynamics is proposed for the calculation of clutch torque during vehicle launch and shift operations. This algorithm uses wheel speed sensor data as input and is capable of determining the clutch torque while both clutches are slipping, thus provides a reliable correlation between clutch torque during real time operations and clutch actuator control variables. The accuracy of the proposed algorithm has been validated by torque measurement in prototype testing on prove ground. 相似文献

针对6速湿式双离合器自动变速器(Dual Clutch Transmission,DCT)产品开发,建立了包括发动机转矩模型、DCT动力学模型和整车纵向动力学模型在内的湿式DCT系统动力学模型,综合考虑换挡时间、冲击度和滑摩功,提出了DCT升挡过程控制策略。利用Matlab/Simulink及Stateflow建立了DCT换挡控制仿真模型,通过50%节气门开度下1挡升2挡过程的仿真实验,对所建模型及提出的换挡控制策略进行了验证。仿真结果表明所建立的湿式DCT系统动力学模型正确,换挡控制策略合理可行。 相似文献

基于城市循环工况的双离合器式自动变速器同步器的控制策略 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
基于装备双离合器式自动变速器(Dual clutch automatic transmission, DCT)车辆的整车参数、发动机的转矩模型和油耗模型,设计了DCT的最佳燃油经济性换挡规律。根据DCT同步器在换挡过程中可预先接合的特点,在保证同步器可准确实现其功能的前提下,参考两参数换挡规律的曲线,提出了DCT同步器的控制规律。分析了DCT车辆在城市循环工况行驶时车速及油门变化的特点,制定出同步器的具体控制方法,绘制出控制框图,编写出控制程序。利用DCT车辆的硬件在环试验台,对ECE+EUDC城市循环工况下DCT同步器的控制性能进行了测试。控制结果表明,在正常行驶工况及发生频繁换挡的工况下,所制定的控制方法均可实现同步器的准确控制。此外,该控制方法可减少同步器分离、接合的次数,节约了能耗,提高了同步器的使用寿命。 相似文献

In recent years, several electronically controllable automotive transmission systems using wet clutches as intelligent differentials have emerged on the market. These applications place great demands on the anti‐shudder properties of the transmission fluids used. The aims of this study were (i) to investigate the influence of different additives on the friction characteristics of a transmission fluid for all‐wheel drive systems featuring wet multi‐plate clutch with a sintered brass‐based friction material and, based on this knowledge, (ii) to formulate a new transmission fluid with the desired frictional properties. In addition to excellent anti‐shudder properties, the new fluid was required to lubricate hypoid gears under high load. To meet this requirement, it is necessary to add significant amounts of extreme pressure additives to the base oil, which are known to have an unfavourable influence on anti‐shudder properties, necessitating the adoption of novel additive technologies. The additives studied include anti‐wear additives, friction modifiers, corrosion inhibitors, detergents, antioxidants and extreme pressure additives. This paper shows how different additives affect friction in different ways, and that the interactions between the different additives are important to consider. It was concluded that it is feasible to combine good anti‐shudder properties for wet clutches with good lubrication of hypoid gears. Copyright © 2006 John Wiley and Sons, Ltd. 相似文献
